From the 12th floor of Scramble Square, you can enjoy shabu-shabu and sukiyaki using black wagyu beef while overlooking the night view of Shibuya. I ordered the Shibuya course with Kobe beef included! Not only shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, but you can also choose side dishes and dessert. I had a hard time choosing between smoked salmon and herb carpaccio for the side dish, but I went with the potato salad. For dessert, I chose the Mizuwari mochi. The meat included A5 black wagyu brisket 40g + Kobe beef shoulder loin 40g + domestic black pork shoulder loin 60g. The meat is amazing! It's incredibly delicious. The vegetables are also carefully selected, which is great. I finished with udon. You can enjoy at your own pace with one pot per person. The night view is beautiful, and I had a luxurious time. There are many counter seats, so it's easy for solo diners to enter. It's an adult space designed by Sato Kashikawa, known for the UNIQLO logo. The atmosphere is so nice that it's recommended for couples or married couples to visit.

I visited this restaurant with a friend from America who wanted to eat sukiyaki. The restaurant had a good reputation and a beautiful view, so I arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation. There was a long line outside, but luckily we had a reservation. We were seated in a place where we couldn't see the view, but that was fine since we came to eat. We ordered the most expensive course with Matsusaka beef. My friend had sukiyaki and I had shabu-shabu. The Matsusaka beef was delicious. The appetizer and dessert that came with the course were not very memorable. I think the course we ordered was suitable for entertaining friends from far away, but for everyday use, it would depend on the budget.

I had sukiyaki, but it was like a sukiyaki where you dip the meat in the sukiyaki broth like shabu-shabu. The freshly cut meat is always delicious, and you can have up to two eggs for free, so I am very satisfied. The ice cream and warabi mochi were also delicious. When I go to Kakiyasu, I feel like there's not enough meat, but at Tsunoda, the price is reasonable and the amount of meat is just right. I told my friend that we should come back again. This is my first time using this service. I had the Shibuya course. For the choice of side dish, I chose the one with beef and liver pate inside a manju. It was crispy and interestingly delicious. The vegetables may look scarce in the photo, but the plate was packed full of green onions and leafy greens, so it was satisfyingly filling. The meat consisted of 40g of Kobe beef shoulder loin, 40g of black wagyu brisket, and 60g of Kuroge Wagyu pork shoulder loin. I enjoyed them with a slightly spicy sesame sauce and a refreshing ponzu sauce. Everything was tender and delicious. I chose white rice, which was fluffy and easy to eat. Dessert was water warabi mochi with kinako to sprinkle on top. It had a nice, delicate sweetness. The restaurant was clean, and the view of Shibuya from the large windows was pleasant. I made a reservation because I had an OZ coupon and went to the restaurant. When I was asked about drinks, I thought it was included, but it turned out to be an additional charge. And even though it was a lunch drink, it was quite expensive. Usually, lunch drinks are around 200-300 yen, right? Some places even offer them for 100 yen. They didn't even tell me about the option to refill rice and eggs. I saw good reviews, but I think I would prefer going to places like Miyashi or Kiso for a drink bar or shabu-shabu.

I didn't make a reservation since I was alone, and even though I arrived around 11:30 on Saturday, it was a holiday so I ended up getting a table after 12. I recommend making a reservation online even if you are dining alone. The Shibuya lunch set with two types of pork and one type of beef had a good balance of fat and redness in the meat, and the thinness was just right for shabu-shabu style eating with vegetables. The vegetables were fresh and had a good amount of leafy greens, which was great for those needing more vegetables. The sauce was delicious. The sesame sauce had a nice nutty flavor that made it enjoyable until the end. I added more meat because the portions were refined, but considering the location, atmosphere, and quality of ingredients, I was satisfied with the price.
