The restaurant is located on the basement floor of GRAND LOUVRE Azabu-Juban. The main store is in Kitashinchi, Osaka, and this is the first store in Tokyo. Head chef is Takuto Kitajima. Opened in October 2018. Changed its name from Salon du kuma3 to Azabu kumasan in September 2021. Also, a sister store called Ushi Tomimi opened in Shin-Tomicho on June 14, 2022. No regular holidays, open by appointment only. Reservations can be made online through sites like Tabelog, but same-day reservations are only accepted by phone. There are 6 counter seats (up to 7 for private use) and a private table for one group of 6, totaling 12 seats. Private reservations available. Cards accepted, no electronic money. 10% service charge. Even elementary school students are allowed in private rooms. No dress code. Despite being underground, there are no issues with cellphone reception. Takeout available.
