I used the time between meeting friends. The restaurant was almost full, but luckily I was able to secure a seat with a power outlet. There were also two tables outside on the terrace, and some people with pets were using them. Many people were dining alone, so it seemed like a good place to focus and get work done.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Yotsuya Station. I arrived around 12 pm on a weekday. Despite it being a weekday, the seats were almost full. Luckily, I was able to get a table seat. I ordered the new Sakura Matcha Frappuccino and my favorite Ham & Maribo Cheese Stone Oven Focaccia.

It's facing the street but set back a bit, so even on the terrace you don't really notice the exhaust fumes. The pet ownership rate is lower compared to Setagaya and Meguro, but you still see dogs occasionally. Having a terrace seat is nice for that. (1 table, 3 chairs included) Today, Momo-chan had coffee with caramel sauce again. It was delicious as always. I'm addicted to it now.

★After the end of Christmas at Yotsuya Sanchome, I had to say goodbye to my favorite Joyful Medley Tea Latte. I used to add honey as a topping to my favorite Oolong Tea Latte, and now it has become a menu item. My order is now a Honey Oolong Latte with no syrup and extra sauce (honey). It is very aromatic and the Zen Cloud Oolong is delicious, but it seems to be a matter of preference as some say it tastes like drinking milk-flavored bathwater. (laughs) I prefer tea lattes with a mild sweetness! I went near closing time, but the female staff member kindly accommodated me, making me feel warm and fuzzy at the end of the day.

Visited at 2:10 PM on Sunday. I stopped by a shop inside Shinjuku Gyoen before coming here. This is actually the fourth shop I've been to today, so even though it's just a short drip coffee, it's starting to feel a bit too much. The shop is located slightly closer to Yotsuya Sanchome than Yotsuya, between Yotsuya and Yotsuya Sanchome.

At the Starbucks near the intersection of Yotsuya-sanchome and Tsunomori-zaka, the weather feels like spring has arrived. Wasn't there something called the first spring breeze? There was a person doing a imitation of Inoki. The place was bustling in the afternoon! Managed to find a seat and ordered a short size Guatemala coffee for ¥319. Paid with PayPay but the coupon I got before the checkout didn't apply. PayPay seems to have a lot of bugs!

On Fridays around 12 o'clock, looking for a companion for the afternoon...! Double Raw Chocolate Mocha short for 510 yen. A cup made by melting chocolate flakes in freshly extracted espresso and mixing with steamed milk! On top, there is raw chocolate whipped cream, raw chocolate sauce, and chocolate flakes. The rating on Tabelog (as of January 2022) is 3.07!

In the evening, I met up with friends and we went shopping for cosmetics, bags, and TATRAS down jackets. We had our second cup of coffee after having a meal, so I ordered an iced coffee. It was just as expected, a cold coffee with a balanced taste of acidity and bitterness. The Starbucks Coffee Yotsuya 3-chome store serves quality coffee.

During my morning walk, I took a coffee break at a café and for the first time, I drank it in a cup because the staff asked me, "Do you want it in a cup?" I usually get a grande size, but I actually prefer drinking it in a cup. However, it cools down quickly... I'll try drinking in a cup once in a while. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the cafe to work on some tasks on a regular night. Usually, I drink coffee from a coffee press, but today I ordered the "Pumpkin Spice Latte" which was released in Japan for the first time in 15 years. I chose the Tall size among the Short to Venti options, and it cost 501 yen including tax. It is made with pumpkin puree, pumpkin flavor sauce, espresso, and topped with nutmeg. The person who took my order had pink hair, which was surprising. And she looked really good with it, even more surprising. She was too beautiful. When the drink was served, she asked me, "Do you like spices, sir?" and I was puzzled. It turned out she was asking if I wanted cinnamon sprinkled on top. Of course, I asked for the extra cinnamon and it was complete. The drink had a mellow sweetness of pumpkin with a hint of spiciness, and the bitterness of espresso tied everything together. Starbucks used to be all about coffee press for me, but I hope they make this a regular menu item. It was a cup that made me feel that way.

I walked from Shinjuku Ni-chome to Shinjuku Gyoen, looking to my right, and then strolled back to Yotsuya Sanchome. I wandered around the streets, but many shops were closed or on break, making it feel a bit lonely. I stopped at Starbucks for tea. It's labeled as the Yotsuya Sanchome store, but it's actually on the outskirts of Yotsuya Sanchome, and I was surprised when it first opened here. There are no big buildings around, and both Yotsuya and Yotsuya Sanchome stations are quite far, yet the place is always crowded. The inside of the store was almost full today as well. I sat at the outdoor table, enjoying the city atmosphere with a Double Tall Latte Shake Rato. Espresso is shaken with ice and poured into a cup, then milk is added, and orange peel is shaved on top. The rich foam and the aroma of espresso flow into the mouth. The bitterness, acidity, and the richness of milk spread in the mouth, followed by the bright scent of orange. The same drink can taste completely different depending on the state. Temperature affects the strength of the flavor, and drinking quickly or slowly can change the impression of the taste. I've come to enjoy drinks like this with foam, savoring the taste slowly, as the aroma is trapped in the foam and blooms in the mouth. I admire the ice sparkling in the glass when only the ice remains, and I enjoy crunching on it. Delicious.

Starbucks has an image of being stylish and expensive, with a lot of fashion-conscious girls (just my wild imagination as an old man, haha). However, as someone who mainly drinks drip coffee (hot), I find it quite reasonable. A grande size of hot coffee costs 370 yen, and a refill is only 100 yen! The only downside is that when I'm out for a walk, I have to bring my dog with me to go buy it because Starbucks doesn't allow dogs inside. I wish all Starbucks locations were dog-friendly. The two outdoor tables were already taken, but the people sitting there kindly gave up their seats for us dog owners. It feels great since the morning. I hope I can become a person like that too! Thank you for the meal.

I purchased a Matcha Cream Frappuccino with added caramel sauce for 530 yen and a Chunky Strawberry Frappuccino for 690 yen. The matcha cream goes well with caramel. It's recommended to add toppings for free. You could also try it with chocolate sauce. The chunky strawberry is quite sweet. As usual, the annual strawberry frappuccinos are sweet. Although I think frappuccinos are expensive, I always end up stopping by Starbucks. Lately, I've been ordering only frappuccinos without coffee.

Starbucks is often seen as a stylish and expensive place, but I don't really think so. I only drink Drip Hot here, so I don't find it expensive at all. In fact, I find it quite a good deal thanks to the One More Coffee service. I love the bitterness of the Drip Hot Tall size, and at 108 yen for a second cup, it's very affordable. Even with two cups, it's less than 500 yen, so it's cheap. This Starbucks is located right in front of Shinjuku Street, so there's a lot of traffic, but it's also away from the nearest station, so it's less crowded compared to other stores like Shinjuku Gyoen or Shinjuku 3-chome. I'll definitely come back again! Thank you for the meal.

I tried the Azuki Kinako Warabi Mochi Fukufura Frappuccino for 637 yen. The name is quite long this time, haha. It's always hard to remember their names. The taste is really good! Not as sweet as I expected. It's strange that you can suck up the Warabi Mochi through the straw, but it tastes delicious. It feels like I'm trying freeze-dried Azuki for the first time, but it adds a nice touch to the drink. This is probably the first time I've seen such a Japanese-style drink at Starbucks. I feel like I only go to Starbucks to try their new Frappuccinos now...

I wanted to get the Halloween cup holders, so I went to a cafe with my two daughters. We ordered both the Red Night Frappuccino and the Dark Night Frappuccino to compare. First, we tried the Red Night. It was sweet, with a berry flavor. It started to taste better as we drank more of it. Then we tried the Dark Night. It had an artificial taste from the beginning, which didn't change and made it hard to drink. Maybe it was the taste of the black cocoa brownie that didn't sit well with us. Anyway, this one was a miss. We got two cup holders, so it's all good. We also got two types of masquerade decorations for the straws, which became toys for my daughters. The cafe was packed on weekends. I wonder where everyone is coming from.

Cold brew soda for 507 yen. On a scorching hot summer day, I walked down Shinjuku Street, looking for shade. The Korean Cultural Center building had police cars parked outside. At the intersection of Yotsuya Sanchome, there was little shade and everyone was waiting far back. It was only 4 minutes after crossing the street. When the automatic doors opened, a cool breeze hit me. I took out a handkerchief to wipe away the sweat. It felt like an oasis. The lime-infused water cold brew coffee soda was perfect for this season.

I went to try the Lemon × Yogurt Fermented Frappuccino because it has high ratings on Instagram. It cost 680 yen for a tall size, which is quite expensive (lol). When I took a sip, I was like, "Wow, this is delicious!" It tastes just like the Lemon Cheese Ice from Kurogi, which I love. The perfect harmony of lemon curd, yogurt, amazake, and crushed lemon sablé. Especially the sweet and salty sablé is irresistible. This drink is a gourmet treat for those who enjoy eating shaved ice. It's my favorite Frappuccino I've ever had. I want to drink it one more time before the season ends.

Met with someone for a meeting after 8 am. Ordered an iced coffee for now! It was a holiday, but there were a few people working on their laptops since the morning~♪ The atmosphere here is quite international, haha. I'll probably come back here again soon. It's for work though... Thank you for the meal.
