I ordered the 4500 yen grilled meat platter course, which included avocado dip, potato salad, green salad, french fries, a variety of grilled meats, margherita pizza for dessert, and a drink all-you-can for 150 minutes. The selection of drinks was extensive and the service was excellent. Even though there may have been some additional service provided, the price for this content is very reasonable. I have used this place several times and will definitely visit again.

Visited alone after 1 pm on a regular day. It seems like the restaurant has moved from its previous location. It is located underground, and you cannot see the inside of the restaurant from outside at all. I was a bit hesitant during my first visit, but once I entered, it was not a big deal. However, the moment I entered, I almost wanted to leave because of the smell of cigarettes... As a non-smoker, it bothered me quite a bit. It seems like there is a non-smoking area right after you enter. The smoking area is further back. Despite the time, it was quite busy, and I waited for about 10 minutes before water and a wet towel were served. Once I placed my order, I didn't have to wait that long. I didn't feel bad about waiting because the staff, especially the waitress, was very friendly and energetic. It made me realize the importance of good customer service. Avocado cheese taco rice (salad and drink included) for 900 yen was quite a generous portion. Even men would probably get full. I couldn't finish it, of course. I was able to enjoy the avocado to some extent, and I was full, so it was a good lunch spot, but the smell of cigarettes bothered me throughout the meal... Non-smokers, please be aware.

I have been using this restaurant for lunch once a week since I happened to find it two years ago. They offer an Oyster Fry set meal with a drink for 900 yen. I love oyster fry, so I eat it at various restaurants during the season, but this place has it on the menu all year round. The oysters are just the right size and fried perfectly to my liking. The meal comes with rice, salad, and a drink, even without soup or miso soup, making it a great deal for 900 yen. There is only one cook, but they offer a wide range of lunch menu items such as fresh pasta, hamburgers, fried chicken, tonkatsu, and taco rice. They also have a stamp card where you receive a stamp for each visit, and after 5 visits, you can get discounts of 50 yen, 100 yen, 200 yen, etc. After 30 visits, you can get a 500 yen discount. I am on my third card now, so I have visited over 60 times.

I used it for a banquet. It's a shop called Meat x Cheese x Wine located in an underground alley across Showa Street. It's not a place I usually visit, but I still enjoyed it. I had a good time like Takasugi Shinsaku. They are open until the first train, so you can use it for a before or after party. When I looked up the shop, I found an article about an insect-eating vending machine. I wonder if they are still doing that. I forgot to take a picture, but the inside of the shop had dazzling pro wrestling masks on display. I wonder if they took the mask off a female wrestler and will be punished for it.

Since the shop moved, the menu has become even more delicious here. They offer unlimited drinks until the next day, making it a great deal! They also have monthly limited edition menus, so you won't get bored coming here. The only problem is that it's easy to drink too much haha. I didn't take any photos, but the crispy cheese they serve goes well with the drinks and it's cheap, which I personally like. The separate restrooms for men and women, plus an extra one, are convenient. Even if the place gets taken over by drunk people, it's not a problem!

I went to my usual restaurant with a friend, but it had moved to a new building in front of us, becoming even more spacious and stylish. They had more private rooms now, and we ended up staying longer than planned. The menu had more options than before, so we struggled to decide. We ordered the usual avocado dip and spicy chicken wings, and also tried the bamboo shoot and bacon ajillo for the first time. Everything was delicious and paired well with drinks. We ended up drinking a lot, but the unlimited drink option until 11:30pm for only 1980 yen was a great deal. I hope they continue this in the future. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I had been curious about Rafine for a while, so I visited for the first time this time! Three of us were lured in by the all-you-can-drink offer and entered the restaurant! The place had been renovated and relocated, with a spacious interior and private rooms available! This is perfect for a date! We started by ordering the mushroom garlic appetizer while looking at the menu. It was delicious. What is this? It goes so well with alcohol. We devoured the shrimp fritters, pizza, and the must-try grilled meat. Why didn't we come here sooner? This place is perfect for both dates and drinking with the guys! It's no exaggeration to call it a hidden gem. It's also a great idea to drop by and have a drink at the counter after work. I will definitely visit again when I'm in Akihabara! It was really delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Italian Dining & Bar, Rafine. After 8 years of operation, the restaurant has relocated and reopened today on 11/15/2021! Located in the building with a Family Mart, you can find a stylish space downstairs, with a counter seating for 7, two 2-seater tables, four 6-seater tables, and six private rooms separated by curtains. They offer a variety of drinks from wine to cocktails, sake, shochu, you name it. The food is reasonably priced and well-developed. Whether it's a date or a meeting, this place is very convenient. Start with a draft beer, Super Dry for 600 yen. For snacks, try the freshly fried marinated Spanish mackerel for 880 yen or the Western-style negitoro tartare for 780 yen. All the food is carefully crafted and delicious. Whether you prefer light bites with your drinks, hearty meals, or dining with a budget-friendly group, everyone is sure to be satisfied. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely visit again.

The service was polite and the food was delicious. Most importantly, the all-you-can-drink option from 5pm to midnight allowed us to relax without worrying about the time, which was perfect for a gathering at different times. The location of the restaurant is a bit hard to find (map apps direct you to the back of the restaurant), and Google Maps may show the old address, so be careful.

The entrance was a bit hard to find. It looks like a FamilyMart on Google Maps. Everyone seemed to get lost. It's located next to the underground area. We chose the 3,980 yen course with all-you-can-drink option. We extended it for 30 minutes for an additional 500 yen. The food was delicious. Drinks like beer are an extra 300 yen, but they also offer two types of red and white wine, which is a good deal. The staff's service was great, so I would like to visit this place again.

I tried the course dishes and all of them were delicious with generous portions. The drinks were also great, they even changed the alcoholic cocktails to non-alcoholic for me. It was a fun dining experience.

The cost performance was good and the meat was delicious, so it was very good.

We had a great time making a reservation for a large group, and the staff warmly welcomed us.

The taste was quite ordinary. The frozen oyster fry set meal comes with rice, side dishes, and salad. Smoking is allowed during lunchtime. Although there is a smoking section, it is only separated by a partition so there is still a tobacco smell in the non-smoking area.

Good value for money and definitely want to use again.
