Next was the tongue shabu-shabu, where thinly sliced tongue was quickly grilled and dipped in special ponzu sauce. The Wagyu beef assortment featured cuts like camel hump, showcasing the richness of lean meat. The wasabi-grilled lean meat was a unique dish with the sharp taste of wasabi complementing the lean meat perfectly. Grilling the thick sirloin and enjoying it with a runny egg yolk was a delight, bringing out the full flavor of the meat. The miso-marinated lean meat was another unique dish, with the miso adding a rich flavor. The meat sushi assortment featured various combinations, including sea urchin, providing a diverse lineup. The table seats were divided by curtains, which made it very cozy. The staff were very kind and greeted us with smiles when we talked to them, making it easy for us to chat with them too. I was looking forward to it, but the meat was dry and the all-you-can-eat system was strange - you had to eat a large amount of meat sushi first before ordering anything else. I ended up getting full on rice and felt disappointed with the expensive course I chose.

I used it for a girls' gathering. We had meat sushi, yakiniku, dessert, and everything was fine. The taste of the meat was average. It looks fancy and gets you excited, but it's nothing more than that. I think once you go, you'll be satisfied.

If you go before 4 pm, you can get a very good course, and the seats were already filled with customers from early hours. It's rare to have such delicious meat sushi all-you-can-eat. Also, the restaurant is connected by an underground passage, and you can take an elevator to the next building, so the access is great.
