Next to Summit in Gojono, a new café has opened. When you arrive at the location, you see that the café is fully glassed and decorated in a simple white interior, filled with sunlight pouring in. A hotel-like man welcomes you. It turns out that this café is run by a couple. The husband, originally from Kitasenju, worked as a manager at a teppanyaki restaurant for many years. The wife, from Takenotsuka, has worked at cafes like "Wakabadou" and "Kanmidou". They decided to open a café together, and they also have a bar time at night due to the location. The wine glasses on the wine cellar create an atmosphere of sophistication. The small glass cakes on the counter display seasonal fruit tarts, quiches, scones, and muffins, all looking delicious. I chose a black café latte from the drinks menu and ordered the recommended "strawberry tart" and "ponkan tart". The two tarts were served, and the rich egg and vanilla oil scented dough enveloped the custard and fruits, creating a delicious treat. The crispy texture at the bottom was outstanding. The hand drip coffee arrived, and I felt grateful for the time given. The café is named after the wife, and although they usually both work at the counter, today the wife is in charge of preparing, leaving the husband to handle the service. Despite this, he serves each dessert to the customers who come in one by one, opening the door and seeing them off. His attention to detail is like a single flower placed on each table. "I love this town. That's why I eventually want to open a teppanyaki restaurant as well," he said. I'm sure the dishes he prepares will be delicious. Dreaming of that day... Thank you for the meal. I visited Cafe Satsuki in Gotanno, which I fell in love with during cherry blossom season, so I decided to come back during peach season. I ordered a Peach Tartlet with Jasmine Cream (680 yen), Mango Almond Rare Cheesecake (595 yen), and Muscat Herb Tea (500 yen). With a cake and drink discount (-100 yen), I paid a total of 1675 yen. When I arrived at the shop on a weekday after 2 pm, there were no other customers. The Mango Almond Rare Cheesecake had a sponge bottom with a gentle texture, and the cheesecake was not too sweet, with cute mango pieces on top. The Herb Iced Tea had a subtle sweetness of muscat that was very comforting. The Peach Tart had a perfect combination of jasmine cream and peaches, with a crispy outer crust and soft inner dough. The peaches themselves were delicious, but this tart was just amazing. I look forward to coming back for the seasonal fruits again. I enjoyed my visit and the delicious treats. Thank you for the meal.

The cafe has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly. The homemade cakes are beautifully made and look stylish and cute. I spent 2,210 yen for 4 items. I had been wanting to visit for a while and finally made it. I regret not coming sooner because I am moving to Kansai in 2 days. I'm glad I could come here one last time! The cakes were delicious!

To the cafe satsuki, a place I had always wanted to visit because of the beauty of their cakes on their SNS. I ordered the Sakura Cream and Strawberry Tart (720 yen) along with the Sakura Herb Tea (600 yen). Cafe satsuki is located just a short walk from Tobu Line Gotanno Station. I had been following their Instagram and was always intrigued by their delicious-looking cake lineup. Finally, on this day, I was able to visit. The inside of the shop, filled with plenty of sunlight, was very bright, and the husband and wife owners greeted me with smiles. The husband took care of the drinks, while the wife handled the sweets. Running a business together as a couple must be challenging, but it's really wonderful. I ordered the Sakura Tart and Herb Tea on this day, as I could feel the arrival of spring. They both looked so beautiful ♡ I would like to visit again to try a tart from a different season! The food was delicious as always on this day. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I purchased two items, Pear Earl Grey Muffin for 380 yen including tax and Caramel Banana Muffin for 380 yen including tax. Both were delicious with a gentle sweetness! I followed the recommended way to reheat them and they turned crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Pear Earl Grey muffin had Earl Grey tea leaves kneaded into the dough with pear compote inside. The Caramel Banana muffin had a strong banana flavor and a crispy texture. I bought them for takeout so I only spent a short time in the shop, but the couple running the shop kindly greeted me, which made me happy.

〈Features〉Located a 2-minute walk from Gotanno Station. A stylish space with a white-based interior where you can enjoy a variety of desserts. 〈Menu〉・Baked Sweet Potato Hojicha Cheesecake (600 yen)・Fruit Tart (720 yen) with Shine Muscat, Nagano Purple, and Dragon Fruit Herb Tea. The collaboration of sweet potato, hojicha, and cheesecake is unfair... I decided immediately upon seeing the menu. The cheesecake had a strong hojicha flavor and was delicious. The tart had the perfect texture that I like. The variety of cakes and muffins is extensive, with new seasonal menus appearing regularly. It seems like a place where you can enjoy yourself anytime. The shop is run by a lovely couple and has a warm and cozy atmosphere.

I had the opportunity to go to the Katsushika area, so I stopped by this cafe that I had been curious about for a while. I like the Instagram photos that are updated daily, and the elegant white space is lovely. The owner's modesty and the inviting atmosphere made me want to visit this place. It's about a 5-minute walk from Gotanno Station, located next to Super Summit. Despite the surrounding scenery not being very suitable, the cafe has a natural glass design with details like a shiny marble-style round table, brown chairs with curved lines reminiscent of a cozy coffee shop, and some wallpaper in purple. I arrived almost right at opening time. Since it was early, not all items were available yet, but there was a variety of pastries to choose from. Usually, all items are displayed around noon. I was eyeing the cute fresh fruit tart that would stand out in the white space, but on that day, there were no fruit tarts available. Instead, there were three types of cheesecake, which was a somewhat unusual lineup. Nevertheless, I decided to get some items for takeout. Lemon cheesecake (¥580) and iced cafe au lait (¥500). The refreshing lemon cheesecake had a slightly creamy texture despite being baked. The strong acidity was to my liking. It seemed simple but was meticulously made. The moment it disappeared in my mouth was precious. Spinach quiche (¥480) and apple muffin (¥380). The spinach quiche had a gentle flavor, but I personally would have preferred a bit more saltiness. The muffin, when reheated the next day, was delicious. The crispy apple and the fragrant, moist surface of the muffin made me want to savor it for a long time. If there was a place like this nearby, I would visit for daily snacks. The interior and the couple who run the place are lovely, so I feel like supporting them. The pastry selection changes daily, so it's good to check on Instagram, etc. 2022.07.09.11:00-

A stylish cafe located in a narrow alley next to Summit supermarket, about a 2-3 minute walk from Gofunoya Station. (Visited around 2 pm on Saturday. There were 2 groups of 4 customers and 1 group of 2 customers.) Cherry Cheesecake: A cherry-topped cheesecake with a perfect balance of cheesecake acidity and cherry sweetness. Lemon Tart: Decorated with semi-dried lemon slices, this tart combines buttery flavor with lemon acidity, making it delicious. Homemade Lemonade (Soda Mix): A refreshing lemonade with plenty of lemon slices, visually appealing and perfectly complementing the lemon tart. Black Coffee (Iced): A nicely bitter iced coffee that is easy to drink, especially enjoyable with the cheesecake. Overall, I enjoyed delicious and cute sweets and drinks. Thank you for the meal.

On Monday afternoon, I arrived at "cafe satsuki" next to "Summit" at Gotanno station. There were four women already there, and I mistakenly thought it was an elderly couple's shop, but it turned out to be a young couple's shop (^◇^;) I ordered a blueberry tart for 700 yen and a black coffee for 400 yen. The wife was busy making pastries in plain sight, and the sound of her mixing with utensils made it feel like a live performance, which was refreshing. The husband handled everything from cashier to customer service, working alone. His gentle voice and soft demeanor were lovely ♫ The order was served in 5 minutes, and the black coffee was easy to drink, while the blueberry tart had a fresh blueberry flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The tart had a rich buttery taste with a firm crust, which was delicious. They mentioned that on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:15 PM to 10 PM, they have a bar time. It's interesting that it's a cafe and a bar in one place. The husband is handsome and has a nice voice! The wife, with her beautiful smile, is also a beauty. It's a wonderful cafe run by a lovely couple. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I visited this cafe on my way from Takenotsuka to Kitasenju, planning to explore Adachi Ward. The cafe had a glass exterior, allowing plenty of sunlight to fill the space. I arrived around lunchtime and was the only customer in the store. The display case was filled with various cakes.
I ordered a quiche with nanohana, mushrooms, and Parmigiano cheese because I was in the mood for something savory. The filling was creamy and the pastry crust was crispy, creating a perfect combination. It was generously filled with nanohana and mushrooms.
I also tried the Parmigiano cheese and raisin baked cheesecake. The Parmigiano cheese added a strong flavor without being too sweet, and the hint of sweetness from the raisins was a nice touch.
Although the cakes were on the smaller side, I found them a bit pricey. However, they do offer takeout options, which could be convenient for when you're craving something sweet.

- Strawberry Crumble Muffin ¥380
- Strawberry Tart ¥750
- Cafe au lait
- Hot Coffee
The coffee isn't delicious, it tastes like machine or powder. I don't really mind since it's not a coffee specialty shop, but I think ¥400 or ¥500 is expensive.
Strawberry Tart: The crispy and firm cocoa crust, sponge cake similar to financiers, light and smooth whipped cream, and delicious strawberries! The quality is high.
Muffin: The top is crispy but the inside is crumbly. Not much strawberry flavor, and they don't heat it up. I feel like it's expensive because there's no dessert set.

I visited this place that I had been curious about for a while, while attending a music festival held in front of Go-no-Ya station. The shop opened just last July and has a clean and pristine atmosphere. It is run by a couple, and the wife used to be in charge of sweets at popular cafes in Kitasenju. Every sweet I tried was delicious. Although the wife was off duty and only the husband was serving customers on this day, and the shop was almost full, I opted for takeout. I would definitely like to dine in next time. Both cakes were delicious with a subtle sweetness. Thank you for the meal.

I have been wanting to visit this café since it opened, but my work schedule never allowed it... Until this day, when I had a weekday off! It is located next to Gotanno Summit. There is no parking lot, so I parked at the summit and walked over. The café is all glass facing the road, with a bright and airy atmosphere. I ordered at the counter next to the cake showcase, paid, and then found a seat. They only accept cash. I was lucky to have money in my wallet... I struggled to choose a cake. The young couple running the place were very kind, and when I asked about the fig tart, they were accommodating. So, I chose the fig baked tart, walnut muffin, and hot café au lait. As I waited at my table, a regular customer came in. Even though they seemed to be a regular, they still had a hard time choosing a cake because they all looked delicious. Then, the owner mentioned a fruit tart with fresh figs that wasn't baked yet. That's what I wanted!! But I had already been waiting for about 10 minutes... I ordered from the showcase, so why am I still waiting? Turns out, they had spilled coffee, which I wasn't informed about, but they explained to the regular customer. So, the regular customer ordered something else. After serving me (almost 20 minutes after ordering), they offered the regular customer a complimentary coffee because they had accidentally spilled it. Hmm, it was all a bit... strange. I believe in paying for what I receive, and the cake I had was delicious. But, I couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed with the whole experience.

I ordered the "Caramel Banana Cheesecake" and "Black Tea (Hot)". I made a last-minute visit after work. The owner was cheerful and kindly accommodated my request to hold the items for me. Thank you very much. The "Caramel Banana Cheesecake" was a delightful combination of moist cheese, rich banana, and the bittersweet sweetness of caramel. Despite the seemingly heavy ingredients, the cake was actually very elegant and light. It would be especially recommended for those who enjoy cheesecakes with a fresh taste. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The beautiful cafe with a white-based color scheme has an atmosphere that you wouldn't expect in Gotanda. The owner, Satsuki, has a lovely smile and the staff are warm and welcoming. The scones available for takeout are quite small, crispy, and not too rich, making them a perfect match with a drink.

Recently, I often see this cafe on Instagram. The cakes are beautiful, and the shop looks lovely. Since I was familiar with the area, I drove to the cafe near Gotanno Station and parked at a nearby supermarket to start looking for the shop on foot. I found it quickly. It was around 1 pm on a weekday, and there were no customers inside, but most of the scones and muffins in the showcase were already sold out, so there were only a few left. There were several types of cakes, and I ordered a persimmon tart, while my daughter ordered a fruit tart. The persimmon tart had a note saying it was with black tea cream, and when I tried the cream alone, I could definitely smell the nice aroma of black tea. The persimmons could have been a bit softer, but I was happy to see plenty of them on top. The fruit tart was filled with autumn fruits like figs and persimmons. It wasn't as fancy as Styles Cake in Jimbocho, but I liked the tart crust being so crispy and fragrant that it was a bit difficult to eat with a fork. If I buy something at Daiso inside the supermarket, I can get one hour of free parking, so I plan to take a drive again if I feel like trying a different cake.

Located a 1-2 minute walk from Tobu Skytree Line Gotanno Station. I visited around 12 pm on a weekday. There were 2 groups of customers before me and 2 groups after me. The interior of the small shop is bright and clean, with 2 two-person tables and 2 four-person tables. The Chestnut and Hojicha Cheesecake (¥600) and Iced Cafe Latte (¥500) were ordered. The Chestnut and Hojicha Cheesecake had a subtle hojicha flavor, light and smooth texture, and a nice balance of acidity. The large chestnuts on top added a nice texture. The couple who run the shop were very friendly and created a peaceful cafe atmosphere. It was a cafe I would like to visit again.

I saw it on sns and decided to go, even in the rain. The shop had a kind-looking owner and a lovely wife. The wife's name is Satsuki. The shop's name was taken from her name, right? The chestnut and roasted green tea cheesecake and pumpkin cheesecake were delicious - I wanted to eat a second one. They were moist and satisfying. The blended coffee and the shop's blended lemonade, made with lemons from Kochi, were also very tasty. I would love to go again.
