After drinking in Shinjuku, I visited this place for a late-night meal. While there are other chains in Tokyo with a similar free noodle refill system, I personally prefer Hakata Tenjin. The staff are mostly experienced veterans, and I appreciate that they cook the soup in the shop. The soup has been improved in recent years, with a stronger pork bone flavor. It's not too heavy like other tonkotsu ramen, making it perfect after a night of drinking. Considering my stomach, I decided to skip the extra noodles this time. It's the first time I've ever done that. Thank you for the meal.

Recorded. Got drunk and went alone in Shinjuku. I love tonkotsu ramen so much, and being able to eat it for 600 yen was amazing. Free extra noodles is also great! The quality at this price is the best. Unlimited red ginger and garlic are also nice. Will definitely go back.

Ramen shop in Shinjuku Nichome. Located within a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station, it is easily accessible. I have been to Hakata Tenjin near Kabukicho a few times, but I have never been to this store before. I visited the store alone around 4 pm on a holiday. The store was empty at this time. It is not a ticket system, but an order type. Since it was my first visit, I ordered ramen (600 yen) with firm noodles. The ramen was served in less than 3 minutes after ordering, which was a fantastic speed. The noodles were thin, and the soup was Hakata tonkotsu. There were condiments on the table such as pickled ginger, pepper, and grated garlic, which you can freely add. I added a little pickled ginger and grated garlic for starters. The taste of the ramen itself is not as good as authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen. However, adding garlic makes it taste better. The punch of garlic makes the noodles more enjoyable. I ordered an extra serving of noodles with firm texture, which was served in about 1 minute. The speed of service was truly amazing. I sprinkled a lot of pepper on the extra noodles to enjoy a different taste. Overall, it was good. It's attractive to be able to eat two servings of noodles for 600 yen. They are open continuously until around 3 am without a lunch break, and the taste at this price is more than enough! I would like to use it again. Thank you for the meal!

Shinjuku is a great place to grab a drink and wind down, but as you're heading home, you might come across a shop with a strong Hakata tonkotsu aroma along the main street. That's "Hakata Tenjin Shinjuku Higashiguchi" for you. This place offers authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen at a very reasonable price. A bowl of tonkotsu ramen costs only 600 yen, and you can get a free extra serving of noodles. In my opinion, the portion of noodles is quite generous compared to other Hakata ramen shops. The rich tonkotsu flavor with your preferred level of firmness in the noodles will satisfy your late-night cravings. You'll want to have another bowl even when you're already full. The soup is so rich and flavorful that you'll want to drink every last drop. With a wide variety of condiments, the more you eat, the more you'll crave another bowl. After drinking in Ikebukuro and Shinjuku, I decided to finish off the night with a visit to Hakata Tenjin-san, which I hadn't been to in a while. I've eaten at Hakata Tenjin over 100 times before, but this was my first time at the Shinjuku Higashi-guchi branch. I arrived at around 11:40 PM and even at that late hour, the restaurant was almost full, showing its popularity. I ordered my ramen with firm noodles and it was served to me in less than 30 seconds. It had been a while since I last had it, but it was still delicious. It's not your typical tonkotsu ramen, but there's something addicting about the soup. After finishing my one extra serving of noodles as usual, I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. Next time I'm in Tokyo, I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the meal♪♪

It's hot, right? Not feeling hungry? When that happens, try chilled noodles! It may take some time to order and prepare, as the noodles need to be cooled. What's surprising is that the dish is served in a chilled bowl! The Chlorella-infused Jade noodles cost 600 yen, and the service is much appreciated.

I had a job near Shinjuku Sanchome and had been wanting to try Hakata ramen, so I went to Yoda Hakata Tenjin. The restaurant is long and narrow, and I was seated at the counter. I ordered the second most popular dish, Negi Chashu. The Hakata ramen arrived in about 2 minutes, as expected. The soup was creamy and white, but not as rich as it looked. It was more on the refreshing side. The noodles were chewy, and you can get free extra noodles! I enjoyed the Hakata tonkotsu ramen as it was. Thank you for the meal~

After finishing up my errands in Shinjuku San-chome, I was looking for a place to have lunch. As I was walking around, I stumbled upon a restaurant that seemed to be from a different Asian country, not Japan. It turned out to be Hakata Tenjin! I had been curious about this place for a while, passing by the one in Shibuya, but hesitated to go in as a young woman dining alone might stand out in that location. I decided to give it a try this time. I ordered the Negi Nori Ramen, firm texture. The dish arrived in less than a minute. After taking a sip of the soup, I felt it needed some garlic, so I added a spoonful. I ended up adding three more spoonfuls throughout the meal. Since they offered a free extra noodle refill, I decided to forget about my diet for the day and enjoyed THE Hakata Ramen. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I was on my way straight home when the train stopped due to a person-related accident, so I decided to make a solo dash to Hakata Tenjin in Shinjuku Ni-chome. Despite my extensive experience working at ramen shops, I always feel nervous when going to a new one. The spicy moyashi ramen with plenty of karashi takana on top is delicious.

Do you like wood ear mushrooms? They are a black, chewy ingredient commonly used in Chinese cuisine. I personally love wood ear mushrooms. I recently tried the "Wood Ear Mushroom Ramen" at a place called "Hakata Tenjin" which is available only once a month. It's a great dish where you can enjoy both the wood ear mushrooms and pork bone broth at the same time. It was delicious.

I was asked to work on my day off, so I decided to have lunch at Hakata Tenjin Shinjuku Higashi-guchi store before work. I bought some lemon juice from a nearby convenience store and brought it with me. I ordered the limited-time special Chlorella cold noodles in a large size for 700 yen. It used to be free to upgrade to a large size for just one coin, but I guess it can't be helped with the rising prices. I mixed the ground mustard into the soup and drizzled plenty of the lemon juice I brought with me. The refreshing acidity made me feel like summer had arrived. The healthy combination of Chlorella noodles and glass noodles sprinkled with sesame seeds, with added lemon juice and pickled ginger, was delicious.

When it comes to summer in Japan, it's all about watermelon, fireworks, mosquito coils, and of course, the "Hiyashi Chuka" (cold noodles) at "Hakata Tenjin"! The Hiyashi Chuka used to be sold for 400 yen until a few years ago. This year, fans eagerly awaited to find out how much it would be sold for, and on June 15th, they started serving the Hiyashi Chuka. The price this year is 600 yen. The red lanterns and fluttering banners announcing the Hiyashi Chuka really make you feel like summer has arrived. When you order, the staff will call out your number, and then go boil the noodles, which may take a little time. About a third of the customers seemed to be enjoying the Hiyashi Chuka. Finally, when the dish arrives, you'll notice it looks a bit different this year, with more toppings and a higher pile. But once you take a bite, you'll still find it delicious and refreshing, with a generous amount of ingredients for the price. Thank you for another tasty bowl this year!

Today again, I visited Hakata Tenjin. I chose the kikurage mushroom ramen. This ramen requires adding various condiments on the table to enhance the flavor, as the initial taste when served is somewhat mild. Adding extra noodles and sprinkling ramen sauce and pepper directly into the soup makes it delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Today is "Wagashi Day," a day to celebrate traditional Japanese sweets. I went on a pilgrimage to a wagashi shop to pick up my pre-ordered sweets from Kajoshokai. I visited the Hakata Tenjin Shinjuku Higashi store at 14:09. I ordered the chilled noodles, which cost 600 yen for a regular size and 700 yen for a large size. The price has increased by 100 yen compared to last year, but I am grateful that the shop and its delicious taste have remained consistent. The noodles were served quickly and tasted delicious. I will definitely come back again.

It's that time of year again! The season of Hiyashi at Hakata Tenjin is coming (`・ω・´) Hiyashi for 2023 will start on June 15th. I need to get my body ready for it now! Today, I had kikurage mushroom ramen, and it seems like the amount of kikurage has clearly increased.... Even after finishing the noodles, the kikurage keeps coming endlessly (lol) It always tastes the same no matter when you eat it, and it's so delicious (*´▽`*) Thank you for the meal today as well!!!!

Suddenly, but do you like wood ear mushrooms? I love them. Wood ear mushrooms are not only rich in dietary fiber, but also contain one of the highest levels of vitamin D among mushrooms, which is said to strengthen bones. There is a lot of wood ear mushrooms. It's the standard finely sliced wood ear mushrooms that are usually put on traditional Hakata ramen, but there is almost an equal amount of mushrooms and noodles. Since an extra serving of noodles is free, I asked for it. I prefer to enjoy the normal experience without getting into the specifics of "extra firm" or "very firm". I finished it while adding grated garlic, black pepper, red pickled ginger, and sesame seeds. The soup is made only with domestically sourced pork bones, so it is light and easy to eat. I noticed that they no longer include a half-boiled egg as a standard topping, which is a bit disappointing. The noodles are initially soft, making it like a regular ramen. I prefer to get the free extra noodles cooked firm and eat it like tsukemen. I've been a regular customer for lunch or as a post-drinking meal for a long time.

I couldn't make it in time for the 2nd anniversary of Karashimenkahibi Shinjuku Gyoen store, so on my way back, I decided to try Hakata Tenjin in Shinjuku 2-chome for the first time this year. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen for 600 yen and added an extra serving of noodles for free. The tonkotsu soup is made in a pressure cooker, with a rich and delicious broth with plenty of oil. The staff was a bit lacking.
