I visited during dinner time on a weekday! The restaurant only has private rooms, giving it a luxurious feel. The staff were very attentive, explaining each dish and even cooking the meat for us. The Sirloin and Uni (sea urchin) TKG is especially amazing. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by and try it out. [Menu] - Top Course: Appetizer: Wagyu beef with sesame tofu, Uni (sea urchin) sashimi with wasabi, etc. Main Dish: Various cuts of grilled meat (salt and sauce options available) Side Dishes: Meat soft serve, white cabbage kimchi, etc. Dessert: Vanilla ice cream with aged mirin sauce *Menu subject to change based on availability. *Drink all you can option available for an additional fee. I hope this information is helpful. Your support through likes and follows would be greatly appreciated. Stay tuned for more local information sharing in the future. Thank you!

Located right in the heart of Roppongi, this restaurant offers private rooms in all of its spaces, which is a plus. However, the walls are thin. We opted for the most basic course this time, which included both pork and beef for shabu-shabu. The pork was put in first, and the sauce was similar to the one from Kagoshima, with chopped green onions and yuzu pepper. There was a bowl full of green onions for refills, but it was hard to finish them all. Additionally, a mysterious sauce called tomato ponzu was served, which was also good. The final noodles were freshly boiled, and surprisingly filling. Overall, we left feeling satisfied.

The lunch was delicious. The sesame tofu with their special broth was amazing. The sashimi platter with tuna and squid topped with plum jelly was excellent. The Kyoto-style mackerel sushi was perfectly seared and flavorful. The hot pot with Kagoshima black pork was outstanding. The seasonal vegetable assortment with plenty of chopped green onions and yuzu pepper was a great accompaniment. The meal ended with Chinese noodles in broth and a refreshing matcha pudding dessert. The private room was comfortable as well.

I made a reservation for a set course and visited the restaurant. The course included beef shabu-shabu, conger eel, and crab shabu-shabu, it was amazing! I booked a completely private room in Roppongi for a business dinner where real names were used freely. The staff recommended sake and guided us through a great time of eating and drinking. It was impressive how the middle door of the private room opened when the dishes were served.

I made a reservation for a private room, but it felt more like a semi-private room and the space was small. The food was delicious. They also had a drink menu, but even a single alcoholic drink felt overpriced. It felt like I was dining overseas with the prices.

Had a business dinner at the private room shabu-shabu restaurant Kaoritei in Roppongi. I had been there once 5 years ago but didn't remember much. We had the 12,000 yen shabu-shabu course. It included sashimi, shabu-shabu, and a light course, so we ended up adding more dishes. The sauces were excellent, including dashi, tomato ponzu, and spicy sesame. The chopped green onions and cilantro were also good. The beef was black wagyu sirloin and the pork was Roppori Kurobuta. The pork was delicious. Thank you for the meal. #Kaoritei #Roppongi #shabushabu #Japanese cuisine #hotpot #wagyu beef #Roppori Kurobuta #Minato-ku gourmet #Roppongi gourmet #food porn #deliciousgram #thank you for the meal #instafood #yummy #gourmet #delicious

All private rooms, the restaurant has a formal atmosphere with bright wooden tables and bright lighting, making it ideal for business meetings. The pork shabu-shabu and the Chinese noodles at the end were particularly delicious and memorable. The recommended drink is the green bamboo sake, which is smooth and pairs well with the food.

Today is my birthday, and tomorrow is my husband's birthday. We decided to have our birthday dinner at this restaurant. It was truly a wonderful experience to celebrate our special days here. The meat was delicious, and the special large snow crab shabu-shabu was a luxurious treat. The special soup with a rich kelp flavor left a lasting impression. The private room had a sophisticated and serene atmosphere, making it very comfortable and relaxing. Despite being in Tokyo, the restaurant gave us a feeling of being in Kyoto with its ambiance. The global influence of Roppongi was reflected in the unique noodles and sauces, making the dining experience truly special. We toasted with "Coedo Marihana" and a homemade lemon and honey sour cocktail, which was refreshing and delightful. We ordered the popular "Ultimate" course, which included sesame tofu with wasabi, buri daikon with scallops and caviar, and a luxurious shabu-shabu with premium beef and snow crab. The three types of dipping sauces were incredibly delicious and complemented the meats and vegetables perfectly. The meal ended with Chinese soba noodles cooked in a flavorful broth. It was a memorable dining experience that we will cherish for a long time.

The location was a bit hard to find, but the interior is mostly private rooms. The performance of taking out meat from wooden boxes is great and gets first-time visitors excited. The crab felt a bit lacking in flavor, rated 3.5. The meat was delicious, especially when paired with the 3 types of sauces. The broth used for noodles at the end was gentle and went well with the meat. The portion size was just right, not too overwhelming, making the meal enjoyable.

Located near the 3rd exit of Roppongi Station, just off Imo-zaka, is a shabu-shabu restaurant with completely private dining rooms. The entrance is a bit hidden, but there is a sign along the street that makes it easy to find! Upon opening the discreet door, you are greeted with a sophisticated yet traditional Japanese atmosphere. The use of Kyoto's Shiro Dani adds a gentle and pleasant fragrance to the air. On this day, I tried the newly added yakiniku course from last year. 《Yakiniku Kappo Course》 ¥13,000 - Appetizer: Wagyu beef sesame tofu - Chopsticks rest: Seared wagyu beef sushi - Sashimi: Liver and heart (low-temperature cooked) - Side dish: Fresh vegetables with yuzu ponzu dressing - Yakiniku (salt): Tongue, fillet, select lean meat - Pickles: Chinese cabbage kimchi - Yakiniku (sauce): Two types of select lean meat, harami with lettuce and miso - Main dish: Sirloin steak with grilled egg - Meal: Special sesame-flavored seaweed cold noodles - Dessert: Vanilla ice cream with aged mirin sauce This course comes with a dedicated grill master, limited to 3 rooms per day and requires advance booking. The grill master skillfully cooks the meat at a perfect distance, allowing for enjoyable conversations during a girls' night out. It is also suitable for dates, business meetings, or entertaining guests. Each dish may not be overly rich, but overall, it is quite filling, leaving me completely satisfied. Both the salt and sauce for grilling were delicious in moderation. The harami wrapped in lettuce at the beginning was a pleasant surprise, and the large sirloin at the end was a real treat! (It's nice to pour the Ookuji egg from the beautiful dish yourself◉) Kenshiro, a well-known figure in the yakiniku world, collaborated on this course, working closely with the head chef to achieve a balanced and delicious meal. I am curious about trying the shabu-shabu here as well! I had a relaxing and wonderful time in the completely private dining room.

Tonight, I visited the popular Roppongi area. I was recommended a nice restaurant where you can have a meal in a private room, so I decided to visit. At the entrance, there were adults who seemed to be meeting for business dinners. The door seemed heavy and I briefly wondered if it would open, but a staff member inside opened it for me, so I was able to enter safely. Tonight, I had the following course meal: Private room shabu-shabu - Top course - featuring extra-large snow crab and A5 black wagyu beef, with seasonal sashimi, appetizers, finishing with fresh noodles and dessert, all for 15,000 yen (perfect for special occasions or gatherings). Although this was just a casual meal with friends and not a business dinner or meeting, the sophisticated environment of the private room made the dining experience very pleasant. We started with a toast with the special Highball from Koshutei, which had a refreshing citrus flavor. The course menu included: - Sesame tofu in special broth - Extra-large button shrimp with vinegar and salted kelp - Winter yellowtail sashimi with caviar, scallops, and citrus ponzu sauce - Crab claw with yuzu vinegar - Shabu-shabu featuring "Nikunohana" sirloin, premium pork, extra-large snow crab, and seasonal vegetables with various dipping sauces and condiments - Chinese buckwheat noodles in broth - Black sugar pudding The meal was quite fulfilling with a variety of high-quality ingredients that were easy on the stomach. The stylish design of the bubbling hot pot and the beautiful tableware added to the overall dining experience. Unlike the lively image of Roppongi, the restaurant was located in a quiet alley, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere for dining. The food was delicious, and I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Located in Imosaka Roppongi Station, Kasuitei offers an ultimate course for 12,000 yen which includes extra-large snow crab, A5 rank Wagyu sirloin, and Kagoshima-produced Rokushira black pork shabu-shabu. I added the premium all-you-can-drink option for 3,300 yen. The appetizers consisted of sesame tofu, yellowtail with sesame ponzu and grated daikon, and scallop topped with caviar. All were fresh and delicious! We started by boiling a variety of vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, mugwort, plain nama-fu, leeks, lotus root, shiitake mushrooms, and marron. The dipping sauces included dashi, tomato ponzu, spicy sesame sauce, chopped leeks, cilantro, and fried somen noodles. The snow crab shabu-shabu was huge, with one claw and two legs each. Boiling them for a minute brought out their sweetness, and they were satisfying to eat. The Rokushira black pork was tender and fluffy, cooked in a broth with leeks. Even though I'm not a fan of fatty meat, the overflowing umami flavor made it easy to eat. The Wagyu beef was served as lean meat and sirloin, with spicy sesame sauce, tomato ponzu, cilantro, and leeks. I immediately went for seconds as it was so delicious. We finished with cold noodles dressed in spicy sesame sauce, giving a sinful yet satisfying end to the meal. Lastly, we were served black sugar pudding and Kyoto tea to help us relax. The attentive service until the end was much appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

If you want to enjoy private room shabu-shabu and yakiniku in Roppongi, come to Koshotei Roppongi Honten. It's just a short walk from Roppongi Station. I visited for dinner on a holiday and had the "Yakiniku Kappo" course for 13,000 yen. The meat is cooked right in front of you and served. I was shown the meat before it was cooked. The meal included: - Appetizer: Wagyu beef yaki-frost, fresh sea urchin sesame tofu with silver bean sauce - Chopsticks rest: Wagyu red meat seared sushi with salmon roe and lemon - Sashimi: Liver and heart cooked at low temperature - Intermediate dish: Red turnip and fresh vegetables with yuzu ponzu dressing - Yakiniku: Salted tongue slices with lemon, fillet with wasabi, shoulder sirloin with sesame salt (pre-seasoned) - Side dish: Chinese cabbage kimchi - Strong dish: Sirloin yakiniku with Oku-Kuji egg - Meal: Special sesame-scented seaweed cold noodles - Dessert: Vanilla ice cream with aged mirin sauce The service was excellent and I had a wonderful dinner experience.

I visited this restaurant after enjoying my experience at Hyoki the other day. It is located right near Roppongi Station and the entrance creates a romantic welcome. This time, I tried the shabu-shabu course with a special large snow crab included. The meal included sesame tofu in broth, jumbo button shrimp with vinegar and salted kelp, winter yellowtail with caviar and grated daikon in ponzu sauce, snow crab claw with yuzu vinegar, and a luxurious shabu-shabu with special large snow crab and premium black pork and beef. The meat was served in a beautiful presentation with dry ice smoke and the taste was exquisite. The snow crab was meaty and easy to eat, and I particularly enjoyed the unique topping of fried somen noodles. The meal also included a variety of vegetables and delicious dessert of black sugar yokan. The private rooms added to the high-class atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, I found no faults with this restaurant and look forward to returning with friends next time.

Perfume Tei, a hangover meal. Located near Roppongi Hills, towards Roppongi intersection, is the high-end shabu-shabu restaurant "Perfume Tei." Despite being on the expensive side, with the all-you-can-drink option included, it was actually worth it, so I decided to try it out this time! The entrance looked very luxurious. This time, I went for the 12,000 yen course with meat. First came the sauces - sesame and soy sauce. Then came the crab, tofu, and boiled yellowtail. The boiled yellowtail with grated daikon was delicious, but it would have been nice if the yellowtail was served as sashimi with its fatty richness instead of boiled. The crab was definitely a highlight! I wanted to eat about 10 crab claws! Next was the broth. It came in a paper pot! A metal plate was placed underneath – maybe it boils faster this way? After adding kombu dashi, we waited for it to simmer. Vegetables! A typical vegetable assortment. Here comes the meat, the star of the show, with dry ice smoke swirling around. It looked very luxurious and appetizing! We added the meat and let it simmer. Once the meat was cooked, all that was left was to eat it! It was incredibly delicious! Since there wasn't a lot of meat, I felt a bit unsatisfied, so I ordered more crab! Crab is just so good! And I also ordered more meat! It was tender and delicious! I ended up drinking a lot because it was all-you-can-drink, but I was completely satisfied. In conclusion, although it was a bit pricey, the peace of mind from the all-you-can-drink option and the chance to enjoy a luxurious meal while chatting leisurely was really nice. I would definitely consider using it again if I have the chance.

The whole room feels private and there is a beautiful otherworldly atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal in peace. The meat for shabu-shabu is thick, making it seem delicious even as yakiniku. The presentation was also wonderful and got me excited. The crab and pork were delicious too.

The atmosphere of the place had a cozy hideaway feel which was nice. Each room being private was also good, but the walls seemed a bit thin as it was a bit noisy. We opted for the crab course, and while the food was delicious, I probably wouldn't come back again. We had a meal for two with some drinks and it cost around 30,000 yen.

Tonight, I had an early year-end party in Roppongi with friends. We went to "Koshutei Roppongi Main Store" located near the intersection of Roppongi. It may be a bit confusing to find for first-time visitors, as it is located in a small alley next to the Apa Hotel. We ordered the special course "Ultimate" which includes a large snow crab and A5 rank Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, along with seasonal sashimi, appetizers, noodles, and dessert for 12,000 yen. The restaurant is affiliated with "Hyoki Ginza Main Store" which I visited recently, so the meat dishes and vegetable assortments were similar. We were seated in a private room for two people. We ordered the recommended drinks, homemade lemon sour and Koshutei sour. The lemon sour had a refreshing taste with lemon peel and pulp. The course included sesame tofu in a proud broth as the first dish, followed by winter yellowtail sashimi with caviar and scallops with ponzu sauce. The shabu-shabu course featured premium beef and pork, large snow crab, and seasonal vegetables. The meal also included a hot pot with meat and vegetables, noodles in broth, and black sugar pudding for dessert. The sesame tofu, yellowtail, and seasonal vegetables were already prepared when we arrived. The sesame tofu was delicate with a rich broth, and the yellowtail was cooked to perfection. The shabu-shabu meats were presented in a unique way with dry ice. The pork was from a rare breed called Rokuhaku Kurobuta, and the Wagyu beef was A5 rank sirloin. The seasonal vegetables added a nice touch to the shabu-shabu experience. The dipping sauces, Marler sesame sauce, and tomato ponzu were delicious. The meal ended with noodles cooked in the hot pot broth and black sugar pudding with ginger syrup. The restaurant's location in Roppongi provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The staff's service was attentive and welcoming. I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions, dates, or business dinners.

Roppongi has a delicious shabu-shabu restaurant with a luxurious yet affordable feel - Roppongi Koshutei. Located at 6-7-7 MERCURY Roppongi 1F, just a 2-minute walk from Roppongi Station A3 exit. They use top-quality A5 rank Wagyu beef "Nikunohana" and rare Kagoshima black pork "Rokushirokurobuta". The appetizers and sashimi are all high quality. The rooms are all private. The boiled bream is delicious, and the crab claw is sweet and tasty. The main dish is the shabu-shabu of pork and beef, served in a smoked meat treasure chest. The dipping sauces include dashi, tomato ponzu, and sesame-mala. Enjoy the meal with a cold Asahi Premium draft beer. The restaurant has a high-end feel with a silver exterior and a heavy door. Despite the upscale atmosphere, the prices are reasonable, making it a great choice for entertaining or a date. They also offer all-you-can-drink plans. Overall, highly recommended for any occasion.

Stable private room shabu-shabu. This time, when we went to see the illuminations at both Midtown and Hills, we visited a private room shabu-shabu restaurant located between Midtown and Hills. We have used the Shinbashi branch before. This time, we had the A5 black wagyu "Niku no Hana" course for 8000 yen, and for dinner, we chose this more affordable course. We also added the premium all-you-can-drink option for an additional 3000 yen. - <Sashimi> Amberjack Yubiki Demon Disposal with Ponzu Sauce, Scallop with Caviar The amberjack yubiki with spicy sauce and ponzu sauce was a surprising combination. It had a spicy and refreshing taste that was quite eye-opening. - <Zuwai Crab Vinegar Dish> Zuwai Crab Claw Vinegar Dish with Okahijiki The crunchy texture of the okahijiki was really good. - <Niku no Hana Shabu-Shabu> Wagyu lean meat and sirloin with Niku no Hana sauce Dipping sauces: dashi, tomato ponzu, and ma-la sesame sauce Toppings: chopped green onions, cilantro, fried somen noodles This time, the ma-la sesame sauce had a strong punch, and it was delicious! The spiciness of the Sichuan pepper lingered on the tongue, which was quite intense. The broth had a stable flavor, and I even wanted to drink it all up because it was a bit thin. - The additional toppings, including chopped green onions, were charged at this branch. The wagyu beef looked high-quality from the appearance. It was tender and delicious with just a quick dip in the hot pot. Even the regular pork shabu-shabu meat here is made from Roppaku Kurobuta brand pork. The way the meat curled up in the pot was irresistible. The combination of the broth and green onions is the best ♥️ - The finishing touch was thin soba noodles. Not Japanese soba, but maybe Chinese noodles? The soba noodles soaked in the broth from the pot with vegetables, pork, and beef were delicious. - <Dessert> Brown Sugar Jelly I thought I wouldn't get full, but I ended up feeling quite satisfied. We enjoyed beers, sake (Kokuryu), highball, red wine, and more. The premium option includes a higher grade of sake and whiskey. The restaurant is located down a slope after exiting subway exit 3, entering a narrow alley, and turning right at the end of the alley past APA Hotel. Google Maps is accurate. It's tucked away in the back of the alley, giving it a hidden gem vibe. The interior is only private rooms, with a luxurious atmosphere of Japanese-style metallic accents that would appeal to foreigners. Of course, it's also perfect for business settings.
