I visited this restaurant exactly a year ago and had a great impression, so I decided to revisit on a weekday afternoon. Our order included: - Hokkaido saltwater sea urchin cold spaghetti for 1958 yen + large size for 220 yen - Vongole bianco for 1408 yen + large size for 220 yen - Tomato and garlic spaghetti for 990 yen - Diavola with Hokkaido sausage and "farm bacon" for 1738 yen - Smoked salmon pizza for 1628 yen They had sea urchin spaghetti last year as well, but this time they used saltwater sea urchin which was free from any chemical smell and full of the sweetness and umami of sea urchin. The plates and forks for the cold pasta were chilled, showing their attention to detail and service spirit. The pizza was cooked perfectly in about 5-6 minutes in a dedicated oven, with a crispy and fluffy texture that was delicious. All the dishes had a balanced flavor, not too light or too heavy, with a clear outline. The pasta was cooked just right and matched well with the sauces. The staff were attentive, always ready to refill water, provide extra napkins or plates, and clear empty dishes with a smile, making the atmosphere very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant in Chofu and would love to visit again when I'm in the area!

In the dining district of ChoFu Tri, there is a Hokkaido-style Italian restaurant. I have been here for lunch a few times, but this was actually my first time coming for dinner. However, this visit was actually for a second round of drinks. After having some drinks, someone mentioned wanting to eat sweets. Before we knew it, we ended up here at this restaurant. Although the original plan was to have sweets, once we entered the restaurant, we felt like ordering something to eat. So, we decided to try the pork and scamorza cheese pizza. It was a simple dish with ground pork and cheese, but it had a unique flavor. There was no unnecessary seasoning, and the cheese flavor was strong while the pork flavor also stood out. At first, it might seem like an odd combination, but it ended up being a pizza that was surprisingly addictive. The tiramisu was a classic and it was delicious, with the creamy mascarpone and a hint of cocoa's slight bitterness.

The restaurant in the shopping mall was crowded on Sunday, but the food was neither good nor bad. The Caesar salad had plenty of cheese, almost like licking cheese. The salad had too few vegetables, which was disappointing. The venison 100% hamburger spaghetti had a mediocre venison taste. The Parmigiano cheese special risotto felt like milk porridge with a little cheese. The four cheese tororri pizza had a chewy crust but lacked the richness of cheese. I don't think I will come back again.

I visited the restaurant alone on a night when my husband was not around. I had an appetizer, a drink, and a main dish for about 3000 yen in total. I ordered the octopus and mashed potato appetizer, which was recommended by the staff, and also the cheese risotto that I had been curious about. The Parmigiano was brought to the table to finish it, just like they did with the Carbonara when I visited before. It's a great choice for cheese lovers! I noticed that they now offer tablet ordering, which was new since my last visit. This restaurant in Torie is my favorite! If I had to say one thing, it would be that the portion size of the main dishes, like pasta, could be a bit smaller so that I could try more menu items. I look forward to visiting again on a day when my husband is not around.

Had lunch at an Italian restaurant in Torie, Hokkaido with my coworkers. Ordered the bacon and spinach cream pasta, which was rich and creamy with plenty of bacon. It came with a side salad. Had time for dessert, so I got a set of three different desserts. My favorite was the tiramisu.

Chofu Meal Series #255. I had some errands to run in Chofu, so I decided to have lunch before heading back. After browsing around TriA for a bit, I settled on going to Miabocca. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of TriA building A, directly connected to Chofu Station. The restaurant is not completely enclosed, so you can see inside from the hallway. The interior has a chic Western feel with only table seating available. I arrived around 11:30 am and there were a few customers already seated. The waitstaff, mostly female, were polite and attentive. I ordered the Shrimp and Broccoli Parmigiano with Black Pepper. The salad arrived in about 2 minutes, followed by the main dish in 8-9 minutes. The pasta had shrimp and broccoli as the main ingredients, with large, firm shrimp. The seasoning was mainly black pepper with garlic and chili pepper flakes, topped with Parmigiano cheese for a cheesy flavor. The taste was slightly rich, and the pasta was cooked just right. The pizza also looked delicious, and the restaurant seemed popular among women.

My wife and I finished a tour of famous art cinemas and met on the platform. We considered the city center but decided on Chofu, a less crowded area after hearing about the post-lockdown crowd situation. We ordered two glasses of Sapporo Black Label draft beer for ¥300 each, a carafe of Treviano Doppio for ¥1380, a carafe of Montepulciano Doppio for ¥1380, Broccoli with garlic flavor for ¥350, Hokkaido roast beef carpaccio Venetian style for ¥1280, Hokkaido clam vongole bianco for ¥1350, Ultimate Peperoncino with bacon and Hokkaido enzyme egg for ¥980, and Devilish-style sautéed young chicken with colorful potatoes from Hokkaido for ¥1380. We arrived at the restaurant around 1 pm on a weekday. We were a bit worried about the idol on the street, but the restaurant inside the shopping center, which was open all day, made us feel safe. We were guided to the 5th floor of Triad Chofo by a beautiful lady. The interior of the restaurant was much larger and better than we had imagined. We were seated at a table near the center broadcast, but there were also counter seats with acrylic dividers for two people facing the broadcast. The restaurant seemed popular, with a decent number of customers coming in and no shortage of customers leaving. We started with a toast with Sapporo beer because of the Hokkaido connection. For appetizers, we chose Broccoli with garlic and roast beef. The broccoli, which arrived first, was served cold instead of hot, but it was surprisingly delicious. We immediately ordered white wine (laughs). The roast beef was finished lightly as carpaccio, and it was also quite good. We ordered the Parmigiano topping separately, which was enough to make us drink too much wine (laughs). We were told it would take a while, so we added a red wine to the order with the devilish-style sautéed young chicken. The hall was quite crowded, but the beautiful ladies serving were all smiling and made us feel very happy. As expected, the rosemary-scented chicken arrived after a bit of a wait, with a crispy surface and juicy inside. We finished with pasta. As usual, I had dinner after work. I'm used to eating alone. I went into a pasta restaurant in the restaurant area of Tri-Edge Keio, and although I didn't have high expectations, the menu looked quite delicious. When I mentioned it was my first visit, a female staff member kindly and concisely explained the lunch menu and other available options. This was surprisingly helpful, as many popular or busy restaurants nowadays just hand you the menu assuming you can figure it out on your own. It's nice to have some basic information upfront, especially during odd hours like around 3:00 pm when it's hard to find a staff member to ask questions. I ordered a pasta with salad from the lunch menu as I had dinner plans later. The Salsiccia and Broccoli spaghetti was delicious, and the salad provided was of a high standard for the price of 980 yen. The pasta had a good flavor, and when I asked the young staff member, who turned out to be the chef, what made it so tasty, he shared some tips on the water ratio in the dish. I was surprised to learn that the young chef also worked in the kitchen. I remember the desserts being quite tasty at the Musashisakai location, so I would definitely consider coming back here with friends when we want to grab a quick bite around Chofu Station. It's innovative and I really liked it. I visited during my work commute. It was a weekday afternoon, and although it may not be as busy as the conveyor belt sushi restaurant next door, it was close to being full. I had the luxurious spaghetti made with a whole Hokkaido Nemuro mackerel for 1539 yen and the red snow crab mimosa salad for 759 yen. I also had lunch with an iced coffee for 165 yen. The mackerel spaghetti was impressive. The mackerel confit was tender, including the head and bones, and you could eat it whole. The liver was also left intact, adding a rich flavor to the dish. The combination of the mackerel's charm, a peppery seasoning like aglio e olio, and perfectly cooked spaghetti made it incredibly delicious. The salad was well-dressed, and the richness of the crab was complemented by the egg, making it very tasty. The "piccolo" refers to a half-size portion. There is also a wide variety of salads and antipasti, which I personally like. The atmosphere is like a corner of a commercial facility, but once seated, I found it surprisingly calm and enjoyable to have a meal. The service was good, with one casually speaking young man and polite young ladies who were attentive with serving and refilling water. I think it's a pretty good restaurant and I will definitely visit again.

The crab pasta at this restaurant is amazing. Sometimes, the shell parts can be a bit crunchy, but overall, it's a satisfying pasta dish with plenty of crab. As it is an Italian restaurant, the dessert selection is also great. Their homemade tiramisu is their specialty, but I was intrigued by their Catalana and pudding, which are also available for purchase at the counter. I ordered both. My friend ordered the Angel Wing Affogato, which turned out to be cotton candy. The Catalana was not homemade, but sourced from Hokkaido's Hanabatake Farm, which I have tried before and found to be delicious. The portion was just right (2 pieces). As for the pudding, it was from Abe Poultry Farm, available for purchase at the counter. I also tried it at the restaurant, but having two desserts was a bit too much for my stomach. The pudding was smooth and rich, with a caramel sauce that had just the right amount of sweetness.

I tried the rich Carbonara with "Shimokawa Roku Maru Enzyme Egg" (regular size). It is a masterpiece that Carbonara lovers will adore, with Tokachi whey pork bacon, Shimokawa Roku Maru Enzyme Egg, and chewy pasta in a deep, creamy sauce. The rich flavor is a highlight. In addition to the regular size, there is also a Grande size (3-4 servings). The "Shimokawa Roku Maru Enzyme Egg" is a highly nutritious egg raised in harsh conditions in Abeyojo Farm in Shimokawa-cho, Hokkaido, with enzymes and lactic acid bacteria added to the feed. Trien in Chofu, an Italian restaurant located in the restaurant area on the 5th floor of building A.
