I visited Bex Akihabara store again the other day. Since it was still early, around 7 pm on a weekday, there were quite a few customers and most of the seats were taken. I enjoyed a delicious iced coffee on this day. It's a good shop, but the only downside is that the Wi-Fi seems to connect but doesn't actually work.

Coffee shop located a 1-minute walk from the JR Akihabara Station Electric Town exit. I visited for the first time. I think it must have opened recently. The interior of the shop is extremely clean and very comfortable. It's a place where you feel like you want to stay longer, even though it closes at 9 p.m.

There is a cafe near Akihabara Station, close to the Electric Town exit. One weekday, I visited Akihabara for a business meeting. I arrived much earlier than the scheduled meeting time, despite it being 9 am, the heat was intense and I was sweating. So, I decided to cool off and ended up here. The cafe had a mix of European and American customers, and at the service counter, there was a family of four foreigners ordering a set meal, taking quite some time. I ordered an "Iced Tea" and quickly got it, finding a seat. The iced tea had a slight sweetness from the tea leaves. I added a bit of sugar syrup and slowly enjoyed the drink to pass the time. The ice melted quickly, diluting the flavor, so I finished it in about 10 minutes. I stayed seated for another 10 minutes, watching people passing by in front of Akihabara Station, before heading to my meeting. Since I foresee more work in the Akihabara area, this cafe might come in handy in the future.

It must have been about 40 years since I last got off at Akihabara Station. The scenery has changed completely from the past, I felt like I was in a different world. I couldn't help but stop by for a break with some water and nicotine. The smoking booths were a lifesaver for us smokers who feel a bit awkward. Thank you for the meal.

Located in Akihabara, Tokyo. Right in front of the Electric Town exit. It may look small at first glance, but it's actually quite spacious inside. There is a small smoking room as well. The small size ice coffee costs 290 yen. The taste is average. It was a weekday, but as expected, there were many people due to its location near the station. Most of them were office workers. There were also many people working on their laptops. Thank you for the meal.

Wandering around in search of breakfast, I ordered the ham and egg morning set with iced coffee at Beck's Coffee. It cost 430 yen. The sandwich was filled with plenty of eggs and the black pepper added a nice touch. The ham was also delicious. I felt like eating something and wanted to drink coffee, but I didn't want to spend too much money. I was hesitant about what to choose, but sometimes making a decision is a good thing.

Before passing through the ticket gate at Akihabara Station, I decided to have another cup of tea while borrowing the restroom. I usually love coffee, but this time I tried an iced Royal Milk Tea. The milk tea from the coffee shop was surprisingly good. Now, it's time to catch the train!

I noticed there was a Bex in Akihabara for breakfast on Sunday morning. I used to use the one inside the Shinkansen ticket gate at Omiya. I thought the deliciousness of the basil chicken sandwich was worth mentioning. I entered this store thinking it might be the same here. The format is different, with sandwiches in Omiya and subs here, but they are both delicious. The flavor of the basil sauce and chicken breast is amazing. I make it at home too, but I can't seem to make it as delicious as this. Thank you for the meal.

It's great that there are many options to choose from for the morning drink set. I ordered an Iced Cafe Latte. The ham & egg had soft bread and the ingredients were seasoned very deliciously. After work, I walked to Akihabara for my health. I planned to have a hot coffee to warm up in the cold, so I entered this Beck's. However, I discovered the onion gratin soup and decided to try it. After a short wait, it arrived... It looked really delicious. When I tried it, it was warm and had a rich and delicious flavor! This could become addictive for me.

When you exit the Electric Town exit of Akihabara Station and turn right, you will arrive at the station square. This area has been beautifully maintained. I arrived a little early for a meeting, so I decided to enter the Bex café on the right side of the square. I ordered a deep roasted coffee for 250 yen. Inside the café, there was a counter where I quickly placed my order. The young lady behind the counter efficiently prepared my coffee. I found a seat in the spacious café and noticed many people using their PCs and smartphones. There were partitions installed at the counter near the window for COVID-19 prevention, and the seats were comfortably spaced apart. There were also outlets available, making it a great place for a quick break. The deep roasted coffee had a reliable taste that I personally enjoyed. This café near the JR station is definitely a reliable choice.

Akihabara Station's Electric Town exit is on the right hand side, about 20 seconds away. I used it to meet a friend. It was around 1 pm on Saturday, so it seemed like a busy time, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were only about 4 customers ahead of me. ◆ Iced Cafe Latte S ¥300

I was waiting for my husband who was looking at used computer parts at a store. Since Mister Donut closes at 7 o'clock, this is our second stop. I should have come here first. I switched to tea because I've had too much coffee. My stomach feels full. It's convenient being near the station, but the entrance to the smoking area is open, so it's not completely non-smoking. It might bother some people. Even at this time on a weekend night, it was quite crowded. Thank you for the meal.

It was a hot day in Akihabara. I walked to Akihabara Station Electric Town exit, and arrived at Beck's Coffee. There was a lemonade sign outside, so I decided to stop by. I ordered a medium lemonade for 370 yen. The shop was not too crowded, which was convenient. The lemonade was refreshing on a hot day. I enjoyed a relaxing break there.

Akihabara, formerly known as Akihabara Hara, has evolved over time and become established as Akihabara. However, it is commonly referred to as "Akiba." I sometimes think it might be better to rename it to Akibahara. After the opening of the Tsukuba Express, the underground electric town disappeared, and it transformed into a wholesome tourist destination. The station square may bring mixed feelings of joy and sadness to those who remember the past. Near the ticket gate, there is the familiar "Becks Coffee" from the JR group. This time, I tried the "Royal Milk Tea (330 yen)." As shown in the photo, when you remove the tea bag, the cup is filled about 60-70%. It becomes a very rich milk tea. Maybe this chain has a higher concentration than others. It's good, but after removing the bag, it looks like it's already been partially consumed (laughs).

Recently, I have been visiting Akihabara regularly for work. On this day, I had work in Akihabara from early morning. I usually skip breakfast, but I wasn't sure if I would be able to have lunch that day. So, I decided to have a morning set near the station. Right outside the JR Akihabara Station ticket gate, there is BECK'S COFFEE SHOP Akihabara Denkigai-guchi branch. The morning set here is quite fulfilling! This set costs 490 yen and includes toast, vegetables, potato salad, bacon, scrambled eggs, and coffee. It's well-balanced and looks beautiful. The toast is crispy and fluffy. The content was satisfying enough. They also have morning sets starting from 390 yen. I had a proper meal in the morning and was able to get through work successfully.

A store located at Akihabara Electric Town Exit. It is right outside the station and always seems to have a decent amount of customers, except in the early morning. I visited on a Saturday and while it wasn't too crowded, there were still quite a few people. I planned to just order a coffee and pass the time, but the small red bean paste toast looked delicious so I ordered it. It was almost 11 o'clock, but they told me they could make it part of a morning set. The toast was spread with a paste made of whipped cream and red bean paste. It felt more cohesive than having the cream and red bean paste separately. Despite being busy, the service-oriented attitude of the staff member who informed me that the set was cheaper left a lasting impression.

I was looking for a place in Akihabara where I could use power outlets and WiFi, and I found this shop. It was a lifesaver. The atmosphere in Akihabara during Golden Week seems to be business as usual, you wouldn't think there's a state of emergency. Beck's is usually located inside JR stations, but this Beck's is built outside the station building, which is unusual. The inside of the shop is clean and doesn't smell like cigarettes. It's just a bit small though. The hot coffee is 250 yen, which is a good price. They told me that I can earn JRE points if I pay with SUICA, but it wasn't written on the receipt. The coffee is a bit strong, it woke me up. Almost every seat has a power outlet and the WiFi is stable.

On a regular day at 10:30 in the morning. After finishing work in Akihabara, I visited here for a coffee break in front of Akihabara Station. It's empty at this time. I ordered an iced coffee. The taste is average, I guess.
