"Let's go to Koyama." This phrase is echoed by all the town's yakiniku lovers. Why do they say it? Because on weekdays you can make a reservation, but on Saturdays, you have to wait in line! The special selection Harami with sauce and salt is a must-try. The addictive flavors and the deliciousness of the meat will leave you wanting more. Of course, you have to eat it on rice for the ultimate experience. The tongue is also a must-have here, with its tender and crispy texture when grilled and eaten with rice, it's pure bliss. We also ordered various types of offal, all of them were fresh and brought the best texture and flavor. We also enjoyed several bottles of shochu, and the bill came out to less than 6,000 yen per person... Unbelievable. In that moment, everyone present thought, "Let's go to Koyama again." Thank you for the feast!
