マダム・チェチーリア
There is a shop in front of the Denenchofu station ticket gate, and I visited the shop for the first time in late March this year with three childhood friends. We planned to walk along the cherry blossom trees from Denenchofu to Tamagawa-dai Park, but the rain that had been falling since morning didn't stop, so we gave up on the cherry blossoms and the park and ended up eating hamburgers at Tamagawa Diner. The rain stopped before evening, but we couldn't enjoy the cherry blossoms (laughs). On this day two months later, it was a hot summer day, and at the neighboring Starbucks, two men in suits were chatting happily at a cafe table set up in front of the entrance. About ten days ago, I received an invitation saying, "My husband is unusually not staying overnight, so how about drinking at home?" The wine I chose was a label I love from Tuscany! A 2011 Durcama wine from Tuscany~♬ The story begins with the opera "L'elisir d'amore" by Donizetti, where the innocent farmer Nemorino falls in love with the capricious daughter Adina of a wealthy farmer and is deceived by the traveling medicine seller Dulcamara into buying cheap wine at a high price. I have fond memories of watching Luciano Pavarotti eat real spaghetti and drink wine on stage, so I have kept this wine carefully in the cellar, but since it is a home cellar, I cannot guarantee the taste until I uncork it! However, it is not a wine to drink while cooking with a wine glass in hand, but a vintage wine that I have kept for some occasion. The blend is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, aged for 18 months in a 300-liter French tonneau before being bottled. The Tuscany I.G.T. is produced in the vineyards owned by the prestigious Mazzei family, founded in 1435, with their top wine being the Candie Classico. In contrast, Justi and Zanza, who were architects, founded a winery in less than 30 years in 1995 out of their passion for wine and named their most proud wine label Adina, depicting the fake wine as "Inchiki Wine"! How stylish~♬ There were no issues with the cork, and when poured into the glass, the wine was very dark red, which made me a little nervous at first, but the taste was graceful with plenty of fruitiness, becoming more intense and rich with aging and a moist aroma as time passed~♬ It was truly impressive. When I texted, "I'll bring a nice wine," N-chan replied, "Then I'll buy French bread and make dips!" with cranberry and fig, scallop and cream cheese, and egg, three types~♬ They were all delicious! The baguette from Tandres has a soft crumb that goes perfectly with the dips! Arc, who will turn 16, is doing well! We all had a great time!!
