I stayed at Route Inn, where I heard breakfast was popular, for one night with breakfast included. The buffet was indeed full of variety. They had fresh vegetable salad (lettuce, watercress, tomato, carrot, cabbage), tuna, potato salad, sausages, teriyaki chicken, grilled mackerel, calamari rings, potato cakes, hashed potatoes, yakisoba, omelets, thick rolled omelets, white rice, porridge, bread, miso soup (with seaweed and fried tofu), natto, coffee, juice (apple, orange), milk, and mango pudding. The breakfast area is spacious. It was a holiday morning around 8 o'clock, and about 40% of the customers were there, so I could leisurely choose my food.
