First of all, 2022 is coming to an end. Thank you very much to everyone who has accompanied me through my clumsy and digression-filled reviews this year. I sincerely appreciate it. I will continue to write reviews calmly and without pressure next year, so I ask for your continued support. kodzilla

Hello... I'm not really drawn to tsukemen. But it is recognized by the public, right? What I don't like is that the broth gets diluted as you slurp it, and most of all, it gradually cools down. After working on a holiday, a man wanders into a tsukemen shop in the afternoon. "Yasubee" in Akasaka, this place feels quite long, I feel like it was already there when I was in Akasaka some time ago. When I search, about 8 shops come up. As soon as you enter the shop, there is a ticket machine on the right. Of course, I don't order tsukemen, I order soy sauce ramen with extra char siu. The shop has a counter in an inverted L-shape at the front, and another counter at the back with about 8 seats. I sit at the far end of the inverted L-shaped counter. There were only two men as customers before, but after that, there was a man and three women, and then two Uber-like people. It's quite busy even though it's Sunday afternoon. It seems to be a popular shop that has been around for a long time. By the way, the girls I mentioned earlier ordered without noodles... at a ramen shop, ordering without noodles, it's like ordering negi ramen without negi, no, like ordering a beef bowl without the beef... The soy sauce ramen with extra char siu comes with menma, white negi, a sheet of nori, and char siu. On the table, there are minced onions, bonito flakes, and condiments for flavoring like vinegar and black pepper. I sprinkle the black pepper on the noodles and take a sip. The noodles are round, thick, and chewy. Are they high in water content? The soup has a fish powder flavor, similar to aojiso... a double soup? The sign in front of the counter mentions pork bones, chicken bones, vegetables, and seafood, so it's not entirely wrong. I add more bonito flakes and onions halfway through, and it's delicious. The char siu is rolled up and there are 5, no, 6 slices. It's quite big, tender, and the type of pork I like. I was quite satisfied. A good tsukemen shop serves delicious regular ramen as well, but the flavor may be different from what I prefer? Well, I won't complain (laughs). If I have the chance, I will visit again. Thank you for the meal... The series of a man who doesn't eat tsukemen at a tsukemen shop... To be continued?
