We tried the Black Wagyu Uchimomo, which is delivered fresh from the farm every morning. The 3 kinds of oysters, also delivered fresh daily, were excellent. The wrapped beef tongue was cooked at a low temperature, making it tender and giving it a unique texture that we had never experienced before!

There are various types of oysters, all delicious and with unique characteristics. We made a reservation for 10 people, but one person canceled on the day, so we were charged a cancellation fee. I understand that seat turnover is important because they offer high cost-performance menus. It has a casual pub-like atmosphere, so I recommend going with a small group of friends or colleagues where you can feel comfortable.
