We made a reservation and visited for the first time with two people on a weekday night. It is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Ebisu Station. They purchase fresh seafood every morning from Tsukiji Market, so our expectations were high. On this day, we reserved the "FISH MARKET-style Forbidden Gout Hot Pot Course (with all-you-can-drink) for 7,120 yen". As the weather was getting colder, hot pot was perfect for the season. The "Carpaccio" had a great combination of fresh seafood and original sauce, it was delicious. The "Ajillo" had plenty of tasty shirasu! The bread was also flavored, and we were provided with spoons to fully enjoy the shirasu. The main dish, the "Gout Hot Pot", was filled with a large amount of ankimo, scallops, oysters, shrimp, shirako, and vegetables, and our happiness level skyrocketed just like our uric acid levels. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Being able to eat a lot of delicious ankimo, which I love, was the best. The finishing noodles were also good. I thought the number of dishes was small, but I ended up feeling full. With the all-you-can-drink option, we enjoyed beer to chase away purines, organic wine, various juices, and more. Gout hot pot restaurants are often difficult to reserve, but being able to make a reservation at this quality and price makes gout hot pot lovers delighted. I would definitely like to visit again.

Located 3-4 minutes on foot from Ebisu Station, this seafood bar offers a specialty dish called "gout oysters." Surprisingly, the oysters don't taste like ikura (salmon roe) or uni (sea urchin) at all; they have a strong flavor of their own. I also ordered some fresh oysters, which were delicious. However, I didn't quite enjoy the smoked Tabasco sauce. The Uni Peperoncino was a bit overwhelming with garlic, masking the taste of the uni. Overall, everything was tasty, but I wish I could have tasted more of the uni flavor.

I thought the interior of the restaurant was smaller than expected, and I realized that reservations are necessary. The seats are also small, so it seems like you can't bring too much luggage. I ordered the gout set. It was interesting to eat various kinds of seafood! The taste was not incredibly delicious, but it was great in terms of presentation. It was disappointing that there were no rice dishes. I finished with pasta.

The customer service is too careless. People around me were also complaining that their drinks and food were not coming. It's not just slow, it's also forgetful. The food and drinks are not even delicious. If you go there just to take Instagram-worthy photos, then it's okay.

I'm so happy to be able to eat my favorite seafood - it's just too good! Although ordering individual dishes would have been nice, since it was my first time, I decided to go with the recommended course menu! The appetizer was fresh oysters with sea urchin and salmon roe on top - just looking at it, you know it's going to be delicious. Unfortunately, I can't eat raw oysters (cries), so I had my friend eat it for me. It's strange that I can't eat raw oysters, as I love them grilled or steamed, but I need to find a way to enjoy raw oysters too! The bonito and salmon salad was amazing! The dressing with olive oil was so tasty! The salmon roe potato salad was also rich and delicious, and at this point, I was already full. But there was still more to come, and it was so good that I had to keep eating! The sea urchin pasta was also rich and incredibly delicious! I wanted to have seconds! Maybe next time I'll just order pasta, I love it that much, haha. I can't wait for the next time when I can order a la carte again!

"I used the dinner time. The seating was a bit narrow, with the neighboring tables a bit close. I ordered: Fresh oysters - huge and fresh, Strawberry and Burrata Cheese - the strawberry cream was quite sweet, and the bread was also sweet and mediocre, Carpaccio - incredibly delicious with tasty ikura, Gout Mayo - a genius combination of sea urchin and salmon roe mayo, Fish and Chips - light fried fish that should be eaten quickly before it gets cold. The fluffy white fish was delicious, and the mayo was amazing!"

The food and wine were delicious! Especially the gout oysters were excellent. However, we arrived at 8:00 pm and many popular appetizers like carpaccio and fish and chips were already sold out, which was disappointing. Additionally, the tuna spare ribs were also sold out, so we were recommended to try the tuna tail instead (which was about 1000 yen more expensive). Although it was delicious, it was frustrating that every time we tried to order something, it was sold out, and we had to consider other options. We also had to order relatively expensive dishes because of this. Considering the lack of consideration for these issues, we rate the experience 2.5 stars.

On Saturday night, my friend and I visited the restaurant. The Uni, Prawn, Firefly Squid, and Ikura Potato Salad were delicious! The Uni was fresh and had no fishy smell, I could have eaten about 7 of them. The Firefly Squid in the garlic oil was tender and flavorful, and the bread served was slightly sweet roasted bread, which I liked. The combination of mackerel and ikura potato salad was unexpectedly amazing, with a taste that went well with alcohol. The Apricot Highball had chunks of fruit but lacked a strong apricot flavor, while the Sangria was sweet and tasty. As someone who enjoys dishes that might cause gout, I loved everything and will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 7 pm on a weekday. I was a bit lost trying to find the entrance, but eventually discovered it through a terrace-like area. The restaurant was long and narrow, with a few table seats towards the back. There were two groups of customers already there. I had the gout hot pot course with all-you-can-drink option. They had regular drinks like beer, wine, and cocktails, but the organic wine was a nice touch. They poured generously. For the food, I started with carpaccio. The red sauce was quite impactful. The slightly sweet sauce paired well with the bitter greens and fish. The tapas was anchovy garlic in oil. There was plenty of olive oil, but only two slices of bread, so I ended up with some leftover. It was a shame because it was delicious! The main dish was the gout hot pot, with foie gras, shrimp, shirako, and oysters, making for a luxurious presentation. Since the ingredients needed to be cooked well, we simmered them slowly on the table burner. The flavor was rich but not overpowering, and it was quite tasty. I was curious how all these strong-flavored ingredients would work together, but it turned out to be a delicious hot pot. The soy milk soup base was a nice touch. Some ingredients like foie gras melted during cooking, but the ramen at the end soaked up all the flavors and was delicious. The meal was not extensive but still left me feeling full. The staff checked on us regularly. Despite indulging in gout hot pot, wine, and beer, my body didn't react negatively.

I made a reservation for the gout hot pot course on a weekend evening and went there a bit early. There were about 4 groups including us, and I think everyone was eating the gout hot pot, haha. The carpaccio had a bright beet sauce on top, and it was refreshing and delicious, not as heavy as it looks. When the hot pot started boiling, the fish & chips came out, which was quite generous and we couldn't finish it all... I think the white fish that day was probably sea bream. As for the main gout hot pot, the sesame miso soup was not too strong and mixed well with the slightly melted ankimo, which was nice. The oysters were still firm even after cooking. The shirako was tasty, but I wish they were a bit more uniform in size... The shrimp and scallops were also included, making it a luxurious hot pot! I had sangria, which was delicious with no acidity or bitterness, very easy to drink. The location is close to the station, the interior of the restaurant is clean, and you can easily enjoy gout hot pot. Thank you for the meal~ (*´꒳`*) [My rating criteria] ☆5... Definitely want to go again! Want to bring important people with me ☆4... Want to go again and recommend to others ☆3... Will consider it as an option if I'm in the area ☆2... No reason to go, will consider if invited by someone ☆1... Absolutely not going ===========

I mainly focused on drinking rather than eating a lot, so I ordered dishes like carpaccio and sea urchin. The carpaccio was made with yellowtail fish and was quite delicious. However, the sea urchin had a bitter taste and seemed to be of lower quality, which was disappointing. The pasta was simply delicious. Since the restaurant is known for its gout hot pot, maybe I need to try that to truly understand the restaurant's appeal. The service was good, and even though we started with a small table, we were able to expand it and relax once the customers settled in.

The hot pot was delicious with plenty of ingredients like monkfish liver, shirako, shrimp, and scallops. It was a bit disappointing that the seats were cramped and there was no space to hang coats as they were all taken by others. The interior and exterior were stylish, creating a great atmosphere for a wonderful dining experience.

On a regular night, two of us ordered the following: one beer each, a bottle of white wine, gout hot pot, and seasonal vegetable wrapped in prosciutto. The gout hot pot contained ankimo, shirako, oysters, and shrimp. The portion size was just right for two people, not overwhelming. The soup was delicious, but we felt it was a bit lacking in quantity. The seasonal vegetable wrapped in prosciutto, which was arugula that day, was delicious. However, despite not ordering much, the bill was surprisingly high. This restaurant is probably best experienced with a course menu. The seating is extremely cramped, so be cautious of the dining situation. Visit rating: 3.33

All the dishes are too salty, so it becomes increasingly hard to eat. Considering the taste and service, it does not match the price. There are a lot of reviews for this restaurant, with many photos from influencers, so I wonder if they are being paid to promote it. The gout hot pot is decent, but the other a la carte dishes taste like they are just thrown together.

Forbidden Gout Hot Pot Course / It was difficult to find a gout hot pot restaurant, so I finally found one and decided to give it a try! The miso-based gout hot pot was delicious. The course also included garlic shrimp and salad, which were tasty as well. The salad had some unique leaves (not sure what they were) that I didn't particularly like. The restaurant was quite small, so it was a bit of a hassle having to move every time someone walked by. It didn't have a very relaxed atmosphere, so just keep that in mind.

I came here with friends for a drinking session. We ordered the Forbidden Gout Hot Pot Course at FISH MARKET, which came with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. The meal included fresh fish carpaccio, garlic shrimp, gout hot pot, and a finishing dish, which were all very filling. The carpaccio made with sea bream was delicious, with a strong umami flavor. The beet and olive sauce complemented it well. The garlic shrimp was generous in portion with plenty of whitebait. The gout hot pot was served with large pieces of ankimo and shirako on top of Chinese cabbage, making it very photogenic and hearty. The ramen served as the finishing dish was a bit disappointing as the noodles were soft by the time they warmed up. It tasted like a mild tantanmen. Even though there were only a few dishes, they were very satisfying. It would have been better if they explained the best time to eat the gout hot pot and ramen. The all-you-can-drink options included lemon sour, which was a bit light on the lemon flavor, and a very tasty red wine. I would like to try ordering a la carte next time.

I enjoyed the forbidden gout hot pot course at FISH MARKET EBISU. It included seasonal ingredients, burrata cheese, freshly caught fish carpaccio, gratin, the forbidden gout hot pot, noodles as a finale, and a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option (last order at 90 minutes) for 7,120 yen!! It was quite extravagant, a bit risky, and I almost got gout, but seafood really is delicious, isn't it? I definitely want to eat here again ❤️ Google rating 3.9 (31 reviews), Tabelog rating 3.33 (40 reviews). [Restaurant details and location information].

Chef Yuuto Nakamura's stylish seafood Italian restaurant, FISH MARKET, which opened last summer in Ebisu, is where he showcases his skills. I was invited to a special gout course featuring plenty of sea urchin, salmon roe, and oysters. Every morning, the chef carefully selects fresh fish from Tsukiji and prepares them deliciously with his original sense and technique. The atmosphere is like a lively foreign market with a warm wooden feel. The highlight of the meal was the gout course with an abundance of sea urchin, salmon roe, and oysters. The combination of oysters, salmon roe, and sea urchin was unexpectedly delicious. The potato salad with plenty of delicious kale was also a favorite. The main dish, Aqua Pazza, featured young sea bream, clams, scallops, squid, and dried tomatoes in a flavorful broth. It was all incredibly delicious. The menu included dishes like gout oysters topped with sea urchin and salmon roe, fresh fish carpaccio, gout egg mayo, smoked mackerel potato salad with salmon roe, and luxurious sea urchin peperoncino. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Second visit. Forbidden gout course (¥5980) with all-you-can-drink option (¥2,000). This restaurant not only serves delicious seafood but also offers beautifully presented dishes. The course I chose this time had a generous amount of sea urchin and salmon roe on top of oysters and eggs, making it a delightful combination. Being able to enjoy all my favorite foods at once is truly a blessing. The oysters were fresh, large, and delicious. I also enjoyed the natural wine from the all-you-can-drink menu. Next time, I want to try the gout hot pot that I saw on Instagram.
