I hope Sagamihara becomes more lively!!! This time, I visited "Ramen Specialty Store Ogawa Main Store", located a 15-minute walk from JR Hashimoto Station. It has always been a popular shop. "Who can make the best ramen! Ramen Specialty Store Ogawa's 2021 4th Limited Ramen Festival!" Limited festival from October 1st to November 15th, during which you can eat limited ramen from 3, 6, 9, 12 stores, and receive prizes for each one. If you eat the limited ramen from 14 stores and then purchase chashu at a chashu sales store, you can receive a completion prize. I visited the shop expecting there to be a long line, so I arrived 15 minutes before opening by car. The front parking lot was already full, so I parked at the second parking lot. There are 22 parking spaces, but it often fills up. - Visit: around 10:45 am - Seating: Counter, table, and tatami seating for 31 people - Staff: 2 kitchen staff, 2 customer service staff, quite busy - Menu: The main store serves a rich tonkotsu flavor as the basic taste of the Ogawa Group. ● Fragrant Yuzu Salt Ramen (850 yen, tax included) Manager Kosugi's theme: A refreshing bowl that combines the refreshing taste of yuzu with a base of bonito dashi. Uses Marunotachibana's short-strip chashu. When I visited at 10:45, I was already 16th in line. At opening, there were about 30 people in line. It's impossible to be first in line if you arrive at opening time. The popularity is still surprising. Even after opening, you have to purchase tickets at the machine, so it takes time. It took about 15 minutes to be seated. The 4 staff members seem to be a bit overwhelmed. I hoped to hear "Congratulations on finishing the limited ramen" when I received my order, but I was met with silence. The staff also seem to be under pressure. Please improve, Chairman Ogawa. It took longer than usual to be served, but I'm looking forward to the last limited ramen. Finally, it was served. The Fragrant Yuzu Salt Ramen comes with 2 slices of chashu, seasoned egg, watercress, green onions, and menma. First, I mix the noodles and soup, then enjoy the soup. "Wow, this is so delicious!!" The bonito dashi soup is full of umami without any fishy taste, and the yuzu aroma is high-level. The noodles are Ogawa's thin noodles, known for their firmness. The chashu and seasoned egg are also delicious. Overall, the combination of bonito dashi soup with yuzu aroma, thin noodles, and delicious toppings make this ramen outstanding. When I left the shop, there were about 15 people in line. The parking lot was full as well. The popularity seems to be as strong as ever. I found out about the campaign on November 3rd, and by November 14th, I had conquered 14 bowls. 14 bowls in 12 days, completing all the limited ramen. Now, all that's left is to purchase chashu at the chashu sales store before the end of November to get the final prize for completing all 15 stores. I've been sprinting through 14 bowls of ramen, but I want to skip to the finish line with ease. Thank you for the meal.
