I ordered the 13,000 yen course! I was impressed by how much delicious meat and vegetables I could enjoy at this price. The quality of the meat was also very good. The meat sushi was also excellent. It was my boyfriend's birthday and the service was very polite, we had a great time. I would like to visit again.

Choose from 3 types of tasting courses. For appetizers, you can choose 2 types from a variety of options such as mashed potatoes and eggplant dengaku. There are 2 types of eggs, one for dipping meat in meringue. The fluffy texture of meat and egg whites is intriguing and addictive. The egg for vegetables has a hint of yuzu, which pairs well with the sweet dipping sauce. The variety of vegetables is interesting, especially the pumpkin, which has a completely different texture from what I know. It's like, "What is this? So good!" Everyone was surprised. The meat was quite heavy, so there was too much to finish. This place is definitely worth revisiting!

Tsukiji was very crowded on this day, but there were no customers in this shop. <Order> Sukiyaki hamburger set (double) 320g (2,480 yen) Amela tomato salad (380 yen) *Prices do not include tax. The order arrived in 12.3 minutes. The glossy rice, two hamburgers, onsen tamago, miso soup (with broccoli, which is rare), were served. The hamburgers were so tender that they could easily be cut with chopsticks, and despite being called sukiyaki hamburgers, the flavor was not too strong and not too boring. The mashed potatoes on the side were also delicious with a nice buttery flavor! The separately ordered tomato salad was sweet and tasty. <Atmosphere> Calm and quiet. There are semi-private rooms, making it suitable for small gatherings. I had a second helping of rice, but since there were no other customers except for myself, it was a bit difficult to get the attention of the staff who were cleaning in another area. Sukiyaki. What a charming and delicious-sounding name. It makes you want to walk with your head held high, doesn't it? I went to have lunch at Tsukiji Sukiyaki Wakamatsu, where I imagined the delicious sukiyaki being served. The restaurant is on the second floor. As I climbed the stairs and entered the store, I was guided to a table seat by the staff. Looking at the menu, it was all about sukiyaki. Among them, I found the ultimate sukiyaki hamburger set made with 100% black wagyu beef. The regular size is 160 grams for 1,738 yen including tax, and the large size is 240 grams for 2,278 yen. The double size is 320 grams for 2,728 yen. It is a homemade masterpiece that blends A5 Matsusaka beef and brand wagyu marbled parts with black wagyu lean parts. Oh no. I was in full sukiyaki mode just a moment ago, but now I'm leaning towards the hamburger (laughs). Well, it says sukiyaki hamburger, so I guess it's a hamburger that you can feel the sukiyaki flavor. I decided to order the double ultimate sukiyaki hamburger set. After a short wait, the soft and fluffy type of hamburger arrived, along with a hot spring egg from Nachi Goyoutei. You can even have seconds of the rice, which is Tsuyahime. I immediately poured the sauce over the rice and had a taste. "Delicious!" It has a sukiyaki-style teriyaki sauce flavor, and the combination of this sweet and savory sauce with the egg is excellent! This is what a sukiyaki hamburger is all about. It's quite delicious. I enjoyed it with smooth mashed potatoes and hot vegetables that came with it. Thank you for the meal. I will come again!

The day before? The same day? I forgot, but it was a last-minute reservation. Despite being last-minute, the service was excellent. The atmosphere was great and the meat was delicious. They also pay attention to the vegetables and the seasonal fruits were tasty as well. We were able to enjoy a leisurely lunch in a private room.

I felt like eating delicious sukiyaki, so I decided to visit Wakamatsu, which I had been curious about. When I opened the door, the sweet aroma of sukiyaki spread out, stimulating my hunger sensor. I had expected only course meals at a high price, but they also had set menu options even for dinner, which I thought was very reasonable. I was torn between the A5 Matsusaka beef sukiyaki set meal and the regular set meal, but I decided on the regular set meal because the Matsusaka beef was too fatty and I wouldn't be able to eat much. If you still have a young stomach, I recommend the set meal! I was very satisfied with the amount of delicious food I could enjoy. The meat was tender and delicious, and the rice was very tasty. Opposite Kyobashi Tsukiji Elementary School is Sukiyaki no Wakamatsu. They offer reasonably priced lunch options like Matsusaka beef, Tan'goku Wagyu, and Tajima beef sukiyaki. This time, I chose Tajima beef! The aroma of the simmering broth in the iron pot is tantalizing. The slightly pink meat, dipped in beaten egg and taken to the mouth, melts in a delicious way that is almost overwhelming. I couldn't help but order more meat. Sukiyaki is a Japanese delicacy.

Near Tsukiji Station, there are many delicious restaurants. I often walk around for lunch, but this time I visited a place for the first time. I usually like the curry made with German beer called "Pyramid" on the basement floor, but when I went with my junior, there was already a line up to the stairs, so we decided to try the Sukiyaki and Hamburger set that caught our eye. The Black Wagyu Beef 100% Sukiyaki Hamburger set was priced at 1980 yen instead of 2574 yen, so it felt like a good deal, but it turned out to be a slightly luxurious lunch. The 240g hamburger had a substantial volume, and the sauce was a thick Japanese-style sauce. It had a strong flavor. It tasted even better when dipped in the half-cooked egg. I thought it's nice to have a luxurious lunch once in a while. I enjoyed the meal.

I was wandering around trying to decide where to eat when I stumbled upon a restaurant called "Sukiyaki no Wakamatsu" that opened about a year ago. The restaurant, located on the second floor of a building, exudes elegance without any flashy signs. Despite the hustle and bustle of Tsukiji with tourists, this area was quiet, and I was able to be seated immediately in the cozy little restaurant. I decided to try the limited "Select Black Wagyu 100% Sukiyaki Hamburg Steak Set" as having sukiyaki alone seemed a bit lonely. The hamburg steak, served in a sukiyaki pot made of Nanbu iron, was so tender that it was difficult to pick up with chopsticks. The refined flavor, enhanced by sprinkling some sansho pepper, was truly satisfying. In addition to the hamburg steak, the set included tofu, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, all cooked in a special sauce, with a Natsu Goyou egg hidden inside. However, the egg being a hot spring egg made it a bit challenging to eat.

I apologize for the additional note on the past uploaded image. I visited this restaurant a few times when my office was nearby. It's great to be able to have this Sukiyaki for this price at lunch. It was easy to use alone. It seems like a Sukiyaki restaurant that is not common around here, so I would like to try takeout next time.

We had a lively dinner with close friends at Hana's private room. We ordered a course that compared Matsusaka beef with Wagyu beef. First, we had Kagoshima sweet potatoes with cream cheese as an appetizer. It had a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. Then came the sukiyaki. The Matsusaka beef was cooked by the staff and served with whipped Nasu eggs. The fluffy eggs melted with the Matsusaka beef, creating a delicious combination. We then enjoyed vegetables with a refreshing yuzu and egg sauce. The yuzu flavor intensified as the sauce was mixed. It was my first time trying different eggs with meat and vegetables, but it complemented each dish well. The vegetables were all carefully selected, such as Kyoto Daikoku mushrooms, Shizuoka Amelra tomatoes, Hirata red onions, Kumamoto red eggplants, and crispy red onions. Each vegetable was beautifully presented, and their flavors were not overshadowed by the sukiyaki sauce. We then moved on to the Wagyu beef, which was leaner but had a rich flavor. The order of eating Matsusaka beef first and then Wagyu beef was well thought out. After that, we enjoyed the vegetables once again. The plating of the vegetables was the same for everyone, and we were surprised to receive an explanation of each vegetable! Finally, we had rice, pickles, and miso soup. Topping the leftover eggs on rice for Tamago Kake Gohan was also delightful. The rice was from Saga and changed every two months to match the brand of beef. For dessert, we had pistachio ice cream with persimmons and kiwi. There are many places that serve delicious sukiyaki, but this restaurant pays attention to detail from vegetables, eggs, rice, to presentation. It was amazing! ♡

I had Saga beef for lunch. The meat was incredibly delicious, with good marbling. The price was reasonable, making it even better. The white rice, miso soup, and dessert were all top quality. I wonder why it doesn't have better reviews, it's really good. They seem to change the miso soup flavor according to the season. Be sure to try the sukiyaki first.
