I heard that a popular soup curry restaurant from Hokkaido has opened in Harajuku, so I visited for the first time. I arrived 15 minutes before opening on a weekday, and I was the first in line. By the time 30 minutes had passed since opening, the restaurant was already full. I ordered the Chicken and 20 kinds of daily vegetables for ¥1,815. The chicken was crispy and bone-in, but the bones came off easily making it easy to eat. The vegetables included carrots, cabbage, broccoli, wood ear mushrooms, okra, bell peppers, burdock, lotus root, soybeans, pumpkin, eggplant, bell peppers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, tomatoes, zucchini, daikon radish, baby corn, green beans. I chose a spicy soup, so it was deliciously spicy. With so many vegetables, I was full before finishing the small rice. Eating until the end, the sweetness of the vegetables melted into the curry sauce, creating a mild flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed the curry. My friend chose the Shrimp Ebi Soup Curry for ¥1,870, which had a concentrated shrimp flavor that blended well with the curry. We also tried the Yuzu Honey Lassi as a service with a new open commemorative ticket. The homemade lassi with yuzu honey was rich and delicious. I would like to visit this curry restaurant again when I want to eat lots of vegetables.
