I got off at Iwamotocho Station. When you exit from Exit A3 and turn right, you will find a convenience store affiliated with Yamazaki Bakery nearby. Coming from Akihabara Station, after passing through Showa-dori exit, turn right when you reach the road, cross the bridge, and cross the pedestrian crossing. Due to the proximity of Yamazaki Bakery's headquarters to Iwamotocho Station, you can find several Daily Yamazaki stores in the area. The store has a self-service style with a combination of convenience store and individual bread sales. The space for displaying bread is small, enough for about four adults in a row. In March 2016, I was addicted to comparing branded bottled drinks from convenience stores. So, I decided to buy some unique items from Daily Yamazaki. The items I purchased were: Prin Tart (¥184), Salt Butter Bread (¥90), and Yamazaki Selection Mochi Texture Danish Chocolate & Chocolate (¥118). Prin Tart had a crispy crust and a creamy pudding filling with a gentle sweetness. Salt Butter Bread had a hollow center and was a bit firm, with a buttery taste when you bite into the bottom part. Mochi Texture Danish had layers of chewy dough with chocolate chips and chocolate incorporated into the dough. In July 2017, during a collaboration campaign with iDOLM@STER SideM (a male character version of iDOLM@STER), I happened to visit the store. The store was decorated with character wraps, indicating that Daily Yamazaki was also participating in collaboration campaigns. In November 2018, around 11 am on a weekday, I visited the store again. I found out about a Code Geass campaign through a Twitter timeline ad. Despite thinking that convenience stores wouldn't do Geass campaigns anymore after Seven's campaign in October 2017, Daily Yamazaki was offering a campaign with original bookmarks featuring my favorite character, Rolo. I secured the goods on the day when Rolo's goods were added (11/16). The campaign required purchasing two or more eligible items, and I bought two bath salts for the campaign. Additionally, I purchased a Chiovita drink (¥157) and a Yuzu-wrapped sweet (¥140). The Yuzu-wrapped sweet had yuzu fruit in white bean paste, wrapped in mochi. It gave me a traditional Japanese sweet impression. At that time, there was also a campaign for Tales of Vesperia, promoting the remastered game software released on 01/11/2018. The campaign involved buying three eligible snacks to receive original goods. Although I haven't played the game, I know that Yuri, with long purple hair, is extremely popular. It was a miracle that there were still Yuri's campaign goods available at the time of my visit.
