I am once again very satisfied. If you want to drink in Omotesando, this is the place to go!

I think this soba is sourced from somewhere, but it was quite delicious to eat after drinking. When it comes to meat dipping soba, it's a classic inspired by Minoya, but this meat dipping soba has seasoned meat on top of the soba. The warm dipping sauce is not the usual sweet and spicy type with chili oil. Why is it called meat dipping soba? Shouldn't it be meat-topped soba? Putting aside these questions, when you dip the soba into the warm dipping sauce, it instantly absorbs the flavor. This soba is not tasty with cold sauce.

Opening the heavy door and following the cave-like path, you'll come across the "kamakura private room," which is somewhat fantastical and gets you excited. Today, I had dinner in a hidden room. The appetizer assortment included cream cheese with karasumi, Matsumae pickles, duck breast, and 6 other items. I also ordered a sashimi assortment with 5 types of fish, braised pork belly with potatoes, and more. I wanted to order the karasumi soba I had yesterday, but they were out of soba noodles, which I found hard to believe.

Dinner at a hidden room in Renchan. The difference from yesterday was the delicious salted beef tendon stew, the dried night fish which can be eaten whole because it's small, and the Karasumi soba. The Karasumi soba is not covered in Karasumi like the one at Kōmura, and it's not too Western in style even though olive oil is used. The portion is generous and perfect for sharing between two people. The noodles were cooked better than yesterday, and eating the soba with a pasta-like feeling was quite enjoyable.
