Today, I decided to go to the Omotesando shop to have some cold noodles, and ordered the cold ramen. Even though I was alone, they seated me at a table for four people. When the dish arrived, I took a bite of the soup which had a refreshing sour taste with a delicious light saltiness. The thin noodles paired well with it. I like to add my own toppings like dried seaweed, grated yam, pickled plum, yuzu pepper, my own chili oil, and my own marinated garlic. The bowl also had chicken chashu, seasoned egg, watercress, green onions, and seaweed. Overall, it was a light and refreshing bowl of noodles. It's been a while since I visited a ramen shop. The shop was bright and the staff were energetic, giving a good impression. I ordered the salt ramen, which was served in a generous portion. The soup was clear and light, with a subtle saltiness that was delicious. The noodles were medium-thin and had a nice firmness to them. The fried chicken was large and tasty, while the thinly sliced chashu was good. There were also toppings on the table to customize the ramen, such as dried seaweed, grated yam, pickled plum, yuzu pepper, homemade chili oil, and homemade garlic. I chose dried seaweed to add a hint of seaweed flavor. Overall, it was a satisfying and delicious bowl of ramen.

I was strolling around Omotesando in the scorching heat when I started feeling hungry and decided to look for a place to eat. I was craving something refreshing, and that's when I found this place! They had a seasonal special - chilled yuzu soba for ¥1,000. Just what I wanted! Since it was hot, I also ordered a soft drink - cola for ¥250. It was a Saturday, so there was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly and I was seated in no time. The cola arrived promptly in a bottle. It was a bit pricey, but oh well, haha. In less than 10 minutes, the yuzu soba was served. The yuzu flavor was irresistible - I couldn't stop eating the noodles. It was perfect for the hot weather! What's more, they offered "My Style Toppings" for flavor variations: seaweed, grated yam, pickled plum, yuzu pepper, their special chili oil, and their special garlic mayo - all for free! I tried seaweed, grated yam, and pickled plum as toppings. Each combination was delicious, so I enjoyed the flavors until the last bite. I went a bit overboard with the grated yam, so towards the end, the broth mixed with it became a bit salty. Lesson learned - don't get too greedy, haha. I'll definitely visit this place again!

I entered the restaurant around 7:00 pm on Saturday! It gave more of a pub vibe than a ramen shop. I had the shrimp wonton noodles. It was just average. There were plenty of shrimp wontons in it! Even though the last order was supposed to be at 1.5 hours, the staff informed us about the last order after just 1 hour, so I had to leave even though I still wanted to eat more... The service spirit doesn't seem to be very high...

The price is reasonable. The taste is consistently good. It's my favorite ramen shop. The menu is extensive. My personal favorite is the "Ore-style Salt Ramen," made with a large amount of chicken broth and pork bones, slowly cooked over low heat with plenty of leeks. It's a gentle and flavorful salt ramen. The "Ore-style Aged Salt Ramen" is made with a large amount of chicken broth and pork bones, pressure-cooked quickly without any additional ingredients like soy milk. The side dishes all look delicious too, such as the fried chicken and dumplings. The table is lively with various condiments like chili oil, plum, yuzu pepper, Ore-style miso, roasted garlic, dried seaweed, and grated yam.

It's a ramen shop located near Omotesando. There were quite a few Asian tourists, maybe because it's been recommended somewhere. I tried their Special ORE Ramen. The soup was cloudy but not too strong, easy to eat but didn't have a strong flavor. They offer unlimited nori toppings, which made me happy as a nori lover. They also offer unlimited tororo kombu toppings, a unique combination that you can enjoy.

On Saturday around 2 p.m., I entered the restaurant and it was almost full. There were many foreigners. There were about 10 tables for 4 people each and a counter with about 5 seats. I chose the limited-time garlic-infused black pork bone ramen. It came with garlic chips. When mixed with the garlic chili oil on the table, it was very garlicky and delicious. The soup was a creamy Hakata pork bone broth and the thin noodles were tasty.

I used it on my way back from shopping. It is a street shop located about a 5-minute walk from Omotesando Station. There are many types of ramen, as well as set meals and rice bowls, making it a ramen shop with a wide range of choices, with outlets in various locations in Tokyo. This time, I ordered salt ramen and draft beer. I purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine near the entrance and sat at a table. The draft beer was Kirin Ichiban Shibori. It was ice-cold and had a good amount of foam. It was a hot day, so I drank it quite quickly. The salt ramen arrived in about 5 minutes. The chashu was thin and too soft, making it difficult to pick up with chopsticks as it would break easily. The size was quite small, which was disappointing. However, the chicken broth and crunchy green onions were irresistible, and the thin straight noodles with a chewy texture were to my liking. I also tried the burnt garlic on the table for flavor variation, which was also quite good. With a wide variety of side menu and topping options, I think this ramen shop is one where you can enjoy without getting tired of it. Thank you for the meal.

I had crepes on Takeshita Street, shopped for Chiikawa goods at Kiddy Land, and then thought that my hangover stomach needed some salt ramen, so I decided to visit this restaurant! I ordered the specialty "Otokomori" which came with 2 pieces of fried chicken and a simmered egg, offering a great deal. I chose the lightest salt option as I was in the mood for something mild today. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with mostly table seating making it easy for families to dine together. They had a variety of condiments available at each table, perfect for those who like to customize their ramen. The noodles were straight and the salt soup was light and flavorful, really hitting the spot. I felt like I wanted to soak in this soup forever. The chashu was thin and small, but the fried chicken was large and delicious! It was salted fried chicken, but the flavor was deep and very tasty. In addition to ramen, they also offer set meals, and I think the fried chicken set meal would be amazing. The salt ramen is delicious, but I also want to try the set meal... I believe that the salt fried chicken and a hearty serving of white rice would be the ultimate combination.

The air conditioning was broken and it was quite hot inside the restaurant, but the beer was ice cold and delicious! This place definitely gets high points for that. The summer limited edition Ume-Yuzu Shio Ramen was really good. To be honest, since there was Ume as a topping on the table, I should have ordered the Yuzu Shio Ramen and added Ume for a different flavor.

My style salt ramen is described as a clear soup made with a large amount of chicken bones and pork bones boiled over low heat. The soup lacks a strong flavor and seems somewhat generic. The noodles are thin and slightly curly, and the compact and neatly rolled pork belly chashu is deliciously tender. Toppings include green vegetables, thinly sliced bamboo shoots, and green onions, with a hint of yuzu on top. You can add plenty of toppings, including seaweed, which doesn't have a strong seaweed flavor. Grated yam adds richness and sweetness. I debated between umeboshi and yuzu pepper, but ultimately chose yuzu pepper, which added a nice kick and made the soup more satisfying. The option to add plenty of toppings feels like a good deal.

There is a new Omotesando store near the Jingumae store. Some people are enjoying drinks on the terrace, but the inside of the store has plenty of seating and is spacious. I purchased the aged salt ramen from the ticket machine. It looks like tonkotsu ramen, but it actually has a flavorful chicken broth. The presentation is beautiful. The noodles that cling to the soup are delicious. The chashu is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I had the Asari salt ramen. The rich salt ramen was to my liking, and I ended up finishing all the soup. The noodles had a good texture and paired well with the soup. There were plenty of clams in it, and I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
