I visited Hokkaido Ramen Himuro Asakusa branch. I had the Spicy Miso Tsukemen (890 yen) in large size, which is 600g. I didn't know that the prices vary depending on the branch of Himuro. Asakusa branch is reasonable! I have tried their regular miso ramen and salt ramen before, but this tsukemen was the best! It has a spicy kick, but the flavor makes you want to keep eating. The noodles were delicious too! It was a very satisfying bowl. Thank you for the meal!

Visited Himuro Asakusa store today. I ordered the Hakodate salt ramen (730 yen) with extra noodles (110 yen), butter (110 yen), and rice (150 yen). The dish arrived shortly. First, I tried the soup without the melted butter. The salt flavor was delicious! It was my first time trying salt ramen, and I found the soup to be very tasty. I then poured the hot soup over the butter and tried it, which added a rich and delicious flavor. The noodles were the typical yellow egg noodles, which paired perfectly with the salt ramen. Overall, I think I prefer the salt ramen over the miso ramen I had tried before at Himuro. The pork slices were tender and very tasty. The portion size was larger than I expected, and I left feeling quite full. Thank you for the meal!

This is a miso ramen shop with roots in Hokkaido. I visited after 10 pm and had to wait in line to get in, probably because it's a popular spot. I ordered the double portion of ramen with extra noodles, toppings, and soup. The taste was a simple and light miso ramen.

There was no shime (finishing course) at Tanjiro, so I decided to eat at Himuro by myself. I felt like having some spicy noodles, so I bought a ticket for Miso Orochon (890 yen). In less than 5 minutes, the Miso Orochon was brought to me. It had a spicy miso soup with bean sprouts and minced meat, and the noodles were curly yellow noodles similar to Nishiyama Seimen, but it turned out to be Kobayashi Seimen. The noodles were cooked firm, and it had bean sprouts, minced meat, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and diced chashu. The spiciness added a nice touch and it was quite delicious, although the diced chashu was a bit dry.

I ordered Sapporo miso ramen. The soup had a completely different color from the miso ramen I've had before. It seemed like white miso? It wasn't too rich, but had a good balance and a strong miso flavor. However, as I kept eating, it started to feel a bit salty. The tender chashu had little fat, which I liked. Oh, and the curly noodles were also to my liking! It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

There were choices between Sapporo miso ramen, Asahikawa soy sauce ramen, and Hakodate salt ramen, as well as options for Orochon ramen and tsukemen. I ordered miso ramen and gyoza, imagining miso, corn, and butter, but it was not that kind of miso ramen. The noodles were yellow, which was nice. The gyoza was delicious, but I couldn't quite pinpoint the familiar taste I was sensing.

I felt like eating ramen and searched for a new restaurant in Asakusa. Order: - Sapporo Miso Ramen: 830 yen + large size 110 yen It had tender chashu, seaweed, green onions, and bamboo shoots. It is a rich and slightly sweet miso ramen. Quite delicious. I was full after getting the large size. Miscellaneous: There was also a menu item called "Miso Dekkaido" for 1200 yen. It's like having everything doubled - noodles, soup, and ingredients. It must be amazing. The fact that the price is not much different is honest. There were also other options like Hakodate Salt Ramen, Asahikawa Soy Sauce Ramen, and Miso Orochon, among others.

Mr. Himuro had tried it a few times at other stores and had been wanting to eat it again, but there was no store in his area, so he decided to extend his lunchtime a little on this day. He ordered miso ramen with green onions and chashu topping. The soup is cooked in a way that brings out the umami of the miso and ingredients. The chashu is the type that crumbles easily. Maybe I put too many toppings, so the soup cooled down quickly (^_^;)

On the way home from work on an away job, I entered the shop around 10 pm on Sunday. The counter was almost full. I ordered miso ramen with an extra flavored egg and corn. It was a late dinner, so I decided to skip the butter. The soup was white in color and packed with the saltiness of miso, reminding me of the taste of cold regions far away. The large slices of pork belly were thinly sliced, and the bean sprouts soaked up the soup underneath. The bamboo shoots were thick, and there was plenty of corn. The curly yellow noodles unique to Sapporo miso ramen seemed to never end as I kept chasing after the lively toppings. Before I knew it, I had finished the whole bowl.

Big Double Miso Orochon Ramen (1260) is a great deal with double the noodles, soup, and toppings! The noodles are firm and the hot soup is delicious. It has a slight spicy kick that warms you up. The stir-fried vegetables are crunchy and go well with the rich soup. It's a satisfying meal that will keep you full and warm on cold days.

I'm glad it was still open - it was a close call! Haha. I topped my miso ramen with corn, butter, and garlic, and it was delicious. My friend had tsukemen. Late-night ramen is so fattening, but even though I regret it, I still want to eat it. Haha.

This time, I used it for dinner. I was unsure of what to order, but this time I ordered Sapporo Miso Ramen, etc. The restaurant was almost full. It is a shop with a ticket system. Order details: Sapporo Miso Ramen 780 yen. Sapporo Miso Ramen has a rich and creamy miso soup that is close to white in appearance. The noodles were yellow, orthodox Chinese noodles. The toppings were chashu, menma, vegetables, and wakame. I added grated garlic from the table and enjoyed it. The restaurant has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. It is a ramen shop near Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station.

Relaxing in Asakusa. Originally wanted to have soba, but it's cold and rainy. My shoes are soaked, and I want something warm to eat! So, I went to Himuro-san. I thought it specialized in miso ramen, but they also have shoyu and salt ramen, as well as kimchi ramen. It has a rustic feel, but the recommended miso ramen on the top left of the ticket machine caught my eye. Long story short, Tokyo's ramen is top-notch. It was hot and delicious. The miso was a classic white-based blend. The sweet miso was authentic and good. I'm not a big fan of the red miso ramen from Shinshu or Niigata, but I liked this one. The noodles were the curly yellow kind typical of Sapporo ramen. The chashu pork was impressive, but had a slightly off taste. The bamboo shoots were average. It was nice to have a classic Sapporo miso ramen after a long time.

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. It was crowded as expected, being located on Asakusa Street, but a table opened up while I was purchasing my meal ticket. I chose the recommended miso ramen for 780 yen. It came with plenty of toppings like green onions, seaweed, bean sprouts, and chashu. The cloudy broth looked like tonkotsu but tasted strongly of miso. The firm, medium-thick noodles paired well with the soup. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I went around 12 o'clock on Sunday. I had miso ramen with flavored egg. I always thought miso was brown, but the soup was creamy in color. It was mellow and perfect for winter. The noodles seemed like egg noodles, yellow in color and tasty when mixed with the soup. The chashu was also to my liking, not too fatty and tender. The bamboo shoots, flavored egg, and bean sprouts all complemented the soup well. There's always customers in the restaurant, although there's no need to wait in line. I recommend it for a cold day of sightseeing in Asakusa.

At a drinking party one night, the topic of delicious ramen in this area (near Asakusa) came up, and we decided to go for it! We ended up finishing the day with carbs before bed at "Himuro" restaurant. It's known for Hokkaido ramen, with a tasty miso flavor that makes it hard to try anything else. We all seem to prefer miso! What exactly defines Hokkaido ramen? Any discoveries to be made? Sapporo miso ramen with an egg looks simple at first glance. What is the image of Hokkaido ramen in my mind? I thought maybe butter with miso, but let's resist since it's the end of the day. When tasting the soup, it was creamy and smooth, not really miso-like, with a hint of garlic rather than spicy. Maybe it's because of the onions? The creamy sweetness and richness of the soup give a garlic-like feeling without it being obvious, but leaves a heavy aftertaste. The thin noodles were easy to eat and had a delicious flavor and texture. It was simply delicious. It didn't feel like eating miso, but it was a taste I enjoyed. I hope to come back with everyone for this sinful taste (it's a sinful taste at night, but that's what makes it even more delicious, right? Haha).

Located about a 3-4 minute walk from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line, you'll find the shop "Hokkaido Ramen Himuro" along Kokusai Dori. Their signature dish, "Miso Orochon" (880 yen), features medium-thick curly noodles with a chewy texture. The soup is a blend of homemade miso and spicy miso, creating a addictive mix of sweet and spicy flavors. Packed with plenty of vegetables, this ramen is definitely a filling meal option.

After finishing my business in Asakusa and feeling hungry for lunch again, I walked around to find a place to eat from where I was. That's when I noticed this restaurant. I bought a ticket for "Sapporo Miso Ramen 780 yen" at the ticket vending machine inside the store. The seating was only at the counter. After placing my ticket at the counter kitchen, the Sapporo Miso Ramen arrived shortly. The toppings included chashu, menma, wakame, and green onions. It seemed like they used the cost-effective, large packs of menma that are sold in wholesale stores. The noodles were slightly curly and medium thick. The miso soup had a strong flavor. It was delicious (^ - ^)

I had the Asahikawa soy sauce ramen for 680 yen at Himuro, a Hokkaido ramen restaurant near Asakusa Station. Since this place mainly focuses on miso ramen, they don't use a traditional stock pot for the broth, but instead make the soy sauce broth in a wok. It seems like they use pre-made soy sauce, resulting in a soup that is too strong and garlicky, similar to the taste of store-bought ramen soup. The noodles are the yellow curly noodles from Hokkaido and are delicious. As someone from Hokkaido, I found the taste disappointing, it's just average. Perhaps this restaurant is targeting tourists?
