Visited at night. The place is located along the street of the Shibashi Shopping District, which is being promoted as a super spicy street between Hamamatsucho Station and Tamachi Station. When I entered the shop, there was no one else there. I thought it was a popular place because it was crowded with customers when I passed by during lunchtime, but maybe I was mistaken. I ordered the Shio Sansho Ramen & Staff Meal Set for 1,250 yen (shrimp wonton, meat wonton 1:1). Since it's a shop known for its muscle-style wontons, I chose this set where I could try both. First, when the ramen was served, it had a strong scent of Sansho pepper!!! This is unusual!!! It really stimulates the appetite!!! When I tried the soup, it was delicious!!! It's light but has a rich flavor, so I couldn't stop drinking it. I think it's because the base broth is delicious. It's dangerously easy to keep drinking because it's a soup that you can drink endlessly. And the wontons were amazing. The shrimp wonton had a crunchy texture!!! It was a luxurious wonton with a firm texture. The meat wonton was also incredibly meaty, almost like a shumai. Both were definitely macho wontons that you would want to boast about!!! The noodles and chashu were also delicious. This was a high-level ramen. Next, the staff meal. It's basically a rice bowl with raw egg, bonito flakes, and seaweed, but the yolk was so rich and delicious!!! It became the best ochazuke when I poured the soup over it! I was extremely satisfied!!! I happened to see this place and decided to try it out, but it was an insanely delicious ramen shop!!! I highly recommend it!!! I think it will easily exceed a rating of 3.5 on Tabelog!!! There were no customers when I visited at night, but I think it's a good opportunity now that it's not crowded!!! It smells like a really great shop!!! Those who are quick to discover new places should definitely check it out!!! Haha, it was so good that I had to post about it right away!!!

I occasionally had the opportunity to walk over here for lunch when going to work. I decided to try it for the first time and ordered the limited menu cold shoyu ramen with wasabi. I also added a seasoned boiled egg. It was very hot outside, so the cold ramen was perfect. The thin noodles were to my liking, and the light and refreshing soup was delicious. The seasoned boiled egg added a hint of acidity, which was enjoyable. The wait time was also considerate, with shaded seating available. Overall, it was a friendly and accommodating restaurant.

Since discovering this tsukemen on 7/19, this is my 6th time coming. I wonder how long it will stay on the menu? I go to the restaurant for lunch with anticipation. I'm already used to it, so I know exactly when to order the "wae-dama" topping! The key is to order it a little early!笑

When we arrived right at noon, there were still seats available. Shortly after, it became full and a line formed, showing how popular it is. The soup is refreshing, but the meat and shrimp wontons are flavorful and satisfying. If I had to nitpick, I wish the chashu (roast pork) was a bit thicker. I enjoyed it until the end. Thank you for the meal.

They don't offer extra noodles, so I ordered extra toppings instead. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was flavorful. I want to try both soy sauce and salt flavors. I also want to try soy sauce with sansho pepper. I love this place so much that I want to try everything on the menu before it becomes too popular and there are long lines.

I had tsukemen last time, so this time I tried ramen, which has four different types to conquer. I chose the Sansho Shio flavor, and it was amazing with the beautiful scent of sansho pepper. Honestly, I'm not a fan of chashu, but everything else was delicious, so I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal, I will definitely visit again.

I visited at lunchtime. I had the Shio Sansho Ramen with pork, one shrimp, and a mixed noodle ramen. The soup for the ramen is a combination of chicken broth and some kind of seafood, giving it a light saltiness. The noodles are thin. The pork and shrimp wontons are delicious. Thank you for the meal. I'm curious about the hand-kneaded noodles.

The most impressive thing was the sincere customer service. The kombu-soaked noodles had a stronger umami flavor compared to other places, but the thin slices of chashu were disappointing. Overall, the flavors were polite but not very memorable. I wish there was something more that went beyond just being a "nice place."

The atmosphere was good, the food was delicious, and my friend recommended a place that serves konbu-soaked noodles. I chose to have two wontons each. It's a shame they don't offer extra noodles, but I will definitely come back. I was tempted to add a seasoned egg, but decided to save it for next time. Thank you for the meal, I will visit again.

I happened to come across it while walking and decided to stop by. I had the soy sauce ramen for 800 yen. The ramen was light and had thin noodles. It was delicious, but lacked a bit of impact. The chashu and boiled egg were decently tasty. I drank about 2/3 of the soup. I was wandering around so I don't have a sense of direction. The interior of the restaurant was clean and had a calming atmosphere. I didn't drink alcohol, but it had a vibe where you could relax while drinking. The staff were very polite and had smiles on their faces. By the way, they serve beer. It was a good restaurant. Completely non-smoking.

I ordered soy sauce and mountain pepper ramen with thin noodles and added seasoned egg. The scent of mountain pepper and the sweet soy sauce made me feel like I was eating eel. The soup was quite sweet but not overpowering, more like a sauce. The thin noodles made it refreshing to eat, but I would like to try hand-kneaded noodles next time! The tsukemen had a tangy dipping sauce, but it was a pleasant tanginess and tasted delicious. The seasoned egg had a similar flavor to Izuru's, and it was also tasty with a sprinkle of shichimi pepper. The rich flavor of the broth made it enjoyable even when adding vinegar. The dipping sauce for the tsukemen paired well with it.

Today, I completely fell into the world of konbu water-soaked noodles and mixed tamago. Both the noodles soaked in konbu water and the tsukemen are delicious. The noodles taste different depending on how they are eaten. I'm addicted to the mixed tamago. And adding konbu water to the dipping sauce at the end and drinking it is exquisite. Despite getting caught in a sudden downpour on the way home and getting completely soaked, I am very satisfied.笑

I used to eat soy sauce before, but it was hot, so I ordered the Konbu Tsukemen. It arrived a little slower than the regular ramen, but the presentation was beautiful! They also brought out three types of salt and explained how to eat it. It was delicious just with the salt! The dipping sauce had a slight acidity which made it refreshing and tasty! Personally, I would say this place is a must-try for tsukemen! I will definitely go back!

I visited this place for the first time in six months to have the Kombu dipping noodles set meal in late July 2023. I arrived at 11:50 am and found the restaurant full, with one person waiting outside. I bought the ticket for the Kombu dipping noodles set meal and waited outside. The set meal included a TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan) with maximum seasoned egg and dried bonito flakes. The noodles were homemade square-shaped medium-thick noodles with whole wheat flour, served in a cold Kombu dipping broth. The broth had a light flavor, and the noodles had a nice chewy texture. The dipping broth had three types of salt (seaweed salt, yuzu salt, rock salt) to try, but personally, I found the noodles delicious even without the salt. The dipping sauce was a soy sauce-based clear broth with a refreshing taste. The combination of the noodles and the dipping sauce was excellent. The toppings included char siu, half-seasoned egg, white negi, and mitsuba on the noodle side, and wonton and green onion on the dipping broth side. The char siu was tasty, especially when warmed up in the dipping broth. The half-seasoned egg was sweet and flavorful. The wonton had a generous amount of ground meat and a few pieces of shrimp, which added a fresh seafood taste. The TKG with maximum seasoned egg and dried bonito flakes was also delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with the high-quality and reasonably priced Kombu dipping noodles, and it was a great dining experience.

A refreshing and slightly numbing salt and pepper soup. This post serves as a memo to remember the deliciousness of the restaurant I visited, with a personal rating and a brief comment on how tasty it was. Please note that the rating is based on my own feelings and may be influenced by my health condition or emotions.

I went for the first time in over a month. The kombu-soaked noodles were priced at 1,000 yen, but surprisingly they were the same price as regular ramen at 800 yen, with seasoned egg included for 1,050 yen. The dipping sauce was refreshing, and the noodles had a great chewiness reminiscent of soba noodles. It was very delicious.

The shrimp in the shrimp wonton is plump and juicy, while the meat in the meat wonton is filled with Chinese-style meat juice. This ramen shop serves delicious wonton. As for the soup of the salt and Sichuan pepper ramen, it has a flavor that combines salt and Sichuan pepper in your mind. The noodles are soft and thin.

The restaurant is located in a shopping street between Hamamatsucho and Tamachi, which is a bit far from the stations but still walkable. I arrived around 2 pm on a weekday and there was no line outside, but the inside was almost full. I purchased a ticket for a dish with pork, shrimp, and wonton for ¥1,000. You can choose from soy sauce, soy sauce with Sichuan pepper, salt, salt with Sichuan pepper, or konbu water dipping noodles. The staff recommended soy sauce with Sichuan pepper for men, so I chose that. The soup had a hint of chicken sweetness, with soy sauce and Sichuan pepper flavors being subtle. It tasted delicious with a slightly sweet dashi flavor. The noodles were thin straight noodles that tended to clump together when picked up with chopsticks, which was a bit disappointing. The wonton had a satisfying amount of meat and shrimp, with the meat one tasting particularly meaty, maybe because it was muscle meat? The three slices of lean chashu and half a marinated egg were also included, making it a decent value for the price.

The chilled sansho pepper ramen comes with only one shrimp wonton. It's served warm, so the surface may become slightly warm, but the noodles are firm and delicious. The soup has a rich flavor with the addition of kelp water. However, it's a bit disappointing that the sansho pepper flavor is weak. It comes with a small dish of wasabi and yuzu pepper for flavor variation.

Located along a street between Hamamatsucho Station and Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tohoku Line, just off Route 15. When I arrived in the evening, there were no other customers. I purchased a ticket for Wonton and Shrimp Ramen for ¥1,000 from the ticket machine, choosing hand-kneaded noodles with salt and Sichuan pepper. The soup was clear and the shrimp in the shrimp dumplings were plump. With a variety of menu options, the noodles were smooth and easy to eat. The dish included pork slices and a seasoned egg, providing a satisfying meal. The interior of the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The only downside was the slightly uncomfortable high stools.

Shoyu (soy sauce) and Sansho (Japanese pepper) hand-kneaded noodles with seasoned egg. Around lunchtime, there was a line of about 5 people. I wanted to try the hand-kneaded noodles and decided to go with shoyu this time. The shoyu soup had a strong sweetness, but the Sansho added a nice kick, giving it a refreshing taste. The hand-kneaded noodles were slightly firm and medium thick, which I found delicious. I prefer them over thin noodles. The toppings were good, especially the wonton and the seasoned egg with a gentle sweetness. The wonton stood out more, making the chashu seem ordinary. The seasoned egg noodles had a simple topping and seasoning. I ate half as it was and the other half with extra noodles. I am interested in trying their limited cold noodle options, so I will visit again.
