It has been loved by everyone for over 80 years since its release. Our vinegar kelp is collectively known as "Tsukonbu" and continues to be loved by many. After returning home, I tried it. When I opened it, the strong acidity that stimulates the nose whets the appetite. It's very charming with its sweet and sour taste.
