First visit. Visited at 14:00 on a weekday. No waiting time. Found this cafe in Ebisu on Google Maps and decided to try their delicious coffee soft serve. The menu also includes various coffee desserts and baked goods. Seating is mostly on a terrace-like area. No restroom access or self-service water, so it's not a place to linger. What I had: - Coffee Soft Serve: 590 yen - JOE's Coffee Panna Cotta: 540 yen Review: - Coffee Soft Serve: It's like... a Papico! Eat it too fast and you'll get brain freeze. Texture is like regular ice cream. - Coffee Panna Cotta: The coffee-flavored panna cotta is already delicious with a rich and mildly sweet taste. Adding the coffee jelly on top creates a different dessert that complements each other well. Available until 9/30. Overall, a nice cafe to enjoy coffee-based sweets.

I stopped by a coffee stand on my way back from the beauty salon. I was drawn in by its stylish exterior and the coffee was delicious! I also decided to get a mocha soft serve, which was also amazing (๑´ڡ`๑). I definitely want to stop by here every time I go to Ebisu!

■Coffee Soft Serve■Cold Brew (Iced)This is a coffee shop in Ebisu that specializes in freshly roasted coffee and operates on a completely cashless system. The interior has a few seats along the walls and only terrace seating, with no barrier between inside and outside, giving it an open feel, although it might be a bit hot in the summer. It seemed like there were many customers getting takeout. They offer siphon-extracted coffee with a selection of beans to choose from. The coffee soft serve made with their original blend espresso was delicious. They also had freshly baked financiers and canelés, which I would like to try next time.

Snack ■ Soy Latte ¥640 ■ Financier ¥220 Located a 3-4 minute walk from Ebisu Station, near Shibuya Bridge, is the coffee stand "JOE TALK COFFEE." They specialize in siphon coffee and sweets. The round-shaped financiers displayed at the storefront caught my eye, prompting my first visit. The shop has an open layout with a roasting machine in the back. The illustrations on the exposed walls are cute. The financiers are not square but round in shape. Having just eaten a "Noix de Boule," I wasn't expecting it to surpass that, but it was definitely delicious. The outside is crispy, while the inside is moist. The aroma of browned butter is delightful, and the small size makes it easy to devour. The light feeling after eating about three of them is also appealing. I had a "Soy Latte" to drink, which was a delicious cup showcasing the bitterness of espresso. These financiers seem to be available as a pop-up until July 31st. Next time, I definitely want to try their siphon coffee and sweets.

I was drawn to the cold soft serve ice cream due to the intense heat, so I went to JOE TALK COFFEE in Ebisu. I ordered the Coffee Soft Serve Ice Cream (590 yen). When I arrived at the shop around 10:30 am on a weekday, there were no other customers. In June and July, they have freshly baked financiers like pop-up sweets. I was also tempted by the coffee jelly, but this time I decided to try the coffee soft serve ice cream. The slight bitterness of the coffee combined with the sweetness of the soft serve ice cream... perfect for the hot summer! I enjoyed it very much on that day as well. Thank you for the meal.

Located a 3-4 minute walk from Ebisu Station in Tokyo, "JOE TALK COFFEE" is a coffee shop with a great sense of openness. Inside the shop, coffee is brewed using a siphon. Customers can choose from four different types of beans, depending on whether they prefer hot or iced coffee. In addition, freshly baked financiers from JOE are available at the entrance, making it a nice idea to order one and enjoy it with your coffee on the terrace.

When searching on SNS for "Ebisu," this cafe often comes up. I decided to visit because I like canelés and coffee. I bought canelés and financiers to go for 290 yen each. I couldn't drink the coffee, but the canelé was delicious, with a soft and moist texture. The packaging was cute, but it wasn't the reason I went. The next day, I saw a review mentioning that the canelés were freshly baked, so I regret not eating them right away. They were so delicious that I want to go back again. Next time, I'll try them with coffee.

A shop that roasts its own coffee beans located a short walk from Ebisu Station. The financiers looked delicious, so I decided to visit. In the back, there is a large roaster. I ordered a Syphon with a choice of 4 types of beans, Joetalk Coffee Blend for ¥600, Iced Cafe Latte for ¥540, and Financier for ¥220. The Financier was fine-grained, soft, and had a good melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Joetalk Coffee Blend had a strong bitterness and a good amount. The Cafe Latte had a slightly strong and delicious espresso flavor. There were also some baked sweets in the back, so I would like to try those next time.

I had some time before my meeting, so I went to JOE TALK COFFEE. The canelé I had today was better than last time, so I found out they offer freshly baked canelés for the day and the ones baked the day before (I didn't know that). This time I ordered the same-day canelé! Last time, it was too soft for my liking, but this time it had a crispy and chewy texture! Definitely worth having it on the same day! Canelés are best enjoyed as soon as they are baked!

Crushed Jelly Latte 680 yen - 100 yen (rank discount for app orders) Financier 230 yen The Crushed Jelly Latte is made by finely crushing coffee jelly and adding milk, resulting in a mild taste with a strong milk flavor. A previous customer added espresso to theirs, but it doesn't seem possible to do so through the app. The Financier was received while still slightly warm as it was taken out shortly after baking.

Visited during lunch time on a day off. I had the Neldrip iced coffee for 460 yen. It had a full-bodied yet refreshing taste, very delicious. Also tried the coffee canelé for 290 yen, which was crispy and chewy with a delicious coffee cream inside. It's more of a stand rather than a place to sit and relax, but it's great for quickly enjoying a tasty coffee. Will definitely visit again.

Located about 3 minutes from Ebisu Station, this cafe faces Route 416 and is right in front of Shibuya Bridge. The interior consists of a small bench seat parallel to the counter, with additional benches and standing tables outside. They open at 8 am, offering mainly drinks with a selection of baked goods like cookies and financiers. I ordered a cafe latte for 540 yen, recommended to be served lukewarm. The drink was generous in size and very satisfying. There were three quiet female customers inside, and no other customers. The staff consisted of two women, one polite and friendly, and the other somewhat unpleasant. There are no restrooms available.

Siphon coffee stand recommendation! I didn't really understand the difference between siphon, pour-over, and paper filters, so this time I tried the paper filter option haha. I might try siphon coffee next time for comparison! I had a hot coffee for 450 yen. The coffee beans were from Colombia, and the portion was surprisingly generous! Great for when you want to drink a lot. Payment options include cash, card, and electronic payments. The atmosphere is mostly for takeout, but there are a few small tables for sitting in. It's a nice spot for a quick visit in Ebisu. There's only one good spot for taking photos near the entrance, so it might be crowded at times. Thanks for the meal!

I visited the place recommended for its delicious canelés. There were terrace seats and indoor seats, and I chose the indoor seats. I think it was my first time trying siphon coffee, and I'm still not sure how the taste differs from drip coffee... I want to learn more, but the equipment is expensive, so it's a dilemma. I chose a specialty single origin coffee, and it was very fruity and delicious.

Happy 1st anniversary! Opening at 8 am on weekdays with coffee and morning canelé make for a great time. JOETALKCOFFEE, a coffee stand that opened near Ebisu Station on March 1 last year, is celebrating its 1st anniversary in March. Congratulations! They continue to be cashless. Current business hours are weekdays 8 am - 8 pm, weekends and holidays 10 am - 8 pm. It's great that they are open until 8 pm now. The shop has a refreshing atmosphere in the morning as usual. There is a cute bench in front of the shop where you can sit. With the owner Abe's commitment, you can feel the connection with coffee producers around the world through their coffee, which allows you to see the faces of the coffee bean producers. You can also take out the popular canelés from "CorridorCannelé". The canelés come in plain and coffee flavors, and the face cookies on the shop's signboard are also available. I couldn't resist trying the plain one after a long time. Shiny on the outside with a nice crunch, and moist and rich on the inside. It's a delicious canelé that goes perfectly with their coffee. It was a pleasant time in the open atmosphere of the shop in the morning. They are also selling cookie cans and other items for their 1st anniversary. I will visit again. Thank you as always. Please follow them☆

【JOE TALK COFFEE】Ebisu @joe_talk_coffee A coffee shop located about a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Station! This cafe was born from the origin of the "common phrase" that means "everyday." It is a completely cashless store! Please enjoy the siphon coffee brewed with our commitment to self-roasting! A cafe with a few eat-in seats. Not sure if they lend out the restroom. The canelés were delicious, with a crispy exterior and a moist center. It's just a short walk from the station and not too crowded on weekends, so it's a comfortable place to relax. Also, the atmosphere is stylish.

The plain canelé is delicious! It goes well with coffee. I heard that they are handmade in the kitchen at the back. The staff individually pack them and explained to me. They have individually wrapped ones, but I also bought a pack of three which is perfect for souvenirs.

When I go to Ebisu, I always want to stop by this shop that I bookmarked a while ago. I wasn't very good at gathering information, so before visiting, I could only imagine that they would offer original coffee. I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a siphon-extracted coffee, which is rare to see in cafes. Among the 4 types of beans to choose from, I asked for the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Natural that was recommended based on my preferences. It cost 600 yen (including tax) and they only accept cashless payments for in-store use. While waiting for the extraction, I looked around the shop and saw a large roasting machine in the back. The person who served me at that time mentioned that they are also a roaster. The coffee I received had a surprisingly calm impression, with a hint of sweetness and was delicious. I also liked the cup's illustration, the interior, and the atmosphere of the shop, making it a comfortable place to be. The fact that it is located near a flowing river adds to its charm. I enjoyed both the coffee and the ambiance, and I would love to visit again when I have the chance to be nearby.

Oat milk latte might be the best here. They also do syphon coffee, so if you want authentic coffee, this is the place. However, the seating space for dining in is small and there is a step, making it difficult to enter with a stroller. But for 600 yen, the quality seems great.
