I visited the Tsukada Farm in Shintoku-cho, Hokkaido. Tsukada Farm is famous for handling Miyazaki cuisine at the Miyazaki Nichinan City Tsukada Farm and Kagoshima cuisine at the Kagoshima Kirishima City Tsukada Farm, but this was my first time experiencing the Hokkaido version. I was excited to visit because Tsukada Farm always offers high-quality and delicious dishes. Since this day was mainly focused on food, I opted for gentle drinks. The drinks were all menu items that would make girls happy. First, I had an Apple White Ball. There was also Galana available, which I wanted to try. I had the Hokkaido-produced Caprese with mozzarella. It was a salad choice with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, with basil as a nice accent. Next was the Salmon Yukke with Tsukada Farm's delicious eggs. It was mixed well and enjoyed. Then, the Cold Ufumayo Asparagus. I wondered what Ufumayo mayonnaise was as I mixed it. It was made with a creamy cheese sauce and rich mayonnaise made with eggs. The asparagus was fresh and crisp. A wonderful menu. I also had the Lamb Chop, which was quite reasonably priced. It was around 400 yen per piece, I believe. The lamb, which is tender and free of any unpleasant smell, is limited to lambs under six months old, showing their commitment to quality. Truly, Tsukada Farm's lamb was much more delicious than a small lamb specialty store. As a lamb lover, I wanted to eat about five pieces. The spacious counter seats allow you to see the meat being grilled right in front of you. Of course, there were also the classic dishes like local chicken yakitori and chicken sashimi, but they use Hokkaido chicken. I would like to try it compared to Kyushu chicken! The menu had a cute denim-colored cover design, and I noticed that the staff's uniforms were also denim. They collaborated with the denim company LEE, and the LEE logo was included. Cute. The chairs also had denim details. Since I ordered some appetizer-like dishes, I had sake. The sake was served in a cute snowman decanter. I also had Cream Cheese Soy Sauce Pickles and Scallop Tonkatsu. The scallop was rare fried, so I was told to eat it quickly! The fried scallop wrapped in pork and shiso was deliciously crispy. Honestly, I don't usually like scallops that much, but this was really delicious! Another menu item I want to eat again. I also had the Extra Large Scallops Butter Soy Sauce Grilled. I wasn't planning on drinking, but I ended up having fun because of the delicious food, so I had a drink menu. The staff kindly grilled it for me. In the northern region, there are many dishes where miso-based sauce with eggs is put in scallop shells. Seafood broth goes well with sake. I was also interested in dishes like Genghis Khan and Ramen Salad, but I finished my meal here on this day. Tsukada Farm, whether it's in Kagoshima or Miyazaki, always has a wide variety of drink menu options, and I was surprised by the drink variety even in the Hokkaido version. Yogurt Sour and Galana or Haskap Mojito. Hokkaido-produced sake and shochu, as well as wine. I can't drink it all! I enjoyed both the food and drinks, so I would like to visit again to try a different menu. Thank you for the delicious meal!
