We were the only customers there, so they paid plenty of attention to us. We ordered a set of assorted meats and sushi. The sushi was delicious above all else. The tuna and amberjack were incredibly tasty! Craft beer is also recommended. When we were leaving, they said we could take our favorite sweets as a service, so we did. Thank you!

On the 4th floor of a building in Akihabara, there is a colorful shop that mainly uses organic ingredients. Inside the shop, there is a lab-like setup with liquid nitrogen. I ordered the "Hamburger Set" which included a lot of vegetables, brown rice, and red miso soup with golden threadfin bream dashi. The drink was "Orange Soda + Organic Lemon" made with canned juice from Tokushima. Thank you for the meal, and thank you very much.

Formerly a Japanese restaurant called "Harudai," a dining bar called "Labs innovations 食堂 a.c.e" has opened. It used to operate in Higashi-Ginza and moved to Akihabara at the end of 2021. The interior is colorful and bright, creating a casual atmosphere. They offer a wide selection of wines and cocktails, with the owner having years of experience as a bartender in Ginza, so the cocktails are of a high standard. The food is homemade, with smoked meats and sushi being the main dishes. They also serve dishes like hamburgers and curry for lunch. Overall, it seems like a fun and exciting place to visit.

Manager? The master was running the restaurant alone, but the food and drinks were very delicious. We had a roast meat platter, a sashimi platter, a cheese platter, and eel! We tried various dishes and drinks, and everything was satisfying! I apologize for not having photos, but the quality was quite high. They provided great service! I would definitely want to visit this restaurant again.
