I visited the restaurant "Kintan" in Ebisu, which is ranked 34th out of the top 100 barbecue restaurants in 2019 with a rating of 3.71 on Tabelog. The restaurant is located in the bustling area near the west exit of Ebisu station. The exterior is stylish with glass walls, and the interior has a luxurious feel with a wine cellar. I tried a variety of dishes including kimchi, Chorogi salad, the best sirloin yukhoe, platinum tongue, beef sushi, 30-day aged Kintan, Wagyu sirloin sukiyaki, very spicy tantan noodles, and yukhoejang soup. The restaurant is popular for its high-quality barbecue in a beautiful setting, making it easy for both men and women to enjoy. The highlight was the best sirloin yukhoe, which lived up to its reputation of being delicious, fresh, and nutritious. Overall, it is a great restaurant worth visiting.

Second visit. This time, I tried the 4,500 yen lunch course. The sirloin yukhoe was served with two different sauces, one sweet and one salty. It was my first time trying yukhoe like this. The thinly sliced raw meat was beautifully arranged, and I was hesitant to mix it at first. But when I put it in my mouth, it melted on my tongue. The flavor, mixed with sesame oil, was definitely yukhoe and incredibly delicious. Each of the three types of aged tongue, aged harami with negi salt, and six types with sauce were full of flavor and absolutely delicious. I savored each piece slowly, pairing it with wine. The all-you-can-eat rice, salad, and soup set with dessert included at this price was very reasonable. They were very accommodating to families with children, and I was able to enjoy a leisurely and elegant weekend lunch. Just like my recent visit to THE KINTAN STEAK, the service was excellent, and I have become an even bigger fan of the KINTAN group.

Kittan offers a fantastic yakiniku experience in Ebisu. You can enjoy fresh, high-quality meat seasoned with exquisite flavors, and the service is excellent. The restaurant is clean and has a calm atmosphere for enjoying your meal. I highly recommend the wagyu yakiniku, as I was impressed by the quality and flavor of the meat. With reasonable prices, this is the perfect place for yakiniku lovers. I definitely want to go back.

I reserved a course with all-you-can-drink for around 9000 yen. I was worried the amount of meat might be small, but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself very full. The Yukke and Truffle Foie Gras Bibimbap that I ordered for an additional fee were also amazing. Each piece of meat had a good volume and was really delicious. I definitely want to visit again.

Visited for our wedding anniversary dinner on a Friday. There is a personal gym in front of the restaurant, but we were seated by the window, which made us a little curious about the gym, haha. The side dishes and various types of kimchi that came with the course were all delicious. We opted for the all-you-can-drink option with our meal, but enjoying good meat makes you want to savor the alcohol slowly too. They also kindly prepared a special plate for us!

I have visited this restaurant many times, but this was my first time since the pandemic. It is a great place to enjoy a meal and have a good time chatting with familiar work partners or colleagues. The yakiniku is delicious, and the yukhoe and sushi are also very tasty. It can get crowded at lunchtime, but it feels worth the wait.

Had a late lunch in Ebisu and ended up at KINTAN. The atmosphere of the restaurant is stylish and perfect for a BBQ date. Opted for the large lunch set. While there are many other places with delicious BBQ, if you want to enjoy BBQ in a trendy atmosphere, this place is recommended.

I made a reservation for a kintan lunch after a long time and visited the restaurant. It was the 10th-anniversary Matsusaka beef lunch course. [Salad] - Salad with chorogi dressing (free refills) [Soup] - Wakame and pumpkin soup (free refills) [Beef Tartare] - Diced Matsusaka beef sirloin yukhoe I waited for a long time but the dish didn't arrive. When I mentioned it to the staff, they realized they had forgotten about it. It was finally brought to me. [Meat Assortment] - Aged beef tongue - Beef tongue - Black Wagyu top kalbi - Matsusaka beef ichibo - Matsusaka beef shinshin - Matsusaka beef kameno ko The Matsusaka beef ichibo, shinshin, and kameno ko were all wonderfully delicious. It's a great deal for this price! [Meal] - I selected multi-grain rice (free refills) [Desert] - Mango sherbet On the way out, the cashier apologized for the yukhoe incident. Next time, I will order it in advance. Thank you for the meal.

I chose a course with all-you-can-drink option, and the portion of the dishes was quite generous, so I ended up feeling very full! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. It got a bit crowded towards the end, and the dishes from the course were a bit slow to come out, but they apologized for the wait and handled it well, so I didn't feel bothered. I saw a few people celebrating birthdays or anniversaries, and the restaurant was just the right balance of casual and formal, with delicious food. The staff even offered to take a photo for us, which was a nice touch! I would definitely like to visit again.

I made a reservation for the 11800 course and ordered it. From yukke to grilled dishes to dessert, everything was delicious. Each dish may not be very big, but it's just right because you can try a variety of items. The atmosphere of the restaurant was like "Ebisu yakiniku", a bit fancy and fun. The staff were all friendly and handsome, which made the ladies happy.

I used it for lunch. I was planning to eat yukhoe at another store, but it was closed, so I decided to use this place instead. It was quite different from what I had in mind for yukhoe, as it was just simple raw meat. It's good if you want to eat the one in the first picture, but for those who want to eat what is commonly called yukhoe, it may feel a little unsatisfying. I chose a lunch set, but there were various ordering conditions, so it didn't allow me to eat as much as I wanted in the way I liked. Personally, the quality of the meat was just average.

Visited the pop-up store at Seibu Ikebukuro underground. There were 5 sets available with rice, salad, 3 types of kimchi, and Korean seaweed, but I ended up choosing the salted harami yakiniku (1,980 yen). The yakiniku made with sagari, which has less fat, was served with plenty of salted green onion sauce for a refreshing taste. The meat was tender and very satisfying! It was a very fulfilling yakiniku set meal.

I had a lunch with all-you-can-drink course from daytime and it was so indulgent. I was impressed by the three kinds of kimchi at the beginning, the yukhoe, and all the meat that came out! The service from the part-time staff was also very friendly. Just like last time, I was completely satisfied with everything this time too! Thank you for the meal!

I have been to restaurants in Shibuya and Roppongi where you can have a course meal and drinks for a little over 10,000 yen per person, but this was my first time in Ebisu. The restaurant in Shibuya was located in a station building and had the most romantic atmosphere. The first meat dish was aged tongue. It wasn't the type that you can easily bite through, but it had a wild feeling to it. There were four other types of meat served, all of which were tender and allowed you to enjoy the meat's fat in moderation. The highlight was a large Chateaubriand cut into pieces and dipped in egg, sauce, and truffle sauce to eat with rice, which was delicious. Lastly, a small portion of cold noodles and curry were served as a finale, making it a satisfying meal. This restaurant never disappoints whenever you visit. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for lunch and the restaurant was almost full, probably because it was a Sunday. The customers seemed to be mostly young. I ordered the 1,980 yen Kin-tan and beef tongue set. Rice, salad, and soup were all-you-can-eat. The soup was quite delicious. The meat was also tasty! And to top it off, dessert was included in this price, which I think is quite cheap.

I made a same-day reservation for a gathering with friends to a yakiniku restaurant in Ebisu, which I had never been before. The sirloin yukke at Kintan is a must-try and never disappoints in terms of deliciousness. The atmosphere and quality of the meat were excellent. The premium tongue was incredibly large and delicious when rolled up. Ahhh!

I made a reservation for 8:00 pm on a holiday. It seemed to be fully booked, so it's better to make a reservation. I ordered a course menu for about 10,000 yen per person. The waitstaff explained each dish to us. Every meat was tender, not greasy, and very delicious. Most of the red wines were served by the bottle, with limited options for wine by the glass, but they were easy to drink without any bitterness. The foie gras rice and a bite-sized sukiyaki as the finale were also exquisite. It's a convenient yakiniku restaurant to visit with friends, a loved one, or colleagues.

KINTAN's lunch is a great deal that requires the KINTAN app. You can enjoy a very cost-effective lunch, and you can have unlimited refills of soup and salad. The kimchi soup is a bit too light (similar to a light minestrone), but it's all-you-can-drink so no complaints there. The salad is also great because you can choose your own dressing.

I visited for dinner for the first time! I enjoyed the Kinntan 10th-anniversary special course, which included specialties such as Yukke, Uni flan, Chateaubriand, and Ichibo. It was a luxurious course where I could enjoy everything Kinntan has to offer. I had it with sweet potato shochu and it was delicious!

Monday ☀️ 18:00 Reservation (60% full) It's a calm restaurant and good for a date. The miso tongue is incredibly delicious! Also, the cream cheese kimchi is amazing! Maybe these two dishes alone are enough. The beef tongue comparison was also good - surprisingly tender for its thickness. The white tongue kombu sushi was okay. Overall, the miso tongue was great, beef tongue was good, kalbi was good, sushi was so-so, hormone was so-so. I wanted to try the platinum kintan, but it was sold out. It was disappointing that many items were sold out even though it was just after opening. I wonder if there was a related issue with the supply. The pistachio gelato was also sold out, so maybe something happened? The yukkejang cuppa is apparently very spicy, so I ordered it with less spiciness. It was still a bit spicy, so please be careful.
