Although it came with garlic sauce, I personally preferred it without, as it allowed me to fully savor the presence of the cheese and meat. The rice was also delicious and went well with the dish. The "Grilled Plate with Selected Raclette Cheese (for 2 people)" was my friend's choice. It was great to compare it with the cheese on the hamburger. The Swiss Raclette cheese, known for its strong aroma, was shaved right in front of us and drizzled over the dish. This kind of performance adds to the excitement and enhances the deliciousness of the dish. The vegetables and meats in bite-sized pieces quickly became covered in cheese. It was pure happiness. Despite the strong aroma, the cheese was soft, not overpowering, with a hint of sweetness, and paired well with every ingredient, making it easy to eat. I couldn't resist and kept eating. The sliced cheese on top is similar to Parmesan, with a slightly unique cheese flavor. It has a bit of a smell, but it's not too bothersome. The cost performance may not be great, but it's so delicious that it's worth a visit.

The menu description mentioned using 3 types of cheese, a rich matcha basque with added saltiness at the bottom, and an exquisite sweet and salty taste... The saltiness caught my attention, so I chose this one, but the taste was, well, hmm, subtle. It seemed to emphasize bitterness too much, overshadowing the deep flavor and aroma of matcha? There wasn't much taste of cheese either, and it ended up with a strange and subtle flavor... I rarely leave food uneaten, but I couldn't finish this one... I made a mistake...
