I went to SHRIMP NOODLE Ebi Pota in Shinbashi again, alone, around 11 PM on a weekday. I wanted to try the Ebi Pota Ramen with all toppings for 1,150 yen including tax. Just like last time, I bought a ticket from the vending machine and got a paper apron underneath it. I sat at the designated counter seat and my order arrived relatively quickly. The Ebi Pota Ramen with all toppings included not only chashu and seasoned egg, but also raw onions and fried wontons. Compared to the special version from last time, there seemed to be more chashu and fried wontons this time. I immediately tried the soup, and it was rich with shrimp broth, just as delicious as before! The noodles were medium thickness and paired well with the flavorful shrimp soup, providing a nice firmness. The chashu was moist and thick, with a tender and smooth texture, while the slightly crispy fried wontons added a nice contrast in texture. The seasoned egg was also rich and tasty. The shrimp broth was the highlight, and there were quite a few small shrimp pieces left at the bottom this time. I finished every last drop of the soup. SHRIMP NOODLE Ebi Pota offers delicious ramen with amazing shrimp broth, and I highly recommend it!

(September 2023) There is hand sanitizer at the entrance. (September 19, 2023) I revisited around 6:20 PM because I thought it was delicious when I went last month. I was the only customer. A man came in after me. I had a noodle dish without soup, similar to Thai Pad Thai, and it was quite delicious. (August 28, 2023) It is a newly renovated restaurant. I ordered the basic shrimp potage (around 950 yen including tax). The soup is made from shrimp shells, which gives it a unique and delicious flavor. I also ordered a side of small rice (around 150 yen). The music playing was jazz. I overheard a conversation between two women at a nearby table. They mentioned that the restaurant aims to cater to solo diners, which seems to be the case. I try not to eat ramen too often for health reasons, but I do want to visit occasionally.

After finishing work, I went to a sports bar with a friend to watch soccer while drinking, and then we went for ramen as a final stop. Since many shops in Shinbashi are closed on Sundays, there weren't many options available. We wanted to visit Taniseya, but there was a line of about 15 people, so we gave up. Instead, we decided to visit SHRIMP NOODLE, a shrimp ramen shop. It was past 9:30 PM and there were about 3 groups of customers inside. The counter was empty, and it seemed like groups of 3-4 people were common. We chose the most popular special shrimp ramen and were seated at a table. A couple of groups of 2 and 4 also came in after us. It took about 6 minutes until our ramen was served. The aroma was fragrant and appetizing. When I tasted the soup, it had a nice shrimp flavor, although personally I would have preferred it to be a bit richer. The noodles were medium thickness and had a good texture. I thought thinner noodles might have been better to balance out the dish. The toppings included 2 fried wontons, chashu pork, seasoned egg, and finely chopped onions. The fried wontons had a crispy texture, but I wasn't sure if they added much to the overall flavor. The chashu pork was decent but nothing exceptional. The seasoned egg was average. The finely chopped onions complemented the shrimp ramen well. Overall, the ramen didn't exceed expectations, but it also didn't disappoint. A richer soup base and some fried onions for added flavor could enhance the dish. Perhaps incorporating unique elements like coriander could make the ramen more memorable.

I visited around 15:20 on a weekday. There was only one customer inside, and surprisingly, the female staff was working alone. I bought a meal ticket at the entrance. I ordered the special Tom Yum shrimp mixed noodles (1180 yen) with extra coriander topping (150 yen), mini rice (130 yen), and a cola (250 yen). The food was served in about 7-8 minutes. The noodles were medium thick, and the sauce was not as spicy as it looked. The chashu was okay. The fried wontons were too hard, like they had been left out for a while, so I left them uneaten. I'm not a fan of hard textures. The boiled egg was sweet and to my liking. The strong and spicy flavor of the dish made the cola taste really good! The coriander was a bit expensive for the amount given... I wish they had the option to add extra onions. The rice was cooked perfectly and tasted great when mixed with the leftover noodle toppings. I realized how delicious the limited-time Tom Yum soup-free noodles at a nearby noodle shop were compared to this. Thank you for the meal.

This is a shop located at 1F KL Central Building, 2-15-12 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. It's on the way from Toranomon Hills to Shinbashi! ★3.51★ The shrimp potage ramen here is very rich and delicious. The interior of the shop is stylish. I visited on a Sunday around 13:00 with 4 agents returning to Fukuoka, Nagoya, and Sendai. While I was exchanging money, the agents ordered the main dishes, so I ordered the less popular Tom Yum shrimp noodles. I had a little taste of the soup, but the default shrimp potage is rich and very delicious. The Tom Yum shrimp noodles are like oil noodles, and they were mixed well. When you sprinkle a lot of black shrimp powder on top, it becomes incredibly delicious! I will definitely come back for the shrimp potage next time! Thank you for the delicious meal!

Approaching typhoon and dropping temperatures made me crave for warm ramen, so I decided to visit SHRIMP NOODLE Ebipota for their shrimp ramen. I was the first customer of the day and ordered the shrimp ramen for 930 yen along with a side of rice for 180 yen. Although it didn't come with the pink shrimp tempura flakes, the dish had a unique touch reminiscent of Sapporo's famous shrimp ramen. The rich shrimp broth was topped with fried wontons, chopped green onions, and sliced pork, with plenty of dried shrimp at the bottom of the bowl. I also enjoyed the option to add spicy shrimp flakes and grapefruit-infused chili oil for an extra kick. After savoring the shrimp ramen, I finished my meal with the shrimp pota risotto, which was a delightful conclusion to my dining experience.

I ordered the special shrimp pot ramen, which was the top item on the menu as it was my first time at the restaurant. The aroma of the shrimp, which seemed to be sautéed in their shells, hit my nose and it was truly shrimp!!! The flavor was not as strong as the aroma, but the rich and creamy soup was easy to drink without being too heavy. However, the creamy potage soup did fill me up more than expected. The soup coated the noodles well and was very delicious. I also found other menu items intriguing, so I will definitely be returning.

I visited this restaurant recommended by a friend that specializes in shrimp broth ramen. I ordered the original shrimp potage ramen (930 yen) and a bottled beer. The aroma of shrimp is strong, but as it is described as potage, you can also taste flavors other than shrimp, like miso ramen. It's not overwhelmingly shrimp-flavored, so it's recommended for a satisfying end to a meal. The location is close to Shinbashi Station, and I felt the price was reasonable. The interior is not very spacious but has an open and clean atmosphere, making it welcoming even for solo female diners.

The ramen shop in Shinbashi has a sophisticated atmosphere. Since it was hot, I chose the shrimp cream mixed noodles instead of ramen. Although it looked like mixed noodles, when I tried mixing it, it turned out to be shrimp cream pasta. The taste was a bit mild for mixed noodles, but more on the pasta side. I like shrimp flavors, so I enjoyed it. It was a dish that was difficult to distinguish between pasta and mixed noodles.

I visited this place for a late-night meal after a drinking party! The senior recommended the rich shrimp ramen. With just one sip of the soup, the strong shrimp flavor spreads and it's delicious! The chopped onions are a nice accent! There was also Genovese on the table, adding it changes the flavor to Italian instantly, making it easy to finish without getting tired. The fried wonton topping is unusual. I don't usually go for shrimp-based ramen, so it was a fresh experience!

This is a review of my visit to a ramen restaurant for dinner. I went on a weekday evening and it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to get a seat easily. The restaurant had about 20 seats and is known for its shrimp soup. I ordered the "Special Shrimp Potage Ramen" and it was delicious with a rich shrimp flavor in the soup. However, I felt that the medium-thick noodles didn't quite match well with the soup. The chashu and other toppings were tasty. They also offer tsukemen and a Tom Yum Kung-style ramen, so I would like to come back to try those. Thank you for the meal!

After a drinking party, I had a craving for ramen as usual and found this place nearby. They serve a unique ramen called Tori Tonkotsu, with firm noodles that have a nice texture. The shrimp flavor is quite pronounced. It's an elegant and stylish ramen. The decor of the restaurant is also stylish and seems popular with women. I would like to visit this place again when I come to Shinbashi.

This is my 5th and 6th visit. I have tried all the types of ramen tsukemen, but the classic Ebi Pota Ramen is the most delicious. You can really taste the rich flavor of the shrimp. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very beautiful, with table seating available, making it a great place to come with a group of four.

It was a little after 3:00 pm on a weekday and there were no customers in the restaurant. I usually only come here in the early afternoon, so it was nice to see it so empty. I'm grateful for their all-day service! I ordered the special shrimp pot-au-feu dipping noodles with extra seaweed topping and extra noodles. It took a bit of time for the food to arrive as the staff had informed me. When I tried it for the first time in a while, it was different from what I remembered - the noodles were a bit soft and the soup was thinner. I feel like it used to be a bit thicker before... Maybe I had built up too much expectation while I was away? All the toppings were delicious! I could easily eat 100 fried wontons. Adding extra seaweed was the right choice. The basil oil on the table was still delicious as always. Thank you for the meal!

It's delicious, but... hmm, it's hard to describe. It's definitely tasty, but it lacks a strong punch and the flavor doesn't leave a lasting impression. It's good, but not enough to make me want to come back again. The fact that they're open late is a great plus.

On this day, I was on a business trip and stayed at the usual business hotel in Shinbashi. I had a light drink at an izakaya and on my way back to the hotel, I saw a sign for shrimp potage that caught my eye. I was looking for a good way to end the night, so I didn't hesitate to go in. I started with a few appetizers and had a lemon shochu highball. The quality of the appetizers was so high that I couldn't believe it was a ramen shop. My expectations for the ramen were high. When the ramen arrived, I took a sip of the soup. It was delicious. The rich soup coated the noodles well. I could even be satisfied with just the soup alone without the noodles or toppings. Needless to say, I slurped up the ramen eagerly and before I knew it, I had finished the whole bowl. I will definitely visit again.

I ordered the shrimp pot ramen expecting a thick, creamy soup like potage, but it turned out to be surprisingly thin. However, the soup was flavorful with plenty of dried shrimp at the bottom of the bowl. If only the noodles had better absorbed the soup, it would have been a perfect bowl of ramen.

The ramen soup is quite rich and allows you to enjoy the flavor of shrimp, although it may not be considered a potage. The restaurant is located near Shinbashi Station and has a beautiful interior, making it appealing to women and foreigners. The difference between the regular and special ramen is the addition of chashu and seasoned egg. Even though they are not shrimp, you can still experience the rich soup for 930 yen.

SHRIMPNOODLE Shrimp Potage @ Shinbashi Tom Yum Shrimp Maze Soba ¥1030 Despite the name "Tom Yum," which may suggest a sour flavor, this dish is more of a rich and spicy mixed noodles with shrimp oil. It has a good balance of spiciness, cilantro flavor, and the texture of flat noodles. However, the saltiness of the sauce is quite strong, making it difficult to finish towards the end. #Shinbashi #ShinbashiLunch #ShrimpPotage #SHRIMPNOODLEShrimpPotage #TIC Co., Ltd. #Tabelog #RamenDB #RamenDatabank #RamenDatabase

I had a quick lunch in Shinbashi. I found a ramen shop online that looked delicious, so I decided to visit. The name of the shop is SHRIMPNOODLE. It's located in Minato-ku, Shinbashi 2. It's about a 4-5 minute walk from the station. They specialize in shrimp-based ramen. I bought a ticket at the machine to order my meal. They offer ramen, tsukemen, and maze-soba. Since it was hot that day, I ordered the shrimp tsukemen. The interior of the shop was clean, with about 20 seats. After handing in my ticket, I waited for my food. The staff, two foreign men and women, were chatting the whole time. The atmosphere felt a bit lazy. When my food arrived, it had a simple presentation. It consisted of one slice of chashu, chopped green onions, and one fried wonton on top of the noodles. The dipping sauce tasted strongly of shrimp. It was a light type with a bit too much oil and was quite lukewarm. I wish it had been hotter. The noodles were thick and had a firm texture. A thicker dipping sauce would have been better with the noodles. The lukewarm temperature was very disappointing. Throughout my meal, the staff continued their conversation in their native language, adding to the foreign atmosphere of my lunch.

It was my first time experiencing this flavor, but the overwhelming shrimp taste in the ramen was amazing. The restaurant was clean and easy to enter alone. Despite being so delicious, it wasn't very crowded. It may be because it's located in an area of Shinbashi with somewhat shady establishments, so the atmosphere of the restaurant doesn't quite match the surroundings.
