ミニ苺パフェ
I visited the restaurant for a reservation at 4:00 PM on Saturday. When I arrived 10 minutes early and opened the door to the second floor, I was informed that they were still preparing, so I waited on the terrace on the second floor for a while. The terrace on the second floor was stylish with sofas, but it was hot that day, so I waited in the shade. When they were ready, I gave my reservation name and entered the restaurant. The interior was cool and photogenic. The green and white decorations created a refreshing atmosphere on this hot summer day. The space was elegant and vibrant, with glamorous women gathering and sparkling in the photogenic environment. Everywhere, photo sessions were starting, making the restaurant lively and glamorous. It reminded me of how my 20s used to be. I reminisced about the importance of continuing to shine beautifully.
I tried the Muscat & Kiwi & Grapefruit Mojito (non-alcoholic) with the Shine Muscat Afternoon Tea, a limited-time menu from July 28th, priced at 5,600 yen. Among the dishes, I particularly liked the cold cream of potato, broccoli, and basil soup, which was delicious and refreshing. The Shine Muscat Frappe had a delicate sweetness that wasn't overpowering. The free drinks were quite filling. I enjoyed the pasta and parfait first before moving on to the plate. With free drinks in this space, the afternoon tea was a great value.
The parfait, named Queen of Muscat, featured the Shine Muscat grape as the main ingredient, creating a refreshing and flavorful composition perfect for the hot summer. The parfait consisted of Shine Muscat and citrus jelly, whole wheat biscotti, tiramisu sauce, Shine Muscat slices, Chantilly cream, kiwi sorbet, coconut ice cream, Shine Muscat, blueberry, and passion fruit chocolate. The parfait could be even cuter if the Shine Muscat slices were arranged with the same direction facing up.
Overall, the experience was delightful, with a variety of delicious dishes and a beautiful setting that made me feel like I was back in my 20s.
