I used pure "white eggs" to create a unique method of making "white cream". I wrapped it in a white castella dough made from carefully selected flour, making it easy to eat in a bite-sized portion. The white eggs are from chickens raised on feed primarily made from rice, resulting in a pale yolk color. Despite being a white cream, it has a distinct custard flavor thanks to this. The dough is not greasy, and overall, it's like a higher-grade version of Hagi no Tsuki.

I can only remember Hagi no Tsuki, but the new version of Hagi no something is only sold at Tokyo Station and Shinagawa Station. I bought it as a souvenir at Tokyo Station the other day, so I also bought it at Shinagawa Station. Well, they're the same, but it's like a lucky charm.

Keikyu and JR station directly connected, located inside JR Shinagawa station's Ecute, a shop that reopened its Sweets & Deli Area in December. One of the shops within, which had a continuous line every day. The staff at the shop were very friendly. Paper bags and plastic bags are charged. This shop is known for the famous Sendai confectionery "Hagi no Tsuki" by Kashiya Sanzen, with their new product "Hagi no Shirabe Kō" as the main focus. Around 6:30 pm on weekdays, they were always sold out, but this time I managed to get a 4-piece set for 800 yen. "Hagi no Tsuki" is always appreciated, but hmm... it's a bit smaller than I expected. They use a pure white "white egg" and a unique method to cook a "white custard cream", wrapped in a white castella dough made from carefully selected wheat flour. It is indeed easy to eat due to its size, but personally, I prefer something with a bit more bite like "Hagi no Tsuki". The dough is moist and fine, with a slightly powdery cream inside, which is delicious. The individual packaging is in semi-transparent plastic, so it may not be suitable for sharing. I also purchased the seasonal limited edition "Hagi no Shirabe Yū" for 950 yen. Both come in quite elaborate boxes, which is interesting. The individually wrapped cookies are in plastic, so it is recommended to carry them in the box. There are five cookies in total. It seems like it was released exclusively at Gransta last year. The cocoa cookies, which are close to a rectangular oval shape, are sandwiched with a checkerboard pattern of chocolate, with roasted nut cream in the center. The cookie has a rich cocoa flavor, slightly bitter, and the chocolate is crispy and delicious! This may be more suitable for winter. However, the taste may change again in a warm indoor environment or when the temperature rises. It might have been good to try it at a temperature where the cream becomes runny. The compact box makes it easy to take home as a souvenir. Thank you for the meal!!

This is a souvenir from my mother♪ Since I was a child, the Miyagi specialty "Hagi no Tsuki" has always been at the top of my souvenir ranking. There are many similar souvenirs from all over the country, but the richness of the cream inside is truly different. This popular "Hagi no Tsuki" has a new addition, my little sister. Her name is "Hagi no Chou Kirara." The secret to her fair complexion is the use of white eggs. The taste is more milky compared to "Hagi no Tsuki." This is a Tokyo exclusive available at the Ekiya Shinagawa store opened on December 1st and the Gransta Tokyo store. For those who love "Hagi no Tsuki," be sure to check it out♡♡♡

*Waiting time* No waiting on Saturday at 11:30. *Order & Price* Hagi no Choukyo White 6 pieces for 1200 yen. *Atmosphere* While the neighboring Fiolaratte was very crowded, this place was empty. The Tokyo Station branch seemed a bit busier, but it could be because the hype has died down or it depends on the time of day. *Service* Accumulate JRE points. *Impression* Using pure "white eggs," they have cooked up their unique "white cream." Encased in a white castella dough made from carefully selected wheat flour, they are made in a size that is easy to eat. This whiteness comes from the white eggs. Upon tasting, the outside is fluffy, and the filling has a creamy texture with a slightly rough mouthfeel. The sweetness is mild with a strong milk flavor. *Expectations* It was delicious, but a regular one would be tasty enough.

During a business trip to Tokyo, I bought this at Shinagawa Station. Actually, I was in a hurry because I had no time to wait for the Shinkansen, so I thought it was a Tokyo souvenir. When I got home, I found out it was actually a snack from Sendai, which was a bit disappointing. Oh well, it turned out to be delicious when I tried it. "Hagi no Tsukasa Koke" is a Tokyo exclusive treat. The outer pastry is fluffy, the custard inside is creamy and rich, with a new texture. It's not too sweet, with a delightful sweet aroma. I made a good purchase (lol).
