Therefore, with the above cry of the heart and soul song, I decided to go eat meat. The destination is here. This is a yakiniku restaurant of Ishii Group, a food and beverage chain in Chofu City. Ishii Group operates yakiniku, yakitori, motsu-yaki, gyutan, and Western food restaurants, and this yakiniku restaurant is here. I actually tried to go before, but since I went without a reservation, they said they were out of meat, so I gave up. So this time, I made a reservation and went. By the way, you can only make reservations on weekdays, so be careful.
[Meat] When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a large noren curtain in front that said "meat." Just seeing this big "meat" written makes you feel like eating meat. So I went to have a hearty meal of meat.
[Order] Tongue salt recommended, Harami kimchi platter (Chinese cabbage, yam, tomato), Shokuniku Center omakase platter (kalbi, heart, mino, senmai, spleen), boiled tongue, and camatro. There is a lot of volume. The tongue salt and Shokuniku Center omakase platter and camatro have a lot of quantity and are reasonably priced. Especially the camatro is served like a flower of meat, which stimulates the appetite. The meat is already seasoned and can be eaten as is. The seasoning is also good. I thought the recommended Harami could be a bit more flavorful. The seasoning was good for the senmai. The garlic is a good accent and very delicious. The boiled tongue is a specialty of the Ishii Group, so tender that it can be cut with chopsticks, and it is very delicious as the flavor permeates. The kimchi platter is also very delicious. The kimchi is not too sweet, packed with umami, and very delicious. Despite the delicious meat and kimchi, it was a bit of a mistake not to order rice. Or rather, I didn't order it because I was drinking. The rice here is served in a bento box with umeboshi in the center. Next time, I want to order rice. There is also a wide variety of meat here, so I would like to go again.
