This time, I found out that a cold noodle specialty shop will open in Akasaka Mitsuke on December 12th, so I went there immediately. The location is a 2-minute walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and Marunouchi Line. It is also a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. The business hours are from 11:30 to 0:00 on weekdays and Saturdays (last order at 23:30), and closed on Sundays. I went alone around 7 pm. There were many flowers at the entrance, including some from famous people. There is a ticket machine at the entrance where you can place your order. The menu includes the following cold noodle options: Original Cold Noodles (750 yen), Tomato Cold Noodles (1,000 yen), Japanese-style Tororo Cold Noodles (950 yen), Kimchi Cold Noodles with Kujo Negi (950 yen), and Hot Pot Noodles (750 yen). Side menu items include Clam Tsukudani Rice Balls (150 yen), Ooba Leaf Rice Balls (150 yen), and Truffle Edamame (450 yen). On this day, the Clam Tsukudani and Oden (5 types) were sold out. Drinks such as bottled beer, lemon sour, and highball (with cola or ginger ale) are reasonably priced, and soft drinks like oolong tea, bottled cola, and bottled ginger ale are 250 yen each. I ordered the shop's signature dish, the Churun Original Cold Noodles (750 yen). The toppings included pickled plum, watercress, grated daikon radish, Kujo Negi, steamed chicken, and Kakuteki. I opted for the simple Churun Original Cold Noodles without any additional toppings. The seating consists of three counter areas with about 10 seats in total, and one table for four people. I chose a seat at the counter near the entrance. The interior of the restaurant has a clean, modern, and stylish atmosphere. There are vinegar and shichimi pepper available on the counter. There were five customers in the restaurant at the time. I waited for about 10 minutes. The Churun Original Cold Noodles arrived and looked delicious. The appearance was simple and appealing, with a sherbet-like broth in the middle and pickled plum and shiso leaves on top of the noodles. The noodles were chewy, similar to Morioka cold noodles. The taste was delicious. It was slightly delicate and light, with a broth made from beef bones. The noodles were thin and chewy, with a good bounce to them. Adding vinegar enhanced the flavor, making the cold noodles even tastier. The beef bone soup and vinegar matched well, creating a very delicious dish. In conclusion, the cold noodles were very delicious. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I had cold noodles for lunch. I thought it would come with grated radish, but it had shaved ice with broth on top. The refreshing flavors of shiso, plum, and Japanese-style broth were delicious! The chewy noodles unique to cold noodles had a good texture and were tasty. I wanted to get a large serving, but there was no option to add extra noodles.

Well, it's not bad overall. Just a note, I try to write my thoughts honestly so that people who read reviews don't make the wrong judgment. I will provide additional information about Instagrammable spots or the atmosphere of the restaurant, but I mainly rate based on whether the food is delicious or not, and if it's worth the price.

Yeah, it was no good. I couldn't even taste the flavor, so the issue of whether it was good or bad was irrelevant. I topped it with egg and steamed chicken, but it was just plain bad. Note: We strive to provide honest comments so that those reading reviews do not make incorrect judgments based on them. Our expressions may be a bit extreme at times, but please understand. Generally, we tend to praise more than criticize. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Located a 2-3 minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, this is a cold noodle specialty shop nestled between Akasaka Misuji Street and Hitotsugi Street. The store's appearance and interior are sophisticated and stylish, making it hard to believe it's a ramen shop. Upon entering, you purchase meal tickets from a vending machine. As a first-time visitor, I chose the "Number 1 Bestseller," the Chewy Original Cold Noodles (750 yen), and the Homemade Chashu Bowl (350 yen). The interior is bright and clean, with two 4-person tables in the front, counter seats by the window on the left, and an L-shaped counter surrounding the kitchen on the right. The dishes arrived promptly. The cold noodles had a light fish-based soup, with frozen broth, pickled plum, and shiso leaves on top of chewy, bouncy noodles. Mixing them together created a refreshing taste, perfect for a hot day. The chashu bowl featured diced chashu, onsen tamago, green onions, and sesame seeds, with a sweet sauce reminiscent of simmered chashu over rice. As the cold noodles alone may not be filling enough, pairing them with a bowl or rice ball is the best choice.

This is the most delicious cold noodles I have ever had in my life. It's not a joke, you can slurp it down easily. There are some spicy options available, but be careful as the green chili pepper is really hot (but still tasty). It's rare for cold noodles to come with tenkasu (tempura scraps) on the table, which adds a nice touch.

Visited on Wednesday at 2:15 PM, no wait for seating. The restaurant was about 70% full, with a high proportion of female customers. I ordered the spicy cold noodles with char siu topping and a clam rice ball. They use a food ticket system, and accept payment by QR code, IC card, credit card, or cash. On the table, there were vinegar, chili oil, shichimi pepper, and fried garlic toppings available. I initially thought the portion might be small, but the thick noodles were filling and delicious with a spicy kick. There were some serving mistakes by the staff, so the operation seemed a bit challenging.

Around Akasaka Mitsuke, where it's so hot that it feels like Goemon's kettle is boiling! I was looking for a lunch spot and remembered a new cold noodle shop that opened up. I think it opened in December last year, during the cold season, so I hadn't tried it yet. The cafe-style exterior and interior of the shop were inviting. During the early lunch rush, I got a ticket from the ticket machine and ordered the default Churun Original Cold Noodles for 750 yen, with an additional soft-boiled egg for 100 yen. Although there were empty seats, the previous customer's tray was not cleared, so seating was limited. Later customers had no choice but to sit at tables with leftover trays, and only then did the staff start cleaning up. After about 5 minutes of waiting, the Churun Original Cold Noodles with a soft-boiled egg arrived. I picked up some disposable chopsticks and dug in. The beef bone soup had a refreshing sweetness, and the firm cold noodles almost slipped down my throat. But chewing them slowly, I realized they paired well with the soup. The plum meat, shiso, and frozen soup topping added a refreshing touch. However, the soft-boiled egg was a bit disappointing. Slowly savoring the noodles, I didn't feel full, but I was satisfied. I finished the soup as well and said thanks for the meal. The taste was good, but the service operation was disappointing, so I deducted points in my overall assessment.

I happened to stop by this place on my way back from yoga. It's a restaurant mainly serving cold noodles. They also have appetizers, so it seems like a good place for drinks too. I tried their original cold noodles. It came with basic toppings like plum, shiso, and shaved ice with broth. It was so refreshing on a hot day! I'm curious about their Japanese-style tororo cold noodles too.

Every day, when it's hot, you crave something refreshing to eat, right? This place is located right near Akasaka-Mitsuke. It's a creative cold noodle specialty shop that opened in December last year. The interior has a stylish and chic cafe-like atmosphere with a monochrome color scheme, which caught my attention. It seems like a place where women can feel comfortable dining alone. First, you pay at the ticket machine, and you can also use a credit card. Then you place your order. The interior has counter seating and table seating, all sparkling clean and stylish. On this day, I had: Fresh Tomato Cold Noodles with a soft-boiled egg topping for 1100 yen. The tomato soup made from strained tomatoes has a tangy flavor, paired perfectly with the chewy cold noodles, steamed chicken, watercress, and soft-boiled egg. The cheese is served on the side. It's delicious and perfect for a hot day. I think all women would enjoy this. The basic beef bone soup cold noodles also look delicious, and the fact that you can choose your toppings to suit your taste is great. Cold noodles are a must in the summer. It seems like they will be trendy this summer. I would like to visit again.

Near Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, this shop offers various types of cold noodles. I wonder if they can still attract customers in the winter. There are two table seats and the rest are counter seats. The interior is predominantly white and looks cool. Orders are made by purchasing food tickets, and I chose the classic cold noodles with steamed chicken topping. The presentation is beautiful, and the noodles are smooth and chewy, making it refreshing to eat. The soup is also very delicious. Personally, I noticed that there are more female customers, which may result in a lower turnover rate. There tends to be a crowd near the entrance, and I was a bit confused about whether I needed to hand over the food ticket or not. This aspect could be a bit more user-friendly.

I visited a creative cold noodle specialty store that opened in December 2022 and has been gaining popularity day by day. The atmosphere inside the store is clean and stylish, making it easy for women to enter even if they are alone. I ordered the "Japanese-style Tororo Cold Noodles" for 950 yen including tax, and added green onions with a free topping coupon for registering on LINE. The noodles were thin but had a chewy texture and a firm bite, and the Japanese-style broth coated them well, making it delicious. Thanks to the effect of Tororo, I was able to enjoy the noodles even on a hot day. The store also operates at night, making it a recommended spot for a late-night snack.

The noodles have a firm texture and a smooth, refreshing taste with a good balance of richness. The acidity is also refreshing, making it ideal for hot weather. However, the mismatch between the ticket machine model and the number of seats is a concern. It's not an issue when it's not busy, but during lunchtime, there may be lines and lower productivity. Depending on future improvements, they may struggle during lunch peaks.

[Store Overview] I arrived at the restaurant on a weekday at 11:40. There were already two groups of customers, including housewives and couples, not just office workers. As it approached 12:00, more salarymen started to arrive. The restaurant had two 4-person tables and around 10 counter seats. Some of the counter seats had electrical outlets. The background music playing was upbeat J-POP. [Order] Original Cold Noodles - 750 yen [Impressions] The base of the noodles was similar to Morioka cold noodles, with a rich beef bone soup that was thick but surprisingly not greasy, making it refreshing. It felt slightly lighter than Pyon Pyon Sha. The noodles were thin and round for cold noodles, with a chewy starch texture. The toppings included shiso leaves, plum meat, and frozen soup, adding a refreshing touch. The price is quite reasonable considering the location. This restaurant is a lifesaver during the summer when you have a poor appetite. It felt a bit lacking, so adding beef instead of chashu and a boiled egg would make it perfect. I would like to try different toppings next time. Thank you for the meal!

I must confess that I love noodles (`・ω・´). And my second favorite after ramen is "naengmyeon" (cold noodles). Whenever I go to a Korean restaurant, I always order naengmyeon. If there is a naengmyeon specialty store, I will try different flavors until I find my favorite (`・ω・´). And today, I headed to Akasaka to visit a restaurant I wanted to try. I arrived at "Naengmyeon Churun" (*´▽`*), a cute restaurant with a charming logo. I used the touch panel ticket machine to order the "Churun original naengmyeon" with "kimchi" and "Kujyo negi" toppings. You don't need to hand over the ticket; you can just leave it on the table. The cafe-style interior and cheerful staff create a lively and pop atmosphere. The restaurant has an equal mix of male and female customers, with more young people. My naengmyeon was served promptly! The red thing on top is... plum meat Σ(゚Д゚). I see, it's original, right? The soup is slightly thick but not heavy, with a refreshing texture. The rich flavor of beef bones is well balanced, and it tastes delicious and refreshing (*´▽`*)♪ The noodles are a bit thinner than Morioka naengmyeon, but I love the chewy texture and slurpiness! I chew and slurp, enjoying the soup! This is the essence of naengmyeon (*´▽`*). The toppings of large leaves, watercress, and plum meat create a harmonious and refreshing atmosphere. The crunchy ice broth gradually melts, and when you sip the soup, the plum meat adds a nice touch Σ(゚Д゚). The refreshing Japanese-style atmosphere is enhanced by the large leaves and crunchy Kujyo negi. I mix in the kimchi halfway through, and it starts to taste more like Korean-style naengmyeon. The kimchi is not too sweet and tastes delicious! I finish all the toppings and noodles, then change the flavor by adding vinegar to the soup. It didn't change much, maybe because I added too little, but it definitely felt more refreshing (´∀`*)ウフフ The chewy noodles give a satisfying feeling of having eaten something refreshing. They also have a small bowl menu for men, so adding that might make you even more satisfied. Thank you for the delicious meal today!

I love cold noodles! I was curious about this place since it opened, and today on a hot day, I finally decided to visit. It was almost full around 2 pm on a weekday. It operates like a ramen shop with a ticket system, but the order seems to be automatically sent to the kitchen. They should accept credit cards, but I tried two different ones and they didn't work... why? There were two staff members, one in the kitchen and one in the hall, but they seemed a bit disorganized, and the self-serve water cups were not being refilled. I noticed that orders for cold noodles and rice bowl sets were being served with quite a time difference. I ordered the Kimchi Negi cold noodles with egg topping for 1,050 yen. The noodles were thick and chewy, which I really liked! They had a great texture and were delicious. However, despite being labeled as Kimchi flavor, there was no actual Kimchi in it, and the Negi (green onions) didn't have much flavor either... Is this worth 1,050 yen? I wonder if men would feel full with this. It left a bad impression in terms of cost performance. The noodles were good, but I'm not sure if I would come back again.

This is a new restaurant, and I had never had cold noodles for lunch before, but I wanted something light to eat so I visited. I was able to enter the restaurant smoothly even during lunchtime. I ordered the secret spicy and savory Kochijang without any toppings. The cold noodles, soup, and side dishes of kimchi, cucumber, and chicken were all delicious. I will definitely come back again.

The cherry blossom viewing season has ended, and it is gradually getting hotter as we head towards summer. On a hot day like this, I feel like eating something refreshing. While walking, I come across a store with a sign that reads "Cold Noodles Specialty Shop". Cold noodles are something I always order when I go to a yakiniku restaurant, but I don't remember eating them in other situations. Intrigued by the idea of a cold noodle specialty shop, I decide to go in. The shop opened at the end of 2022, so the exterior and interior are very clean and new. The ordering system is through food tickets. There are several types of cold noodles on the menu, as well as sets and side dishes, but the overall menu is not extensive. I purchase a food ticket and am shown to a table. - Highball (450 yen) For a change, I order a highball as my first drink. I usually go for beer, but I wonder what kind of alcohol goes well with cold noodles. Looking around the table, I see toppings like tenkasu, vinegar, shichimi, chili oil, and pepper. I realize I can customize my cold noodles to my liking with these condiments. - Churun Original Cold Noodles (750 yen) - Pork Bowl (250 yen) The cold noodles arrive! I ordered the classic cold noodles and a side of pork bowl. The presentation of the cold noodles is classic, with plum, shiso, and beef bone broth in a sherbet-like form as toppings. It's simple but delicious, with a mochi-like texture that I really enjoy. However, I feel like I need something more, so the pork bowl is a good addition. It has a rich flavor that complements the cold noodles well. - Kimchi Cold Noodles with Kujo Negi (950 yen) I also ordered another cold noodle dish with plenty of Kujo negi and spicy kimchi. The noodles are still chewy and they mix well with the flavorful soup. This dish is spicier and more intense, making it a great choice for those who prefer a kick. The combination of kimchi and Kujo negi is excellent. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cold noodles. I didn't know of a place where I could casually enjoy cold noodles before, so I'm very happy that a cold noodle specialty shop opened nearby. I don't usually think "let's eat cold noodles", but I will consider it as an option from now on. With the availability of alcohol and some snacks, it seems like a great place for a nightcap. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

Visited the restaurant on Saturday at 10:00 PM. Dinner was late, so I was looking for a place where I could eat something light since my stomach was tired. Found a restaurant that was not crowded. Ordered the Japanese-style Tororo Cold Noodles for 950 yen including tax. As a LINE friend registration benefit, I got steamed chicken topping. The noodles were firm and satisfying to eat. The broth was incredibly delicious, and I could eat it smoothly. This place seems like it will be very helpful, especially during the summer.

Rare cold noodle specialty shop. It's lunchtime. Many young customers, with a cafe-like atmosphere. Young staff chatting in the kitchen. Original cold noodles. The noodles are delicious. They have a good texture. The soup is lightly flavored, but it needs something sweet. It seems to be frozen broth with plum and shiso on top. When mixed, the plum flavor dominates. It feels lacking without any toppings. Let's add some toppings, I guess. I'm on a diet, so I'll accept it. Personally, I've discovered that having just a little cold noodles after grilled meat is the best amount.

I visited the restaurant alone around 1:30 pm on a regular weekday. I had been curious about their cold noodles, which were being offered even in the middle of winter. There were no other customers at the time. I purchased a meal ticket from the machine, but unfortunately, electronic money could not be used that day. I ordered the original cold noodles, which arrived in about 5 minutes. It was simple but the shiso leaf and plum paste added a nice flavor. If you add too many toppings, it can get expensive, so I decided to register for LINE and try to get a good deal on my next visit.
