My husband and I used this restaurant. Based on other people's reviews, it was mostly as expected. The tongue was delicious, and the first dish was grilled by the staff, and it was very tasty. The quality of this dish felt high. A young staff member was very attentive, changing the grill and plates (about 4 times, which was appreciated). They would engage in conversation, cut the meat for us, but we wanted to relax, so we wished they would leave us alone a bit more since it's not a cheap place. The more attention they give, the better the service, it seems. It's understandable for new staff, but when they try too hard, we had to guide them, which was tiring. They would ask if we wanted to grill the meat, and we felt bad saying no, but it was awkward and time-consuming, so it's better to have the courage to decline. This back and forth made us feel rushed, but maybe it's part of their strategy. However, if they just serve the meat and leave, it might affect the overall experience, so the excessive attention probably contributes to their good reputation. When considering just the meat, it's not a cheap place for non-all-you-can-eat yakiniku, but if you want to fulfill your dream of eating plenty of tongue, this is the place to go. We ordered mainly tongue and soft drinks all-you-can-drink for ¥14652 for two people, so we concluded that ordering tongue dishes without worrying about time, enjoying the quality meat and variety of menu options, is the way to go. Thinly sliced tongue with green onions and plum is recommended. Sendai beef tongue, tongue sagari, and tongue hamburg steak were excellent! I hope they make the hamburg steak a regular menu item. Also, for those who prefer a heavier sauce, be aware that they don't have the typical salty sauce for yakiniku, but they offer a versatile sauce and a lemon sauce. The versatile sauce is refreshing and slightly sweet.
