An acquaintance made a reservation for me. It seems that this place opened in March 2022, produced by Hiroyuki Miyasako of Ametalk, and as a yakiniku lover, I was quite curious about it. It seems to have moved on from the period of difficulty in making reservations, and even on Tabelog, it seems like you can make a reservation. When I asked my acquaintance, he said, "I'll do it!" and made a reservation for us. On the day, I felt nervous in Shibuya, a place I don't usually go to, and experienced the feeling of being accidentally caught in the background of videos taken by inbound tourists at the scramble crossing. We arrived at the building where the restaurant is located. The Chinese restaurant "Choraku" in front of us also looked very appealing. No, no, today is all about "yakiniku! σ^_^σ". It seems to be on the 5th floor, so we took the elevator and when the door opened, we were slightly overwhelmed by the objects and graffiti, but we were guided to our seats by the staff, and oh, it's a private room. The girl who came with me was very excited when she saw this private room and the red glass art on YouTube. It was great to come here with this girl. In my YouTube persona (golf and kimono), I didn't receive any recommendations for videos featuring this restaurant... We all gathered and started ordering a la carte. We toasted with beer and started with a kimchi namul set of 12 different kinds. It was nice to have small portions, but since there were four of us, we had to hold back a bit, but we still enjoyed it. For appetizers, we also ordered honey plum long yam kimchi. I had this again at the end. It had an interesting taste, and I thought I'd like to try making it myself. For the meat, we had beef tongue, yukhoe, harami, mino, yakiniku, and kalbi, I think. All the meat was delicious, but I especially liked the beef tongue and harami. The beef tongue was thin, but I like it thin, with just the right amount of chewiness. The harami, on the other hand, was thick and had a nice crispy texture when cut properly. It seems that there are meat experts here, so it's reassuring. There were many images that I forgot to take in the middle, but for dessert, we had stone-cooked yukhoejang udon and garlic rice. Finally, we had vanilla and pistachio gelato. They were all delicious. The most memorable thing was the service. The staff were polite and friendly, and at one point, we were talking too much, so the staff kindly said with a smile, "Please face this meat and enjoy it," when we were having the harami. It's a very nice expression. I heard that there were also members of a theater group, so it's true that celebrities attract attention. Thank you for the meal, it was "Yakiniku Gyunomiyagi". The prices seemed a bit high, but considering the prime location in Shibuya and the good service in a private room, it may be reasonable. I will dream of the day when I can come again!
