The thickness is impressive, with a crispy texture and delicious flavor. ★Pig's Feet (600 yen): Instead of boiled pig's feet with vinegar miso, this dish features thinly seasoned and boiled pig's feet served with herb salt. The restaurant uses top-quality Miyazaki beef, resulting in excellent meat quality. Their original sauce is also delicious, but the spicy miso is particularly tasty! We ended up dipping it generously on the meat and pig's feet. The staff were attentive, coming to take orders regularly and changing the grill. The comfortable distance and meticulous service made the experience enjoyable. There are also counter seats for two, making it a recommended spot for a date.

It's quite deep and interesting. The restaurant has a 1st and 2nd floor, with the 2nd floor having private rooms where smoking is allowed. The Pot Pickled Kalbi was large, with a firm texture and juicy taste. The Yami Tsubo Hormone had about 5-6 different flavors, making it a good deal. The cost performance and taste are decent, and the fact that they are open until morning, have private rooms, and can accommodate sudden large groups makes it convenient.

I searched for yakiniku in Ikebukuro and visited a restaurant recommended on Gurunavi for the first time... Ding. The regular kalbi was tough and average, maybe because it was just the standard option. The prices were also average. The meat quality was okay, with upper loin and hormone platter. The white intestine, Korean-style tofu, kimchi, etc., two servings each, came to around 12,000 yen in total. It's probably cheaper than average... Well, I'll look for another place next time.

Cook one side 80%, then flip and cook the other side 20%. At first, I was worried that cooking one side too much might make it tough, but because it's thick, the inside is tender and juicy. The special assorted meats come with 2 pieces each of 7 different types of meat. It's a small amount, but being able to try various high-quality meats is great. Just by looking at the photos, you can tell how good the quality is. The meat is delicious, and everyone will be surprised at the bill. Even though I drink a lot, it's quite reasonable. I think if you ate and drank the same amount at a similar level restaurant, it would cost three times as much. Highly recommended restaurant.
