I went on a trip to Akishima, which is my wife's hometown and a place where locals often visit. I tried the following dishes: Gaya salad (similar to Seryna salad), premium tongue (delicious and high quality), premium fillet (around 100g for 3000 yen, good value for the quality), upper harami (slightly fatty). If you were to eat this quality of yakiniku in Tokyo, it would cost you a lot more. Honestly, I underestimated it but was surprised by how delicious it was. While it may not surpass the top-tier places, it gives off a Seryna-like vibe with a more affordable cost. Overall, it was a tasty experience.

Dinner. This restaurant is located about a 20-minute walk from JR Ome Line's Akishima Station South Exit, on the first floor of a condominium at the corner of the Ichiyakusho-mae intersection on the Shin-Okutama Street. I heard that this restaurant has been in business for 17 years. Nearby, there are stores like Marufuji Akishima City Hall Street Store and Akishima City Hall / Kaiseien Support Elderly Home. I arrived at the restaurant around 17:30, and there were two groups of customers inside - one at a table and one with 7 people in the back box seats. I was guided to the spacious box seats at the far back of the restaurant. Today, as the designated driver for my family, I didn't order any alcohol. We ordered two portions of beef tongue, two portions of kalbi for 1,000 yen each, two portions of loin for 1,000 yen each, two portions of top sirloin for 1,000 yen each, and hormone. As side orders, we had two portions of yukhoe, three portions of Gaia salad, kimchi, yukhoejang guk, yukhoejang soup, and three portions of rice. I found the beef tongue and top sirloin to be delicious. I remembered that the beef tongue used to be frozen when I came here before, but I might have been mistaken. The top sirloin was very easy to eat thanks to the finely chopped knife work, and my family loved it. Of course, the kalbi had a great taste, and eating it with rice made the barbecue taste even better! Later, I ended up ordering two more portions of kalbi and rice. I used to come to this restaurant a few times a year since it opened, but I haven't been here in recent years. Even so, the staff remembered me, which made me very happy. By the way, there used to be a round building that was a barbecue restaurant in front of Hachioji Village Furniture. Before it became a barbecue restaurant, it was called Date Spot or something like that. It brings back nostalgic memories.

I was taken here for my birthday. Honestly, I think the taste is average. It's a local place, so I might visit again in the future. It's not a bad restaurant, but it felt like a typical yakiniku restaurant. Maybe I just didn't ask for recommendations for good meat. If you go with the expectation of a high-end restaurant based on the appearance from the outside, you might be a bit disappointed (I was). The restaurant was actually bigger inside than it looked from the outside. The soup was delicious. If you're coming by car, it might be difficult if you don't come from Tachikawa or the Higashimurayama City Hall.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm, but it is quite a delicious yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) place! The marinade for the meat is especially amazing! It has a gentle sweetness with a hint of fruit, not too sweet or too spicy. The flavor is exquisite, leaving a perfect balance that allows the meat to shine. I often visit yakiniku restaurants, but it's rare to find such a refined flavor like this! Even though it's a yakiniku place, they also have beef sushi on the menu, which shows their confidence in freshness. I always enjoy it! When I feel like eating yakiniku, I go to this place. You can enjoy tender and delicious meat here. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite elegant, and it doesn't feel greasy like typical yakiniku places. Perhaps they are good at absorbing the smell. The staff are also very refined. The meat here is marinated before grilling, so it tastes delicious just by grilling it. The flavor is well infused into the meat and it tastes really good. It tends to be quite busy on weekend nights, so you might have to wait a bit. It's the perfect place to enjoy delicious yakiniku in a lovely atmosphere.

It has a similar atmosphere to our favorite "Nukaya". The menu is also similar to Nukaya, so I wonder if they are affiliated. It is located along the Shin-Oume Kaido, at the intersection on the way to Akishima City Hall. As always, the upper tongue salt and upper kalbi are delicious... the regular kalbi costs almost 1,000 yen per serving. The marbling of the meat is good, and I think it tastes better than other places' upper kalbi. The taste of other meats is also delicious. However, if you get carried away and eat and drink a lot, the final bill can be a bit tough for salarymen. (^^;
