I visited the restaurant on Sunday afternoon. I went without a reservation around noon and there was quite a line, but surprisingly I was seated fairly quickly, probably because it was a soba restaurant. Once seated, they served soba tea which had a nice aroma and was very relaxing. I ordered the lunch menu which included kiritanpo rice and seiro set. Both the rice and soba were delicious! Plus, the kiritanpo rice came with a free refill. The atmosphere was also nice, so it's a wonderful restaurant.

Ginza Sanada at Ginza SIX, 2nd visit. Ordered Chicken Nanban Soba (¥1,950+tax), Seasonal Mixed Rice (with sweet potatoes and local chicken), and Chicken Tataki. It was a casual visit after strolling around Ginza SIX. I enjoyed the warm Tamago Toji Soba last time, so this time I tried the cold soba. The seasonal mixed rice had plenty of sweet potatoes and local chicken, cooked in a clay pot. It was delicious, and we couldn't finish it all so we took some home. The Chicken Tataki was a repeat order, very tasty! The evening atmosphere was nice for a date, but the tables are close together so it may not be ideal for business meetings. There was one semi-private corner table though. Will visit again.

I used it for lunch. It was my fourth visit to Sanada at Ginza Six, but my first time having lunch there. The reliable fragrant seiro came with a lunch set that included mixed rice, nameko mushroom soup, and simmered eggplant, making it a great deal. The seasonal mixed rice featured corn and scallops. The scallops were small, but considering the overall volume, it was more than enough. I thought it would be even better if I could choose sesame sauce for the seiro. I will visit again.

I went there for the first time, and it felt like a stylish soba restaurant. The soba had a strong flavor, and the tempura was crispy and light without causing heartburn. It was delicious! Located in the back of the 6th floor of Ginza Six, this restaurant might be easy to miss if you wander around aimlessly. Despite the relatively small size of many restaurants in Ginza Six, this place is spacious with stylish decor and trendy music playing. The Tempura Soba for 1950 yen was delicious, with the shrimp tempura looking like fritters but actually being tempura. The soba noodles were firm, which I liked. I also had the Cream Anmitsu and Coffee set for 1400 yen, which was filling but so tasty that I finished it all. The atmosphere seems like it would be different at night, and there is also a bar counter, so I would like to revisit for drinks next time.

Wow! Delicious!! Everything is delicious! I enjoyed it a la carte with sake. The vegetables are fresh and tasty, which goes well with the sake. There are so many menu options that it was hard to choose, but when I asked for recommendations, they said "everything is recommended" (of course). I tried various dishes like Collinkey with miso, bitter melon with daikon, and paprika. The sake was flowing. I think I had sashimi of Yama-me, if I remember correctly. Ah! I forgot. It was delicious. Even though I planned to have soba noodles as the final dish, I ended up having it properly. Lastly, I had soba broth. Fully satisfied!

Soba restaurant located on the 6th floor of Ginza Six, in the corner. I had the lunch set for 1800 yen, which included takikomi gohan and seiro soba. The takikomi gohan had pork and fresh ginger, it was delicious but a bit fatty. The eggplant side dish was really tasty. The soba was firm and had a good texture. Since I have a weak stomach, next time I will try the warm tororo soba.

Unlimited refill mixed rice cooked in a clay pot! I've been to this restaurant many times, but I was so impressed when I tried the clay pot rice for the first time ❤️ The soba noodles are delicious, of course, but this clay pot rice is just too good... And the lunch set comes with unlimited refills! The soba noodles are thick and coarse ground, with a strong aroma that I love.

In July 2023, I visited a recently opened soba restaurant in GINZA SIX. The atmosphere of the restaurant is luxurious, but the staff members are dressed quite casually, making it hard to distinguish between staff and customers. The operation seemed a bit disorganized. I ordered the refreshing sudachi and grated daikon soba, Shinshu herb chicken and egg over rice soba, wild vegetable tempura, and fried chicken. The wild vegetable tempura made with Nozawana pickle was a first for me, and you could really taste the Nozawana in the tempura. The fried chicken was incredibly juicy and delicious. I wanted to eat it fresh, so I had it as soon as it was served, but it was still tasty when it cooled down. The sudachi and grated daikon soba was absolutely delicious. The broth was not overpowered by the sudachi, and it had a strong flavor without being too assertive. The soba noodles were thin but had a good texture. It was a wonderful meal. Thank you.

A soba restaurant located inside Ginza Six. The seating is spacious and comfortable. I visited around 2 pm on a weekend and was able to get a table smoothly as there were several available. The beer, Shirohonoka, was delicious. I ordered soba and a small tempura rice bowl. While it wasn't particularly memorable, the tempura rice bowl and soba were tasty.

I visited this place after about a year. I started with a beer because they serve Shirahonoka, and then tried various monthly Japanese sake options by the glass. I also enjoyed some Shinshu salmon sashimi and cold soba noodles, which are classic Nagano dishes. I finished off with another round of Shirahonoka, and it was a delicious way to end the meal.

After fasting, I can't go without having 100% buckwheat noodles as my recovery meal (lol). I had some thick 100% buckwheat noodles with grated yam cold dipping sauce for the first time in a while, but it was too salty and disappointing. The flavor of the broth, the aroma of the noodles, and the deliciousness of the yam were all ruined by being too salty. This is no good (lol).

Kawakami-an, a soba restaurant in Karuizawa, also offers various Japanese dishes in addition to their delicious soba noodles. The walnut soba dipping sauce is rich and very tasty. Although the prices are on the higher side, it is definitely worth it for foreign visitors or special occasions. The food is all delicious with a gentle and flavorful dashi broth.

When going to Ginza, I find it quite easy to use a baby stroller, so I use it quite often. Today, I ordered a tempura set. Tempura with salt is delicious, it's my favorite taste! The mushroom tempura was also very delicious and fresh. The soba noodles were the usual high quality, with a satisfying texture. The staff's service was also wonderful. I would like to visit again!

After fasting, it's essential to have 100% buckwheat soba as a recovery meal (lol). The soba here is made from strong and thick-cut rustic buckwheat, and the soba soup at the end is quite rich and delicious. I always customize the dipping sauce to be hot mushroom soup. The abundant variety of mushrooms enhances the umami of the broth, which pairs very well with the strong and thick-cut cold soba. It was delicious.
