This is a sushi restaurant in the Tama area that specializes in fish sourced from local waters. When I visited at 1:30 pm on a Sunday, it was almost full. They also serve lunch on weekends. I ordered the lunch course, which was delicious. The sushi was all very tasty, earning a double thumbs-up. The tempura was crispy and delicious, and the chawanmushi and miso soup were also tasty. Overall, it was a great value lunch.

I ordered a sashimi platter. Each piece of sashimi was very small, thin, and lacked flavor. I don't remember the price, but I thought the cost performance was poor. So, I quickly paid and left the restaurant to find another place. The restaurant is large, so it may be good for large groups.

I remembered this restaurant. The lunch set is a good deal. Today is the last day of my Bon holiday, so I chose the Jo sushi set meal. It cost 1,590 yen. I started with a draft beer, then had some local sake, and finally some Akabu sake. The food and drinks were delicious. I added some simmered fish for 300 yen, and it was a perfect meal.

Showa-cho is a place that is not easy to get to, but I often go there to visit relatives. This place is a restaurant with delicious fish. I think it was around 1300 yen. It's a safe choice even when bringing parents along. I have the impression that many suburban restaurants have a difference between their Tabelog ratings and actual evaluations. (In this case, I think it's worth paying more) It's often crowded during weekend lunchtime, so I recommend going early. #Kaisen Gyoryoku #Showa-cho #Showa-cho Moritown #Fish dishes #Japanese cuisine #Showa-cho gourmet #Japanese food lovers

In front of Akishima Station, there is a seafood restaurant run by a chain fish store that stands out. I went in and ordered the following: Fish sashimi platter (5 pieces) for 2,530 yen, Caesar salad with plenty of shrimp and soft-boiled egg for 660 yen, seasonal vegetable and shrimp tempura for 748 yen, simmered fish head for 649 yen, and fried oysters, among other dishes. It's a large restaurant with partitions where you can also dine in. Despite the affordable prices and variety of dishes, I felt a bit disappointed with the overall experience compared to the good image I had of a fish store.

On December 29th, I visited Moritown West Building for the first time. It is a separate building from Moritown Main Building, located directly in front after exiting the north side of Akishima Station. I entered at 13:25 and was seated at a six-person table after a short wait. Most other customers were seated at four-person tables, so I offered to move to a different table, but the staff insisted that I stay where I was. The restaurant is divided by walls into several sections, and it seems to have a large capacity.
I ordered the Bara Chirashi Sushi Set (1,210 yen), which was served in about 10 minutes. The set included a beautifully arranged bara chirashi, tempura, chawanmushi, clam soup, and salad, providing great value for the price. It's perfect for enjoying a leisurely lunch while chatting with friends. The restaurant was constantly filled with elderly couples after me. The bara chirashi was delicious, especially the shrimp tempura and clam soup. The chawanmushi was also very good. It would be a shame to visit this restaurant alone.

My mother-in-law, my mother, and I went out for lunch together! We visited Uoriki as it was the restaurant my mother wanted to go to. This was my second time having lunch there. I had a hard time deciding what to eat, but ended up choosing the sashimi and tempura set lunch. It came with salad, pickles, and chawanmushi for 1,200 yen. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

When it comes to seafood, there is a restaurant called "Kaisen Gyoriki" that sells sashimi in department store basements. I didn't know about it. It was a rainy weekday night, so the restaurant was empty and I was able to drink quietly. The restaurant is spacious, giving off a chain store vibe. There was a cover charge of 300 yen for the table, even though there was no service charge as mentioned on Tabelog. The menu prices were all excluding tax, but strangely the cover charge was tax-inclusive. I ordered Ebius draft beer for 570 yen, octopus tempura for 490 yen, salmon sushi for 210 yen, red snapper sushi for 210 yen, yellowtail sushi for 210 yen, saury sushi for 180 yen, amberjack sushi for 240 yen, and scallop tempura for 590 yen. The total came to around 3400 yen, which seemed a bit pricey. The Ebius beer was served in a glass and tasted good, but was it worth the price? The sushi rice was too hard with some pieces having a core left. The fish was fresh without any fishy smell. Overall, the red snapper and yellowtail were delicious. The octopus tempura had a thin coating that soaked up too much oil, lacking a crispy texture. The octopus itself was tasty. As for the scallop tempura, the texture was good and it was crispy, but the oil was a bit overpowering. That's about it!

Today, I went to a restaurant in Akishima to meet someone. We ended up choosing this place. Since one person was still at work, the two of us started with a toast. We ordered edamame, namero (fish tartare), and rolled omelette. The beer we had was Ebisu. They really care about their selection of drinks. After about an hour, the other person arrived and we had a fun time eating and drinking together. However, I couldn't help but notice that there weren't many customers. When we arrived, there was only one other group of customers. And when we left, we were the only ones left. It was busier when I came for lunch...

I went to the fish market at Akiruno Tokyu, where I always find delicious fish. I had the seafood chirashi sushi lunch for 1000 yen. It tasted good as always, but I would say it's on par with what you could have at home. It's like a family restaurant with a bit more sophistication.

The a la carte menu is a bit pricey. They offer a wide variety of citrus sours at a reasonable price, but I do not recommend the sashimi platter. The quality may be better at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

A restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious food. The main dishes are fish, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It can get crowded during dinner time, so it's recommended to make a reservation.
