Today, my friend and I went on a food tour in Tokyo, and for dinner, we visited the popular restaurant "Sukiyabagu" which made its debut in the "Top 100 Western-Style Restaurants 2022." This place has been featured on shows like "Tokyo V Shuran," "Arashi ni Shiyagare," and "Hirunandesu." Recently, restaurants like "Bulldock" in Oimachi have also gained popularity due to extensive media exposure and have made it into the top 100 list. Hamburg specialty restaurants in the Kanto region such as "Meat Yazawa," "will" in Nagoya, "Hickory," "Toshi" in Hokkaido, and "North Continent" have incredibly delicious hamburgers. As a fan of Western cuisine, I naturally had high expectations for Sukiyabagu. When we arrived at Ginza at 6:00 PM, there was already a line in front of the restaurant. The way the line was formed was quite unique, and at first, I didn't understand it, so I had to ask the people in line for clarification. The staff will guide you to line up in order of numbers, but it may be confusing at first, so I'll explain it here. Imagine lining up in numerical order. We started lining up at 6:00 PM, and by 6:15 PM, we joined the line in front of the restaurant and soon received the menu. The ordering process is as follows: 1. Choose the size of the hamburger - 150g [1,100 yen]/200g [1,450 yen]/250g [1,800 yen] 2. Choose a topping from the extensive options 3. Choose your favorite sauce - Garlic soy sauce/Demiglace/Wasabi soy sauce/Japanese-style ponzu 4. Choose a set - A: Rice and corn soup [380 yen] B: Rice, corn soup, and salad [480 yen] Healthy option: Salad and vegetable juice [480 yen]. In addition to the basic order, there is a premium hamburger option (limited to 30 servings per day) which we missed out on. When we were outside waiting in line, the staff came to take our order. I chose a 200g hamburger [1,450 yen], topping of rich cheese fondue [240 yen] (avocado was sold out), and set B with rice, corn soup, and salad [480 yen]. I also ordered a beer (Premium Malt) [600 yen]. Surprisingly, when I asked about the premium hamburger, the staff said they still had it, so I upgraded my order to the premium hamburger for an additional 750 yen. After waiting for 50 minutes, we were finally seated in the restaurant at 6:50 PM. The restaurant is not very spacious but has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. We were seated at the counter, and as we settled in, we were served with a beer. We toasted and eagerly awaited the arrival of our hamburgers. The aroma of hamburgers and sauce filled the air, making our appetites even stronger. It was a blissful waiting time. Soon, we were served with salad, soup, and the hamburger with rice. Let's dig in!

I ordered the premium Sukiyaburg with a rating of 3.4. It is made from cuts of A5 rank Matsusaka beef, which was firm, with little odor, a nice sweetness, and very delicious. The service was rated 3.4, with attentive staff. The restaurant itself was rated 3.5, being clean, spacious between tables, and a comfortable place to relax.

Today, it was raining and there were few people out, so I decided to go to Sukekiya Burger for the first time in a while. It's been a while since I had a hamburger. When I went on a weekday afternoon, there was no line, but the inside of the restaurant was almost full. I ordered the Double Cheese Hamburger Big Size with a rich and savory tomato sauce. First, they brought out corn soup, which was warm and delicious. About 10 minutes after ordering, the hamburger was brought out. It was a big hamburger covered in a bright red tomato sauce, simmering on a hot plate. The hamburger took up about half of the plate. It was very tender and juicy, so much so that the knife went through it easily. It was easy to eat despite its size, without any chunky texture. The sweet tomato sauce gave the hamburger a refreshing taste. The cheese on top added richness to the flavor, making it even more delicious. The rice on the side was cooked slightly firm, which paired well with the flavorful hamburger. The corn and bean sprouts on the side were there to help savor the meat juice and sauce. Thanks to the tomato sauce, I was able to enjoy the Big Size hamburger in a light and refreshing way. I am very satisfied! If I didn't have work in the afternoon, I would like to try the garlic sauce.

I have eaten many hamburgers in the past that were packed tightly with ingredients and firm, as well as ones that were spacious and fluffy. Both have their good points and are very delicious. However, just as hot and cold cannot coexist, and rich and light flavors cannot be combined, I thought that firm and fluffy could not coexist either. That is, until I took a bite of the Sukiyaburg. I could feel the firmness of the packed meat along with the juiciness of the fluffiness. I couldn't help but exclaim in my mind, or maybe even out loud, "What is this?!" This packed yet fluffy texture can only be experienced with the Sukiyaburg. I will definitely be going back.

Visited on a regular weeknight. When I entered the restaurant, it was not crowded, but by the time I finished my meal around 7 pm, there was a line forming. It seems like it's always busy on weekends too. I ordered a small hamburger with cheese and tomato topping, and garlic sauce. I also got a healthy set with vegetables. The salad had corn flakes sprinkled on top, with a light yet punchy French-style oil dressing. The juice was a vegetable juice with a tomato base, not too sweet. As I finished my vegetables, the main dish, the hamburger, arrived. The sizzling hot iron plate was making noise. The hamburger was well-made, with a strong beefy flavor. The garlic sauce complemented it well. The cheese, along with the juicy tomato, added more deliciousness when grilled on the hot plate. I finished it in no time and would love to go back again. I finally made it here~♪ I went just before 6pm on a weekday and since there were no customers, I was seated right away! For my first visit, I decided to try the recommended premium Sukiya burger made with black wagyu beef, and even though it was limited in quantity, they still had it! The burger was juicy and very delicious, and as I ate, I discovered chunks of meat that weren't ground meat... What a meaty burger it was! It was really delicious♪

[Food] The juicy hamburger is the type where the meat juice overflows when you cut it with a knife. It's not the heavy type made with 100% beef, but a classic hamburger with plenty of sauce options. It's delicious. However, the regular size costs 2000 yen and adding rice set costs 500 yen, making it a total of 2500 yen, which feels expensive. In a high-end dining area, you can get a similar dish for under 2000 yen, so it's a bit overpriced. It's like a Ginza price. [Service] There's a sign that says "If you ask for water, you lose," so they pay close attention to the customers. The service is polite, so no issues here. [Ambiance] It's cramped. The prices are high, but it's a place where you can eat quickly like a fast-food restaurant. [Overall] It was delicious when I visited after a long time. However, the cost performance is not good, and the atmosphere is not relaxing, so I don't plan on going back intentionally.

Ginza's Sukiyabagu. I visited after purchasing an engagement ring. There were seats available. I ordered the Premium Sukiyabagu (2,800 yen) with a Moon-viewing topping (180 yen). Soup arrived after 6 minutes. The corn soup had a nostalgic taste and was delicious! The dish was ready after 12 minutes. I chose the garlic soy sauce. When I cut into it, the meat juice came out and it tasted great with the sauce! It has a rich flavor but is elegant and sophisticated. I also tried the wasabi soy sauce. It has a spicy kick that is mature and addictive!

I visited around 8:30 on Saturday and noticed that there are more foreigners coming to the restaurant! About half of the customers were from overseas. There are various toppings available, but today I chose the 150g Cheese Fondue. I was worried about the high calories, but the salad and corn soup were delicious! Then, a sizzling hot hamburger with rich cheese arrived! The cheese was gooey and slightly sweet, almost like the taste of the corn soup. The flavor of the hamburger itself wasn't very noticeable, but when eaten together, it was amazing! If the price was a bit more affordable, it would be even better. Thank you for the meal.

At a hamburger specialty shop in Ginza, there is always a long line at the intersection. I had been curious about it for a while but never had the chance to visit... When I passed by this area on a weekday night and saw no line, I decided to go in. I ordered the Hamburg (small size 150g) with demi-glace sauce and a half-cooked egg, and a side of rice. The hamburger was packed with juicy meat and had a firm texture. Even though it was 150g, it would be very satisfying for a girl. The demi-glace sauce was a bit bitter, which surprised me as I had imagined it to be a little sweeter. The location is a bit pricey, but the delicious hamburger makes it worth it. I will definitely visit again.

One Sunday at around 12:30, I thought the line wasn't too long, so I joined what I thought was the end of the line. However, a staff member came out and directed us to the actual end of the line, which was a bit further away. It was a close call! It seems like there are many people who try to cut in line. After me, another person who arrived did the same thing. The staff member makes sure to guide everyone properly when they come out. In the end, I waited in line for 45 minutes. The restaurant was quite small with only a few tables. I decided to order the "Double Cheese" hamburger, which consisted of a 200-gram patty with a special garlic soy sauce topping and double cheese. It came with rice, soup, and salad. The salad dressing was light and delicious. When the hamburger arrived, it was round and plump, sizzling hot. Cutting into it revealed a dense, juicy patty with a rich meaty flavor. It was delicious, but the sliced cheese felt a bit cheap and lacked a strong cheese flavor. I chose the garlic soy sauce topping, which was tasty, but the soy sauce flavor was a bit overpowering at first. Maybe I should have gone for the popular cheese fondue option instead. Regardless, it was delicious, and I will definitely come back again!

This time, I was seated at the counter. I ordered Avocado Tomato with wasabi soy sauce for ¥540 in the 200g regular size for ¥1,950, and the B set (5 types of colorful salad, rice, soup) for ¥600. I also ordered the Moon-viewing Cheese with the extremely delicious Number Ichiya original garlic soy sauce for ¥360 in the 150g small size for ¥1,600, and the A set (rice, soup) for ¥500. The hamburger itself was juicy, and when I cut it with a knife, lots of meat juice came out. The hamburger wasn't very big, but I got full with the toppings of vegetables, etc. They have a variety of hamburger types, so I would like to try something else next time. It was delicious!

Hamburg Big Avocado Cheese for 2840 yen. The taste was delicious but nothing particularly impressive. It's a hamburger like you'd find at a steakhouse. The restaurant was full as soon as it opened, so maybe upgrading to the premium burger would have made a difference. The hamburger was big, around 250g. For men, it might not be enough without the rice set! If there's a next time, I'll go for the premium option with double cheese topping.

It was lunch on a holiday and I was able to get in without waiting. I had passed by the place before, but I hadn't noticed it. It's a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. There are several types of hamburgers and sauces to choose from, which makes it fun to choose. I chose the "moon-viewing" style with demi-glace sauce, which seemed to be a popular choice among women. It was delicious, but personally, it wasn't as good as I had expected. It wasn't as juicy as I had thought, and the side dishes weren't the best combination for me. I thought it would have been nice to have some potato-based side dishes. Maybe it's just my humble opinion. The interior is also lovely, and it's definitely a great restaurant!

A hamburger restaurant located at the Ginza Sukiyabashi intersection. It often has long lines on holidays, making it easy to find due to its landmark-like status. The cozy interior is slightly small but comfortable. The menu only offers hamburgers, which is nice for having a clear purpose. First, you choose the size of the hamburger: Big (250g) for 2400 yen, Regular (200g) for 2100 yen, or Small (150g) for 1800 yen. Then, you choose a topping: Avocado Cheese, Avocado Tomato, Tsukimi (egg on top), Melting Cheese, Melting Cheese Tomato, Tsukimi Cheese, Cheddar Cheese Bacon, or Double Cheese, ranging from 180 yen to 540 yen. Finally, you select a sauce: Garlic Soy Sauce, Demi-Glace Sauce, Wasabi Soy Sauce, Tomato Sauce, or Japanese-style Ponzu Sauce (sauces are free). The hamburger comes with soup and rice (extra charge for extra rice). This time, I chose the Regular size with Avocado Cheese topping and Garlic Soy Sauce. The hamburger looked delicious with the green of avocado and the color of cheese. The hamburger, made with Japanese beef, had a good amount of marbling, and cutting into it released flavorful juices. The Avocado Cheese topping made it tasty even without sauce, but adding the Garlic Soy Sauce enhanced the flavor and made the rice go down smoothly. The quality of the hamburger is quite high. The rice, made with Koshihikari rice, was also delicious and paired well with the hamburger. Due to price increases, it feels like the cost has gone up about 30% from before, but the quality remains the same, if not better. I wish there weren't always lines so I could visit more often, but I'm torn between being happy or sad about it. If you want to try delicious hamburgers in Ginza, check out this place.

I visited during dinner time and there were about 3 groups waiting in line due to the good location. I was seated within about 10 minutes. I was given the menu to choose from while waiting, and I ordered the Small Size Tsukimi Tomato with 150 grams. I shared the rice with my friend. The sizzling hot dish arrived on a hot plate. The meaty beef hamburger was delicious. It was just the right amount and I left feeling satisfied. It was delicious.
