I had samgyetang and mandu. The great thing about samgyetang is that you can choose from two types of soup! Even though I didn't try it, you can choose crispy or fluffy for the jeon, so it's recommended for those who are tired of the usual Korean cuisine! It's a versatile restaurant that can be used for couples or girls' gatherings! ❤️

There are two types of menu for Samgyetang, classic and Hyun-de. You can taste the soup first before choosing. I chose the rich Hyun-de♪ The tender meat and unique ingredients of Samgyetang were delicious. The Mandu also had a strong flavor and plenty of juicy meat, which was delicious. I wonder if the price is Ebisu price? I also felt disappointed with the service of the staff, like having my plate taken away while I was still eating.

A shop located in a building less than 5 minutes walk from Ebisu Station. The warm, wooden interior was quite crowded around 7pm. I suddenly felt like eating herbal cuisine in the middle of summer, so I made a reservation and visited with a friend. Although we didn't specify a seat, we were guided to a semi-private room ✨ We started by comparing two types of samgyetang soup and then chose the main soup. Both the classic and modern versions were delicious, but the modern version was overwhelmingly better. The rich soup with a strong chicken broth flavor was amazing! (At this point, we unanimously decided to add noodles as the finishing touch) We ordered a la carte, but we were very satisfied with the result. - Napa cabbage kimchi - Tomato kimchi - Corn and edamame jeon → Unlimited cheese topping ✨✨ - Mandu - Aged three-layered pork bossam - Modern samgyetang (+ noodles) → The tender chicken meat and flavorful herbal soup went well together. The staff handled everything from deboning to finishing the samgyetang, so it was easy! I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

We used it for a work-related gathering, and both men and young women were satisfied with the amount. It was my first time eating Mandu, and it was very light and I felt like I could eat as much as I wanted. The texture of the Chijimi was also something I had never experienced before. The variety of drinks available for all-you-can-drink was rich and very delicious.

Summer is samgyetang! So I went to a restaurant outside of Shin-Okubo for the first time in a while! There are two types of samgyetang soup, and you can taste them before deciding. Both are delicious, but I ordered the Hyundae samgyetang with a rich flavor! The meat is tender and the soup is delicious. I've had various samgyetang dishes, but this one is by far the most delicious. And even better than that is the mandu, dumplings! The dumplings come with a soup similar to xiaolongbao, and they are so delicious - you can eat as many as you want! Today, I actually went to a second restaurant to satisfy my cravings a bit, but next time, I'll come with an empty stomach! Korean food is just so delicious.

Specializing in Samgyetang, a restaurant in Ebisu that we used for a second party with a drink-all-you-can course. The taste is different from typical Korean seasoning, but not bad. I quite liked the steamed dumplings and mandu. The Samgyetang had a mild herbal flavor and was quite delicious, but I didn't really enjoy the Chapchae as it felt like I had to mix it myself. Overall, it was good. Thank you for the meal.

The samgyetang was so delicious that on our second visit with two people, we ordered a kimchi assortment, salad, and samgyetang. The samgyetang was so delicious that I wanted to drink every last drop of the soup, so I ordered a refill for an extra 100 yen. We were seated at a table for four even though there were only two of us. I highly recommend the chestnut makgeolli in a large pot. Last time we tried the yangnyeom and kimbap, but they didn't compare to the amazing taste of the samgyetang, so this time we just stuck to the samgyetang!

This is a stylish shop on the second floor of a building. The main dish is samgyetang, but I recommend something other than the classic version! The portion size is quite large, but don't worry, you can take the leftovers home. The mandu and chapchae were both delicious, and they went well with alcohol. I will definitely visit again.

The restaurant has a high cost-performance ratio, with a high percentage of female customers inside. The staff members have Korean-sounding names on their name tags, making you think they are Korean, but they are actually Japanese. The low-priced restaurant seems to be short-staffed as the drinks in the all-you-can-drink menu are served slowly.

Course with all-you-can-drink for 5000 yen. The Samgyetang is consistently delicious. The meat falls off the bone and the soup is tasty. The staff will debone the chicken for you, so all you have to do is eat. In addition to Samgyetang, the Mandu, Jjim, and Japchae are also delicious, and the all-you-can-drink option includes Makgeolli, making for a satisfying selection. The stylish interior is always fully booked, so early reservations are a must.

A friend of mine who is a regular at this restaurant let us use the only private room available. We ended up staying way past the time, but I guess it's a regular privilege! It was nice of them to let us stay for so long. The Samgyetang, as the name suggests, was the best I've ever had. We ordered some green chili peppers as a topping, which went really well with it! The three of us ordered a satisfying amount of food. The crispy and flavorful Jeon (Korean pancake) was delicious. We tried a chestnut makgeolli that we had only ever had in cans before, and it was so good we could have kept drinking it. The yangnyeom (seasoning) was a bit too strong and salty for my taste, and I wished there was more meat on the bones. The Kimbap was a bit too bold in flavor for me, so I think sticking with the Samgyetang is the way to go here! Overall, I think the Samgyetang is unbeatable!

There are two types of samgyetang soup, and they let you taste both before ordering. I found the Hyundae samgyetang soup to be quite strong, while the other classic samgyetang was too mild, so I chose the Hyundae. When it was served in a pot, it seemed slightly more diluted than when I tasted it. The dumplings were delicious. I didn't need the bossam and chijimi. Adding bossam to the course made me quite full.

I made a reservation and went on Saturday night. It seemed like many people had reservations, so I think it's safer to make a reservation. It was a course meal, and for about 5000 yen, I was able to eat authentic chicken white broth. I'm not a big eater, so I felt the portion was quite large. The dishes were all delicious, and the Chijimi was crispy and very tasty.

I enjoyed the Samgyetang at this restaurant. It came with a whole chicken for 3800 yen. The soup had a rich flavor and a creamy texture similar to tonkotsu ramen, and I enjoyed it until the last bite. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. When they asked me if it was my first time dining in the area, I felt their sincerity and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant based on the satisfying meal and the staff's hospitality. You will be impressed by the delicious Samgyetang and the warm service once you visit. Please experience the deliciousness and hospitality with your own taste buds.

✨CLASSIC Ginseng Chicken Soup✨A new classic Korean cuisine for adults to enjoy! The Ginseng Chicken Soup, simmered for over 10 hours, is so tender that it melts in your mouth☆ It is a delicious dish with the flavor of chicken fully infused. The Korean dumplings, "Mandu," are hand-wrapped daily, and the meat juice overflows from them. Recommended for a girls' night out, the course with all-you-can-drink option is a great deal! ☆ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー☆ Likes, comments, saves, and follows are appreciated^_^ Please check out our other posts for more recommendations! @m_tokyo_gourmet #Ebisu #CLASSICGinsengChickenSoup #GinsengChickenSoup #KoreanCuisine #Mandu #Kimchi #ShibuyaGourmet #EbisuGourmet #ShinjukuGourmet #GinzaGourmet #RoppongiGourmet #NishiAzabuGourmet #OmotesandoGourmet #TokyoGourmet #Date #GirlsNightOut #StylishDinner #AnniversaryDinner #AnniversaryDate #LuxuryDining #TreatYourselfDinner #foodie #tokyo #japanesefood

The cost performance is amazing! I love Samgyetang, so I was happy. The course had a generous amount of food, drinks came quickly, and the staff was kind and cute. I want to have a girls' night out here again. Mandu, Kimchi pancake, Gimbap, and even roasted green tea ice cream.

On Sunday night, it was full. You can choose from two types of soup, light or rich. This time I chose the rich one, and it was very delicious. The girls' night out course was 4,500 yen, including all-you-can-drink, which was a great deal. The service was also very good, and the restaurant was clean.

I visited the restaurant at night. Once seated, the staff explained the recommended menu items to us. They also let us taste two different types of Samgyetang soup. We preferred the restaurant's original "Hyondae Samgyetang," so we ordered that. In addition to the Samgyetang, we also ordered Jangjatang, Mandu dumplings, and Chijimi. The Chijimi can be ordered crispy or fluffy. Every dish was truly delicious. The Mandu dumplings were particularly recommended by the staff, and they were like a cross between water dumplings and xiaolongbao, with a lot of juicy meat inside. As for the Samgyetang, as mentioned in other reviews, the portion size felt quite large for two people. It comes with condiments for flavor variation, so you can enjoy it until the end, but we ended up feeling quite full afterwards (laughs). It was a pleasant surprise, but please be mindful of this.

Since around March 2023, I had been interested in a Samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup) specialty store. They offer two main types of Samgyetang: Classic and Hyun-de. The Classic is a traditional Korean style with a light flavor that you can adjust by adding salt yourself. The Hyun-de is a rich chicken broth with a strong seasoning. This time, I chose the Hyun-de. The chicken is shredded by the staff and bones are removed, making it easy to eat. It's tender and has a flavor that seems good for the body. The sauce that comes with it is spicier than it looks, which was a nice touch. Since I still had room in my stomach, I also ordered Mandu (dumplings), which were chewy with a delicious meaty flavor. They were so tasty that they could open a Mandu specialty store in the same chain. I definitely want to go back!

We ordered 3 dishes a la carte for 2 people since the course meal requires a minimum of 3 people. The Samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup) was large, so we wanted to try a variety of dishes. I recommend going with 4 people to try more dishes. Next time, I want to increase the number of people and try the course meal, which includes all the dishes we want to try and also offers all-you-can-drink options.
