みすきす
Shibuya-ku Jingumae... a stylish cafe, restaurant, apparel, and hair salon in the Harajuku and Omotesando area with trendy addresses. In such a place, I was invited to a stylish yakiniku restaurant called "Kamigyumaema Sanchome" for a meat party. Surprisingly, despite being a yakiniku restaurant, it is used in the MV of popular artist Sekitori Hana's "Stop the Camera!" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ApKirlKU8Hc).
The interior of the restaurant is stylish, but the yakiniku style is standard charcoal grilling with a system that sucks up smoke from the top. We started with the recommended horumori (variety of offal) by the organizer, including zabuton, shiro senmai mino yudaki, liver, heart, and harami. Even though I'm not a fan of offal, I enjoyed them. The harami that followed was also very delicious, and my favorite harami and shintama were consistently delicious. Finally, we enjoyed the recommended luxurious and juicy pink tomosankaku, which was a moment of bliss.
It was a traditional style yakiniku that I hadn't had in a while, but the quality of each piece of meat was high, and it turned into a fun meat party with everyone saying "delicious, delicious" with each bite. The lighting was a bit dim, so the photos of the meat may not have turned out as vibrant as they tasted, which is a shame.
As a finale, we had the "Kakigori for Adults," made with milk, which was delicious. There were also families with young children, and even the children enjoyed the food.
