[Shop Information] Genre: Yakiniku Reservation: Tabelog, phone Budget: ¥8,800〜 I visited Yakiniku Gyuuin, the latest brand of Yakiniku Traji! This restaurant offers private rooms for all seats (semi-private rooms)! Order menu included in the beef course ¥16,500: - Appetizer: Collagen soup with Wagyu tail and daikon - Sirloin with seasonal fruits - Hand-rolled tartare yukke with lamb meat and Hanaho shiso - Salt and thick-cut tongue tan - Two types of selected lean thick-cut beef - Two types of seasonal grilled vegetables - Aguri and Tono salt, homemade garlic, real wasabi - Chateaubriand steak sandwich - Chopsticks rest: Shungiku salad with salt, pepper, and lime - Roasted lean beef and upper fillet with kombu dashi and black shichimi - Seared roast beef with truffle - Curry rice with leftover egg Dessert: Today's dessert - white coffee pudding with Jersey milk sorbet, Japanese sugar syrup jelly, sorbet, and apple espuma The course had a substantial volume! The yukke, tongue, and the specialty Chateaubriand steak sandwich were really delicious! The steak sandwich allows you to enjoy freshly cooked meat and bread right in front of you, which is very appealing! The chopstick rest in between courses prevents the meal from becoming heavy, allowing you to enjoy the meat until the end! Everything was full attended, which was great for those who are not good at grilling meat. Both the salt and sauce dishes were delicious! There were three choices for the finale, which was nice! It was a wonderful space, and time flew by quickly! The course is available for a limited time starting from ¥8,800, and since it's a private room, it's recommended for dates or girls' gatherings! I hope you all will give it a try.

10 seconds to understand! "Yakiniku Gyoin Ginza" ▶︎ All private rooms & high-class yakiniku with full-attended service by professionals ▶︎ The taste, atmosphere, and service are all top-notch and will leave you impressed! ▶︎ The latest high-brand store from "Yakiniku Tragi" ✨ On our recent day off, my husband and I had dinner in Ginza ❤️ We visited a new high-end brand store affiliated with "Yakiniku Tragi" where you can enjoy the highest quality course. The Ginza store is located underground and the atmosphere is amazing! The spacious and chic private rooms create a sophisticated and adult-like ambiance, and I was already in love. We had the highest quality course featuring black wagyu beef, premium ingredients, and seasonal produce cooked by professional chefs right in front of us. It was truly a luxurious experience. The menu we enjoyed included: - "San no Ushi Course" for 16,500 yen - Various drinks such as homemade ginger sour, red wine, cold top-grade oolong tea highball, and pesticide-free roasted green tea highball The dishes we tried were amazing, starting with the "Tail and Matsutake Mushroom Steamed Dish" which perfectly captured the essence of autumn. The "Seasonal Fruit Tartare Yukke" with caviar was a standout, and the "Meat Sushi" made with thick Missus beef was a delightful surprise. Overall, the experience was fantastic and each dish was a true delight. The service was impeccable, and we left feeling satisfied and impressed.

If you are a yakiniku fan, you must have heard of the new affiliated restaurant of "Toraji," called Yakiniku Gyugin Ginza. Toraji is known for its high-end reputation, but how does this place differentiate itself? To uncover this mystery, I decided to visit for lunch. The highlight is the weekend lunch course, "Chateaubriand Steak Sandwich Course." For just ¥8,800 per person (tax included), you can enjoy 14 dishes, making it a unique privilege of the Ginza location. The course includes a variety of dishes such as 4 types of appetizers, seared yukhoe, select lean meat sushi, and the Chateaubriand steak sandwich. The thick-cut tongue salt, in particular, stands out for its high quality. However, as Yakiniku Gyugin Ginza is part of Toraji, the atmosphere and taste of the food may remind you of Toraji. Even the staff movements give off a part-time staff vibe. In other words, this place is truly a part of Toraji. The essence of Yakiniku Gyugin Ginza lies in the quality of the meat. Especially, the thick-cut tongue salt boasts a quality that surpasses other yakiniku restaurants. What is served here is the real Toraji, and its high quality stands out. In conclusion, Yakiniku Gyugin Ginza will be a wonderful experience for those new to yakiniku or those who don't eat out often. However, for those familiar with yakiniku, it may simply be a place to enjoy as part of Toraji. Keeping this in mind, I recommend visiting at least once.

Before I knew it, it was the season of autumn appetite. I had dishes like steamed tofu, red wine stew, and matsutake mushroom sukiyaki at Gyoin. The must-try Chateaubriand sandwich from Gyoin with truffles in autumn is irresistible. The precision of the dishes is excellent. I noticed that there are many natural wines being served. The tea service is also outstanding. While I was mainly thinking about wine pairing with meat, I was pleasantly surprised to have the option of tea pairing, which made me feel very happy.

I used it for dinner. It was a course meal. The staff cooks all the meat for you. There are many private rooms, so you can have a leisurely conversation, but since the staff comes to cook every time, there is a lot of coming in and out of the room. The taste was okay. Among the menu items, I think the Chateaubriand sandwich was the best.

I recently visited the latest brand "Ushijirushi" by Toraji, which opened in Ginza last year. We ordered the highest grade special course featuring selected beef on this day! The staff at the restaurant prepared the meat to perfection for us. The courses are designed to prevent stomach upset as the clientele is predominantly older. Despite being full, the food was delicious and didn't cause any discomfort. The vegetables and side dishes were all tasty and satisfying. The restaurant has semi-private seating throughout, making it suitable for dates, business meetings, and entertaining guests. A friend who has actually dined there recommended it to us! In addition to the Ginza branch, there are also locations in Kyobashi and Shinjuku in Tokyo. Definitely give it a try! "Selected Beef" Course: ¥16,500 (tax included) - Cold corn flan with consommé jelly - Hand-rolled tartare yukhoe with caviar - Tongue stew - Thick-cut tongue with grated daikon - Two types of selected lean meat: harami and top round - Grilled seasonal vegetables: eggplant and zucchini - Refreshing palate cleanser: three gods somen - Chateaubriand steak sandwich - Seasonal water kimchi: melon - Two types of today's grilled meat: lamp and ichibo - Truffle-grilled selected sirloin - Today's meal: curry or cold noodles - Today's dessert: coffee pudding or milk gelato - Miyagi Prefecture white peach mango puree Ushijirushi Ginza @ushijirushi.ginza1129 ☏03-5537-1129 Tokyo, Chuo-ku, Ginza 8-3-10, Tomitabiru B1F ⏰11:30-15:00/17:00-24:00 *Lunch only on weekends and holidays Price range: ¥4,000-¥4,999/¥15,000-¥19,999 Thank you for reading until the end. Today, I went on a date with my wife in Ginza. We visited various shops before coming to have dinner at "Yakiniku Gyoin Ginza," a recommended high-end yakiniku restaurant in Ginza. We made a reservation for this day and were promptly seated in a private room with a calming and luxurious atmosphere. ★-Three major recommended points of "Yakiniku Gyoin Ginza"-★ 1. Strictly selected black wagyu beef, mainly from their own farm-raised Toraji wagyu. 2. Full-attended service where professional grill masters cook all the meat for you. 3. Each seat is spacious and all seats are private rooms or semi-private rooms, adding to the luxurious experience. We decided to try the "Sannomiya Beef Course" (16,500 yen), the highest-grade course offered by Gyoin. It is said to encompass all the charms of the restaurant. It was a bit of a splurge, but hey, why not treat ourselves once in a while. We started with a toast with our drinks to cool off after walking around in the scorching heat. We were shown the meat we would be having that day. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and the color was beautiful. The dry ice presentation added to the excitement. First up was the "Cold Corn Flan with Franco Consomme." The corn flan was refreshing, with a jellied consomme on top, creating a deep and fresh taste. Next was the "Tartare Yukke Hand Roll with Caviar." The Yukke melted in the mouth with each bite, and the seaweed added a nice touch to the flavor. Finally, the star of the show arrived, the thick-cut tongue. It was incredibly thick, and the quality of the US beef used was impressive. The grill master recommended a medium-well doneness, which resulted in a perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and juiciness inside. We also enjoyed the selected lean cuts and seasonal grilled vegetables. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. Overall, the dining experience at "Yakiniku Gyoin Ginza" was exquisite, with top-notch service and high-quality ingredients.

Despite entering the restaurant at a late hour of 10 pm, they promptly served the course meal. Even at a late hour, they provided delicious dishes in a private room at a reasonably affordable price, making it the perfect solution for hospitality. Being part of the Toraji group, the meat was indeed tender and tasty.

I found my favorite yakiniku restaurant in Ginza! At Yakiniku Toraji, you can enjoy high-quality Toraji wagyu beef raised in Toraji's own ranch. This time, I ordered the "San no Ushi Course" for ¥16,500. The dishes included corn cold flan with consomme gelee, hand-rolled tartare yukke with caviar, thick-cut tongue, selected lean meat, seasonal grilled vegetables, Chateaubriand steak sandwich, seasonal water kimchi, two types of marinated meats, sirloin truffle grill, today's meal, and today's dessert with mango from Miyazaki prefecture. I kept exclaiming "Delicious!" while eating, but my favorites were the tartare yukke hand roll, the thick-cut tongue, the Chateaubriand steak sandwich, and the sirloin truffle grill. Each dish was carefully crafted, giving a feeling more like teppanyaki than yakiniku. The attentive service and the dim lighting in the private room made the dining experience even better. I really loved this place and would love to go back again! The evening course starts from ¥8,800.

It had a rich flavor and was delicious. ◎Hand-rolled Tartare Yukke with Caviar This dish had caviar as an accent, which paired excellently with the Yukke! ◎Red Wine Braised Beef Tongue The tongue was tender and easy to eat, with the acidity and flavor of the red wine enhancing its umami. ◎Thick-cut Beef Tongue ◎Thick-cut Select Lean Cuts (Harami, Filet) ◎Seasonal Grilled Vegetables (2 types) ◎Thick-cut Beef Tongue with Sudachi squeezed over it instead of lemon was refreshing and easy to eat. ◎Harami The salt and wasabi were a great match for this dish! ◎Filet and Seasonal Grilled Vegetables (Eggplant) The filet was delicious, and the seasonal grilled vegetables, specifically the "Satohara Eggplant" from Miyagi Prefecture, was surprisingly sweet and juicy. The attention to detail even with the vegetables was a high point. ◎Mouth Refreshment - "Mikoto" The noodles made with "Mikoto" had a firm texture and a refreshing taste with plum and perilla, providing a satisfying eating experience. ◎Chateaubriand Steak Sandwich I was most looking forward to this dish! It was ripe, with high sugar content, delicious, and had a satisfying texture. ◎White Coffee The dessert was surprising as the coffee milk was white?! The taste was rich in coffee but with a mildness from the milk, making it smooth and easy to finish. ◎Jersey Milk Sorbet with Watermelon Foam and Wasanbon Jelly The foam made from watermelon, a seasonal fruit, was a great accent to the sorbet! The quality of the dessert was surprisingly high. [Impressions] I occasionally visit Tragi, but this upscale dining experience was my first. The full-attended service, with staff accompanying us, allowed us to enjoy our meal leisurely while chatting with friends, which was great!

The individual rooms were a bit small, but the quality and taste of the meat at Toraji were good. I felt it was good value for the price. The staff carefully cook the meat for you, but each staff member is responsible for about 3 tables, so the pace of the meal is slow. It's perfect for those who enjoy conversation.

Standard course (¥13,200) at Yakiniku Traji, a high-end restaurant. There are 3 locations in Tokyo, with Shinjuku and Ginza offering a similar concept, while Kyobashi seems to be a bit more affordable. When thinking of spending around 10,000 yen on yakiniku in Ginza, places like Ushigoro, Kobau, and Yamashina come to mind, which are in a similar price range. The rooms are semi-private with partitions separating the seats, so you can't see the faces of the people next to you, but you can hear their voices. Although it's been a while since I last visited Traji, I can tell that the quality of the meat is better than what Traji offers. The quality seems to be similar to the other 3 restaurants mentioned. They also provide full service by grilling everything for you. The service quality doesn't seem to differ much. I thought it would be nice to have a bit more volume, but it's good to have more options in this area.

Dinner with friends ✨ We went to a yakiniku restaurant in the Toraji chain that we had been to before and enjoyed. This branch had a more elegant and luxurious atmosphere compared to the Kyobashi branch. We decided to indulge in the premium beef course (¥16,500) to fully experience the best of the menu. Despite the high price, the quality and quantity of the course justified the cost. We started with a delicious corn-flavored flan, followed by a popular tartare yukke hand roll with caviar. The simmered beef tongue stew had a perfect texture, and the thick-cut tongue with sudachi and yuzu miso was divine. The two types of premium lean cuts were flavorful, and the seasonal grilled vegetables with various condiments were a delight. The refreshing daikon ponzu and somen noodles were a nice palate cleanser. The Chateaubriand steak sandwich was a favorite, and the seasonal water kimchi with melon was a unique surprise. The grilled marinated meats were succulent, and the truffle sukiyaki with sirloin was a luxurious treat. The choice between curry and cold noodles for the final course was a tough one, as both were delicious. The dessert featuring mango, pudding, and sorbet was a perfect ending to a satisfying meal. The attentive service and luxurious atmosphere made this course worth every yen. Highly recommended for a date or special occasion! Thank you for the wonderful meal! (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡

I got a bonus, so I decided to treat myself a little - ⭐️ The Gyuunikuin Yakiniku Course Dinner Ginza store is located a little further towards Shinbashi from the end of the corridor, and it is a luxurious restaurant with all private/half-private rooms! It is a high-class restaurant suitable for business entertainment or dates, but the fact that it has private rooms makes it suitable for families with children as well (children above elementary school age are allowed). This Gyuunikuin is the latest brand of the well-known yakiniku restaurant Toraji, and it can be said to be a high-quality yakiniku restaurant that surpasses Toraji by a large margin. Well, like the relationship between Jomon Saryo (ordinary) and Yugentei (high-class)? Considering the price range, the quality of the meat is overwhelming. There are three course options, and I chose the most expensive one, but the specialty (Chateaubriand sandwich) is a must-try!! You can't judge the true value of this restaurant without trying it. The Chateaubriand steak sandwich and the sirloin with truffle were too delicious - everyone agreed. The course I had was the "Special" Premium Special Course with 16 items for 16,500 yen. The price may seem high, but considering the quality, it's actually quite reasonable. Here's a detailed review of the course: - Sweet corn cold flan with consomme jelly - Tartare yukhoe hand rolls with caviar - Thick-cut tongue - Two types of selected thick-cut lean meat - Seasonal grilled vegetables - Refreshing palate cleanser (grated daikon and premium somen noodles) - Chateaubriand steak sandwich - Seasonal water kimchi (melon-flavored) - Two types of grilled meat in special sauce (lamp with kelp dashi and ribeye with onion sweet vinegar) - Sirloin with truffle - Today's choice of curry or cold noodles - Dessert (white coffee milk, Jersey milk sorbet with watermelon espuma, and Japanese sugar) Each dish was meticulously prepared and presented, making the dining experience unique and enjoyable. The restaurant is not just a typical yakiniku place; it offers a different level of service and presentation, almost like a yakiniku ryotei (traditional high-end yakiniku restaurant). The quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience make it worth the price.

I was looking for a reasonably priced yakiniku restaurant in Ginza, close to Shinbashi. I chose a course menu that seemed to be affiliated with Toraji. The course included: - Premium beef for 11,000 yen - Corn jelly tartare yukke - Tan shichu (stir-fried beef tongue) - Seasonal grilled vegetables - Two types of grilled meat - Katsu sandwich - Water kimchi - Cold noodles or curry - Dessert The meat was delicious and the staff's grilling skills were excellent! It was such a great deal to be able to try both the curry and cold noodles. I didn't know there was such a cost-effective yakiniku restaurant in Ginza! I will definitely visit again!

I went to Gyuin, a high-end yakiniku restaurant under the famous yakiniku chain Toraji. The restaurant in Ginza exuded a luxurious atmosphere, with a grand entrance leading down a staircase to the dining area. The seating was in semi-private booths, adding to the special ambiance. I had reserved the course menu, which included dishes like corn flan with consomme jelly, tartare yukhoe hand rolls with caviar, thick-cut tongue, selected lean cuts, seasonal grilled vegetables, and more. The staff cooked the meat in front of us, ensuring it was served at its best. The drinks included a Shirley Temple (non-alcoholic) and hot black oolong tea. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious, with unique flavors and textures. The highlight was the Chateaubriand steak sandwich, featuring the most tender and flavorful meat. Overall, the experience at Gyuin was exceptional, with top-notch service and exquisite food.

Located in Ginza, Gyuan Ginza is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic meat dishes. The atmosphere is inviting, with a mysterious showcase visible as you descend the stairs to the underground entrance. The semi-private dining area is calm and perfect for a meal. Interestingly, the semi-private setting can be a concern for important conversations due to its open nature, as I learned from the staff. I opted for the "Gyu no Course" priced at 16,500 yen, which offered a variety of dishes. The highlights for me were the Corn Consommé Jelly appetizer, the flavorful Chateaubriand steak sandwich, and the unexpected Tan Stew. The Tan Curry and Cold Noodles were also delightful options if you have room for more. To end the meal, the White Coffee Milk Pudding was a unique and refreshing choice. Each dish was impressive and left me satisfied. Overall, it was a dining experience filled with surprises and delicious flavors.

I love the yakiniku restaurant Gyugin ☺️, which is said to be the top-tier restaurant in the Yakiniku Traji group! The stores are located in Kyobashi and Shinjuku, and I visited the Kyobashi store before, which left a lasting impression on me because the food was so delicious! The Ginza store has a luxurious atmosphere compared to the casual Kyobashi store, making it suitable for various occasions. It is conveniently located within walking distance from Ginza Station and Shinbashi Station, with Shinbashi Station being closer. It is located on the basement floor and has a very elegant vibe with private rooms.⁡ This time, I tried the "San no Ushi" special course, which is packed with Gyugin's beef, priced at ¥16,500! The staff grills all the meat for you, which is a full-service experience - so nice! First, there is an explanation of the meat to be used today, with three types of meat cuts in front of you. It's so exciting and impressive! It's wonderful that you can enjoy Traji Wagyu beef raised on Traji's own farm!⁡ - Cold corn flan: A refreshing dish to start the course, with the sweetness of corn packed in a chilled flan. Topped with nasturtium, it looks fresh and delightful.⁡ - Tartare Yukke hand roll: A luxurious dish with plenty of tartare yukke and caviar, wrapped in seaweed for a delightful experience. The combination of seaweed, rice, and the abundance of yukke and caviar is just perfect!⁡ - Thick-cut tongue: Grilled slowly to perfection, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. It's truly amazing! Best enjoyed with salt, garlic chips, and wasabi. The texture is tender and flavorful.⁡ - Selected lean cuts - 2 types: Harami and upper sirloin. Both cuts were delicious, with the harami having a meaty flavor and the seasonal vegetables (eggplant and zucchini) complementing the meat well. The upper sirloin was tender and easy to eat.⁡ - Yobu no Ito: The highest quality yobu no ito is served, offering a smooth and chewy texture, perfect for cleansing the palate.⁡ - Chateaubriand steak sandwich: A must-try dish at Gyugin! The crispy toast, onion-based steak sauce, and premium chateaubriand make a perfect combination. The pink color of the steak is appetizing.⁡ - Seasonal fruit kimchi: This time it was melon! A soft and elegant kimchi with a gentle sweetness that was delightful. It's a great palate cleanser.⁡ - Today's grilled in sauce - 2 types: Upper thigh and lamp. Both were delicious, with different flavors. The lamp, in particular, was flavorful with a balance of sweetness and acidity. It was easy to eat and didn't feel heavy on the stomach.⁡ - Truffle-grilled sirloin: A large sirloin is quickly grilled and served with egg yolk and plenty of truffle shavings. The combination of truffle aroma, egg yolk creaminess, and the sweet fat of the meat is simply delicious. The remaining sauce is mixed with rice to create a TKG-style dish.⁡ - Today's meal: You can choose between cold noodles or beef tendon curry. Gyugin's motto is that the ending must be delicious!

During a business trip to Tokyo, I visited a special restaurant to have a meal with someone I wanted to have a deep conversation with - Gyugin Ginza. As a top-class yakiniku restaurant owned by the meat company Toraji, it exudes elegance. Upon descending the stairs, we entered a modern and lovely space. Each table was a private room, allowing us to relax. The staff cooked the meat for us, allowing us to focus on our conversation. I mentioned that I like my meat rare, and they were able to accommodate my request. We started with a non-alcoholic mojito and beer toast before enjoying the 16,500 yen course. The meal included: Corn soup with consommé jelly, Tartare yukhoe with caviar, Thickly sliced tongue with sudachi and homemade sansho miso, Two types of thick-cut harami with zucchini, Top sirloin with eggplant, A palate cleanser of the finest yuba, Shabu sandwich with Chateaubriand steak, Seasonal water kimchi with melon, Lamp and top round with various vegetables, Sirloin truffle yakiniku, Today's rice, and Dessert of white coffee pudding and Jersey milk sorbet. The quality of the meat was exceptional, and the variety of dishes we enjoyed for the price was impressive. Before we knew it, almost three hours had passed. It was a delightful experience of delicious food and relaxation in a private setting. I would love to visit this wonderful restaurant again.
