I wanted to have various experiences in dining, so I decided to go to a so-called "high-end" restaurant. I made a reservation in advance and on the day of arrival, I got off at Ebisu station and headed to the restaurant. The area around the station was lively, but as I got closer to the restaurant, it became quiet. This made me excited. I arrived a little earlier than the reservation time, but the staff at the restaurant noticed me and invited me inside. It was a day with several groups, divided into two sessions, and four groups of customers including myself were present. I ordered the 20,000 yen course, which included a variety of seafood and meat teppanyaki dishes. The chef's performance in cooking in front of us was enjoyable, not just the taste of the food. The price was high and the portion was decent, so you might wonder why I chose to eat here. But I believe that the price includes the enjoyment of everything that happens at the restaurant. I'll be honest and say that I wished there was a bit more food in terms of quantity. As for the taste, it was not overwhelmingly amazing, in my opinion. The timing of the staff asking for drinks, putting on a cloth apron, and other special treatments made me feel special. The chef almost exclusively cooked and explained the dishes, creating a comfortable dining environment. I won't go into detail about the dishes, but the steamed sea urchin with Korean seaweed and wasabi was delicious. The richness of the sea urchin matched well with the refreshing taste of wasabi. The sirloin and fillet were both delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors. Whether dipped in black pepper sauce, wasabi, or truffle salt, they were all tasty. The meal ended with ice cream, pudding, and coffee, leaving me very satisfied. It was a truly enjoyable time. Thank you for the meal. P.S. One more thing to be honest about. There was a small bug on the counter. It didn't bother me personally, but it might make some people uncomfortable, so I hope the restaurant pays more attention to this in the future.
