I used it in the morning on a regular weekday. Even though it was shortly after opening, there were about 5 customers sitting down. I had purchased a breakfast voucher when checking into the hotel, so I sat at an empty table. After a while, a staff member came over with a glass of water and a wet towel, and explained the breakfast menu. There were 3 types of menus: one that could be eaten with just the breakfast voucher, one that required an additional fee, and a total of 3 options. I chose the boiled egg & toast morning that could be eaten with just the breakfast voucher. I also ordered a hot coffee. In less than 5 minutes after ordering, the boiled egg & toast morning and the hot coffee arrived. In Nagoya, there are many cafes that offer a great morning menu, and when you order a drink, boiled eggs and toast are usually served as a complimentary service. However, this is Tokyo, so I didn't have high expectations, but when I saw the toast that was served, I was surprised. In Nagoya, a famous cafe's morning service usually serves half a toast, but this cafe serves a whole toast, cut into 3 pieces for easy eating. Additionally, there was a small salad included. All of this for only ¥400 (including tax, but for hotel guests only), which is a great deal. For regular customers, it would cost ¥530 (including tax).

Last night's long journey resulted in a one-hour delay in arriving at Shinagawa due to the delay of the limited express Nanki. I really wanted to eat some Kishimen from Sumiyoshi~(T_T) Now, I will have breakfast at the UCC Cafe on the first floor of the hotel. The set includes toast, mini salad, boiled egg, and coffee. You can change to a sandwich by paying extra, but it seems silly to pay extra for a breakfast-included plan, so I will stick to the set menu. The coffee is good. The rest is nothing special. Well, it's not a menu where the taste makes a big difference, so it's to be expected.
