I bought tickets on Makuake and went to the restaurant. It was a bit difficult to find as it was a temporary operation at Tajima, a traditional Japanese restaurant, on weekends. The menu included dishes like steamed oysters, white clams with shiokara, and fried saury. The sashimi selection was good overall, with highlights like sweet red snapper and delicious white sea bream. Some dishes were served slightly cold, and the use of a gas burner for grilling caused a noticeable odor. Despite these minor issues, the food was above average and enjoyable.
