A stylish wine bar that looks more like a trendy cafe than a typical Akabane place. It's called STAND, as everyone was saying. It has a green counter and a cafe-like atmosphere. The menu is neatly written on a blackboard, and they have a good selection of food items. The owner seems like a young woman, and the staff helping out are also girls. It's definitely appealing to female customers! Although it might seem like a place full of male regulars in a girl-run shop, there were also groups of women and even solo female customers. The wine selection seems to focus on natural wines, and I noticed they had a variety of fruit liqueurs. The wine list on the blackboard includes detailed descriptions of each wine's characteristics, which helped me make a choice. I ordered one that was described as having a strawberry flavor. When I ordered the prosciutto, they sliced it freshly for me. The petite girl working there was doing her best. It was surprisingly authentic, and for Akabane, this is quite impressive. It's no wonder it's popular.

Today, I visited this restaurant recommended by someone I met at another place. I arrived right at the opening time of 5 pm. I was the first customer, but soon regulars started coming in. I hadn't eaten anything, so I ordered Capellini with a gentle tomato sauce. The wine was reasonably priced at 650 yen per glass. It seems like there are many wines stored in the back of the restaurant. Customers and staff were engaging in various conversations, creating a lively atmosphere. Despite being open for only a year and a half, it seemed like there were already many regular customers. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all well put together, making it a lovely restaurant. You could feel that both the staff and customers love this place. It seems like there is still much more to discover about this restaurant. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much.

Visited STAND, which I hadn't been to in a while, and realized they had moved from their original location. Due to increased remote work because of COVID, I often get off at Akabane on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, but unfortunately those are their regular days off. Thanks to a regular customer, I found out about their new location and paid them a visit. The new place is more spacious than before, with chairs and an expanded kitchen, resulting in even more elaborate and delicious dishes. I highly recommend this place for wine lovers. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The curry is delicious and the other appetizers are also good. They have a nice selection of wines by the glass. It seems like a popular spot with regular customers. I will definitely visit again. Good food, good drinks, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and the prices are cheap.

A cozy little bar with a relaxed atmosphere where regular customers chat with the staff. Sometimes the conversation might drift your way. The staff provides detailed explanations of the drinks, so even if you're not an expert, you can enjoy a drink that suits your taste.
