A cozy and cost-effective yakiniku restaurant established in 1971, where the famous Mama wraps meat with lettuce for you to enjoy. The menu only offers an omakase course, where Mama adjusts the amount of meat based on your appetite. Located a short walk from Shibuya Station, this place is frequented by celebrities and athletes. The traditional Korean yakiniku style includes various banchan like egoma and kimchi. Mama cooks all the meat and guides you on the best way to eat it, making it a fun and enjoyable dining experience. The omakase course, including drinks, costs around 8,000 yen per person, offering great value for money.

Shibuya Station is about a 7-minute walk away! Well, Shibuya has a lot of exits these days, and it has changed a lot, so it's hard to know which is the best exit haha. The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building along Route 246, halfway up Kingo-zaka. It's a bit confusing which staircase to take, but there is an amazing yakiniku restaurant there! Basically, all the meat comes with sauce already, and the staff will grill it for you! You have to eat quickly because they grill it all at once, so be careful, but it's nice not to have to worry about how to cook it! Just focus on eating and drinking! The portions are quite generous and each dish is really delicious. The way they serve the food is also interesting! They wrap the meat in vegetables and tell you to eat it that way. It's a fun place to go with a group of friends! If you feel like you want to eat more even after eating a lot, you must be a big eater haha. The meat is good quality and quite oily, and they also have noodles and desserts! The only downside is when they brought the meat that couldn't fit on the table and just left it on the chair next to us, but overall, the service is really good. They even wipe the glasses for people wearing them haha.

We made a reservation for 3 people at 18:30 on Friday. The restaurant was hard to find, so we passed by it a few times. We went down the stairs to the basement of the building. We were seated in the back in a tatami room without a sunken kotatsu table, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit. There was no menu on the table, and the hostess asked if we were okay with leaving it to them to decide what to serve us. In the end, the meal proceeded at the restaurant's pace. The meat dishes were all excellent, especially the harami (skirt steak) was delicious. We ordered 2 beers and a highball, and the total bill came to 9000 yen per person, which was cheaper than our usual yakiniku place.

We made a reservation for 5 people, but suddenly became 6. The restaurant is not very spacious. When we entered, the staff guided us politely. Despite the last-minute increase in our group, they accommodated us with a smile. We were seated and a female staff member even put aprons on us, showing kindness. The male staff (possibly the owner?) kindly explained the system to us, as we were unfamiliar. We started with a toast with beer. After about 10 minutes, when everyone had arrived, the tongue dish appeared. The hostess kindly instructed us on how to eat it. We tried wrapping the tongue in egoma kimchi and it was incredibly tender and delicious. Various types of meat kept coming out, each one tastier than the last. The sauce on the lean meat was especially delicious. The meal was so enjoyable and satisfying. After being served fruits, we had cold noodles for dessert, and some of us even ordered champon as an extra. This restaurant has excellent service and delicious food. We were satisfied from the moment we walked in. I would love to visit again.

I heard rumors about a yakiniku restaurant where you can get an "ahn" service. Unfortunately, the female owner was not there, so we couldn't get the service. We went as a group of two this time, and the portions were quite large from the beginning, so we got full quickly. It made me think that it might be better to go with a larger group. Having the meat cooked rapidly felt a bit hectic, so personally, I prefer to cook and eat the meat slowly. The flavor of the perilla leaves was quite strong, but overall, I was satisfied with the taste.

Located about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, the easiest way to get there is through the Hikarie exit. It's a long-established restaurant founded in 1971, with minimal changes over the years. They offer an omakase course where they ask about your appetite and keep serving delicious meat until you say stop. They automatically add lettuce, perilla leaves, and refill your iced tea with ice. All the meat is grilled for you, and they cut it while cooking. There's even a service where they feed you if you have a motherly figure with you. The quality of the meat is high, and the Korean-style eating experience was fresh and addictive. It was very delicious, and I definitely want to visit again!

Korean Tei Course. Ahn's restaurant. Whenever I come, it's always cozy and wonderful. The style of eating sandwiched in Sancho lettuce allows you to eat without getting tired. Perilla leaves are the real deal. The table setting is a sanctuary that no one can disturb. Oh, thank you for inviting me to Sancho Kuari. Thank you to everyone who joined me. Happy birthday to Jana-san. Access: About a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station. Budget: Around 9000 yen. #KoreanTei #Ahn #ThroneofHollow #Parion #Perilla #ReverseSurprise #MeatWorld #Veteran #MeatLoverKoike #WagyuJournal #MeatReport #Sanctuary #SanchoKuari #ShibuyaYakiniku #ShibuyaActor #WantToConnectWithMeatLovers #WantToConnectWithYakinikuLovers #Yakiniku #Wagyu #JapaneseBeef #PhotoGenicMeat #MeatPorn #MeatLover #MeatStagram #MeatActor #Nikuday0u

I was able to eat to my heart's content with the omakase course. The new way of eating, wrapping everything in sanchu and Korean seaweed, allowed me to eat refreshingly. They mainly grill the meat for you and also teach you recommended ways to wrap it, so even beginners can enjoy it. I ordered the yukhoe as an extra. The price is good too, at 20,000 yen for two people, so I want to revisit soon.

I had delicious yakiniku even though it was hard to get a reservation. They grill all the meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces. The style is Korean. The meat includes tongue, kalbi, sirloin, harami, ichibo, as well as namul, kimchi, sanchu, and Korean seaweed. The menu is simple, and they keep bringing out more food until you say you're full. The quality of the meat is really good and it's very tasty. However, your stomach will be full in no time. The cost performance could be better for salarymen, but considering the quality and taste of the meat, it's understandable.

Had a business dinner at the popular 50-year-old traditional Korean BBQ restaurant, Koryo-tei, in Shibuya. The highlight of this place is the famous Omoni who not only grills the meat for you but also wraps it in lettuce with kimchi and seaweed, feeding you with an "ahh" sound. The secret to its popularity lies in the 50-year-aged God Hand's expertise. The table is filled with various appetizers, especially the rock seaweed kimchi is delicious and goes well with makgeolli. Other kimchi and namul dishes are also tasty. The meat is of top quality, and I think it's worth the price. In particular, the sirloin and zabuton were delicious. I wanted to have a dessert, but after ordering all kinds of meat, my stomach was too full to order one. This restaurant was also introduced by Gassy on YouTube. Gashirog. Rumored to be a restaurant where reservations are impossible to get for six months. It's amazing for an old establishment. First of all, the location of the restaurant is in the basement, which makes it hard to find, and there is no sign in front of the store, making it even more difficult to locate. It's a place known only to those in the know. Once inside, there is a retro atmosphere rather than a sense of fashion or luxury. The service is excellent. They take your coat as soon as you enter, which is great because it doesn't get smelly. They also provide aprons. All the meat is cooked for you, providing top-notch service. The menu consists of only an omakase course, where the meat keeps coming until you say stop. You wrap the meat in lettuce with kimchi, namul, and Korean seaweed. The sauce is not used. The first dish, the tongue, was surprisingly delicious. I'm not a fan of thick tongue, but the thick-cut tongue here was so tender that it was a pleasant surprise. The owner demonstrates how to wrap the meat in lettuce with Korean seaweed and namul while also providing an "ahh" sound. The fillet and kalbi were incredibly delicious, but my personal favorite was the ribeye. I kept dipping it in the leftover sauce on the plate and grilling it over and over again. It's incredibly delicious. The meat itself is delicious, but the marinating process is where I feel the attention to detail. This may be the most delicious yakiniku restaurant I've been to. And despite the deliciousness and service, the prices are slightly higher than a local yakiniku restaurant. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

About a 7.8 minute walk from Shibuya, there is a place in the underground office district where you can find a variety of Korean dishes like kimchi, perilla leaves, and namul already laid out on the table. I quickly tried the thick-cut tongue, wrapped it in lettuce, and ate it like samgyeopsal, with the omoni wrapping it up for me. It was delicious, and the service was great. They also served harami, tsurami, and sirloin, but I found that eating them the same way as the tongue was quite unique. There aren't many places where you can eat like this, and it's easy to see why it's so popular, with a deep, Osaka-Tsukishima-like vibe.

Located in a basement of a building in Shibuya, this yakiniku restaurant may seem ordinary at first glance, but the meat is incredibly delicious once you start eating. Wrapping the meat in lettuce with perilla leaves, kimchi, and Korean seaweed is the best way to enjoy it. I can't wait to go back again soon!

Located a 6-minute walk from Shibuya Station, this restaurant is famous for having the mama wrap the meat in lettuce for you to eat. It is a long-standing yakiniku restaurant frequented by loyal regulars and celebrities. As soon as you sit down, the mama will put an apron on you. The omakase course includes yukhoe, various appetizers, namul, white kimchi, kakuteki, lettuce wraps, perilla leaf pickles, green chili peppers, Korean seaweed, rock seaweed salad, tongue, zabuton, fillet, harami, fruits, and polycorn. The meat is served omakase style with a stop system. The next meat will not be served until you indicate that you are ready. The meat is served in large chunks and cut after grilling, following the Korean style. Appetizers and lettuce wraps are already prepared on the table when you sit down. The yukhoe is a must-try, with a sweet sauce and egg mixed in. The mama will grill the meat and wrap it in lettuce for you to eat, along with kimchi, perilla leaf pickles, and Korean seaweed. The lettuce wraps are delicious, especially with the spicy perilla leaf pickles. The staff besides the mama will also grill the meat for you. They are attentive, refilling your iced tea and automatically serving more tea. Dessert includes a fruit platter and plenty of polycorn, with automatic refills. The billing system is a bit mysterious, but a full meal did not exceed 10,000 yen. Perhaps ordering additional items like hormones or a meal to finish the meal would increase the cost. Next time, I would like to try ordering something to finish the meal.

You can enjoy a unique yakiniku experience at a well-known yakiniku restaurant where you can eat meat while saying "ahh." They only offer omakase courses, adjusting the amount of meat according to your appetite. Each plate of meat is quite generous, so it's recommended to go with four or more people. The style is to wrap the meat in lettuce or kimchi. You can taste a yakiniku that is different from the usual. After the meal, they bring lots of fruits and sweets. Definitely give it a try! 🍴

About a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station. Visited with a friend. Although it's close to the station, we got a little lost at the entrance. We ordered the chef's choice, where they grill the meat, cut it, and wrap it for you. They also serve delicious side dishes, and when they run out, they bring more. To top it off, we were even served a fruit platter. It felt more like a luxurious BBQ party at a friend's house than a regular yakiniku restaurant. It was a fun experience. Of course, the quality and quantity of the meat were beyond what you would expect at a home party. I would love to visit again when our schedules align. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It's basically omakase style so individual prices are unknown, but drinks are around 500 yen. They haven't raised prices in decades, and the quality of meat makes it worth it. There are many full-service meat places, but this is the only place where they feed you meat directly. Not just the toppings, the meat is delicious.

It's been a while since my second visit. Last time I came, I didn't get to meet the owner, but this time I did! The customer service here is really wonderful. On this day, two of us visited and started with the tongue salt, then had the kalbi, harami, and hiré as one serving each, stopping there. They were all tender and tasted amazing when wrapped in lettuce. They also provided a generous amount of lettuce and condiments, which was nice. This style is truly unique to Koryo-Tei, and I sometimes really crave it. It felt a bit more expensive than last time, but maybe they raised their prices? It didn't exceed 10,000 yen and it was delicious, so it's totally okay.
